In this study, the work flow of the construction process was analyzed based on construction monitoring for a building of the middle size beam-column system Precast Concrete(PC) apartment building supplied by LH, and the Arrow Daigram Method(ADM) network diagram of its construction was written. The results of this study are judged to be able to improve productivity by using the PC structure apartment building construction plan to calculate a reasonable construction period and prepare a process management method for the PC structure frame construction.

In this study, I have researched into the causes of defects in apartment house, The results of this study are listed below. (1) Water leakages which result from land sinking and cracks, results of misuse of back filling method, are the main reason of defects in civil engineering work and architectural work. (2) Inexperience and unwillingness are the main reason of defects in plaster work. (3) In windows work and painting work, the main reasons are lacks of precision construction and efflorescence resulting from outdoor air, respectively. (4) Defects in waterproofing work and electric work result from fault construction by low unit Costs. (5) Equipment work requires uses of standardized construction materials and management, and landscape architecture work requires minimizing human mistakes, for instance, degin carelessness. For the reasons stated above, the causes of defects in apartment house are insufficient construction labors, inferior construction materials, urgent construction process time, and conscientiousless industrialists who only seek after a profit margin.

A construction site survey is carried out for the Construction Standard Unit Price(CSUP) in order to establish a standard for the appropriate estimated price. This paper proposed the revised plan by surveying the 56 sites under construction from March to October 2022 for interior finishing work and Carpentry work. It is expected that the revision of the CSUP for interior finishing work and Carpentry work will more accurately reflect the actual construction situation and contribute to improving the adequacy of the CSUP.

In tall building construction, It is important to reduce construction duration of slab form work. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the required performance for reduction of construction duration in slab form work of tall buildings. We surveyed the required performance and their degrees of importance and economical efficiency through the interview and questionnaire survey by related experts. This study proposes the guideline to develop improved formwork system for reduction of construction duration.

Introduction of construction cost estimating system is necessary to promote appropriate reflection of construction cost and simplified and efficient amount work. The results of this study are as follows. In the results of considering the basic concept and composition of a construction type estimating system, an example orders are concentrated on an apartment house in the country. The building appurtenant work of extension work is high(1.52) as compared with others. In regression analysis for a construction cost, the models are as follows. In a new construction work, (construction cost)=$12,004.8+4.09{\times}$(building area), and in extension work, (construction cost)=$-121.9+4.50{\times}$(building area). Accordingly, this study wishes to compare and analyzes main contents of original cost method and results cost method, and propose predetermined amount estimation device through existent literature study investigation for accumulation of the construction cost.

Rebar work takes up big proportion in a construction work. The current process of purchasing, cutting and election, and working of rebar induces a lot of loss in rebar. This study is focused on analyzing the problem and the present condition of the process from the calculating of rebar quantifies to the actual constructional stage through surveying those who have experience in the estimation department, or the construction site of a domestic construction company. Many reform measures such as diversification of standard(i.e., 8-meter)bar, calculation of rebar quantities and construction according to the rebar election drawing, expansion of accuracy in layout plan, thoroughness in examination of layout plan in advance, utilization of the worked material, systemization of rebar control(management), and a shift in attitude of the field(site) manager were proposed as the result of the survey.

Lately Construction industry has been depressing by hard construction market circumstance. In this study we are to present the method of calculation reasonable duration at Reinforced Concrete Work. For the study first make up a question at field workers, then sampling the Form workers based the question. Second, We are using Work Analysis Method analysing the worker's work-method and Time. And then using the result of analysis, measure the Productivity of Form work. The productivity of Form work is used the basic data of duration at Reinforced Concrete Work

In order to respond to environmental problems and to efficiently recycle resources, it is important to evaluate the amount of construction waste generated. In particular, the estimation of the amount of waste generated in the demolition work was performed based on the basic unit of waste generated per floor area. This study proposes a method using drones as a method for evaluating the amount of demolition waste in a wide area. In the simulated application, the field measurement results and the proposed method were compared, and the effectiveness of the building volume calculation using drones was confirmed. It was confirmed that the building volume can be calculated quickly in the additional pilot application.

Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule. the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using work quantity. This study suggests a work management model to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction rest to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.

The construction industry is highly dependent on human resources and changes the degree of completion of construction work depending on the level of performance of engineers. As women's social advancement has recently expanded, the construction industry is also experiencing a large influx. Therefore, it can be seen that not only male engineers' ability to carry out work but also female engineers' ability to carry out work is important. Therefore, this study investigated the actual work conditions and work performance capabilities of female engineers and presented them as basic data for the construction of work capability improvement measures.
