Objective : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of obesity management program on height and body Composition and its correlationship with constitution types, obesity grade, and the frequency of attendance among the elementary school student. Methods : The subjects consisted of 75 elementary school student who participated in the obesity management program and got the constitution type test and height and height-body composition test(2 times). The program contained proper lifestyle education, dietary education, exercise and so on once a week for nine weeks. The data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Results : Height and body composition were significantly improved at the post-test. Among constitution types, obesity grade, and the frequency of attendance, obesity grade by BMI was correlated with the change of height and body composition. Conclusion : These results provides evidence that obesity management program is effective in improving height and body composition for elementary school student.

According to industrial accident analysis of the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2013, 38 workers were injured by fall accidents on average per day, and one worker died on average per day among them. In various industries such as heavy and construction industry, the full body harness is commonly used to prevent the fall accident. In developing full body harness, the designer considered only the workers' safety, without taking into account comfort and workability. The survey was conducted so as to search the problems of full body harness currently used by workers in heavy and construction industry. The survey questionnaire was given to 565 workers wearing full body harness in heavy and construction industry. The results of study showed that the development of new full body harness considering body size of korean was needed. The impotent factors for developing of new full body harness were the size and the weight of the full body harness. The full body harness taking into account body size was judged to contribute to more comfortable work, work efficiency and safety. The result of this study can be utilized as useful data in the development of new full body harness considering the body size of korean workers.

The main objective of this study is to propose numerical guideline for the improvement of educational environment about high school girls. In order to analyze feature of the somatotype of the high school girls, analysis of this study was performed about 25 body parts such as height(7 parts), width(4 parts), thickness(4 parts), circumference(5 parts), length(4 parts), and body weight. For the specific comparison on body dementions, Mollison's comparison graph were used.

대학은 공공성을 띤 기관으로서 그 운영 과정상 사회에 대한 설명책임성(accountability)을 가진다. 이러한 대학을 이루는 구성원 중 다수를 차지하는 것이 바로 학생이다. 대학에서는 매년 수많은 연구 창작물이 쏟아져 나오고 있는데, 대학생은 이와 같은 기록물의 주요 생산자이다. 그러나 대학의 주체로서 매년 방대한 기록물을 생산해내고 있으면서도 대학생의 역할과 기능, 생산 기록물에 대한 집중적인 조명은 아직 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이처럼 기록학적 관점에서 대학생이 주체가 되어 생산된 기록물에 대한 중요성이 상대적으로 낮게 평가되어 왔던 것이 현실이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 대학생이 주체가 되어 생산한 기록에 대한 기록학적 관점에서의 접근을 시도하였다. 대학생이 생산하는 기록에는 연구 및 수업 과정에서 생산되는 기록뿐만 아니라 동아리, 학생회 등 각종 자치활동 과정에서 생산되는 기록 등 다양한 유형의 기록이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 특히 대학생 자치활동 과정에 초점을 맞추고, 대학생의 자치활동 과정에 대한 설명책임성 확보 방안에 중점을 두었다. 활동의 설명책임성 확보를 위해서는 기록관리가 기초되어야 한다. 따라서 대학생 자치활동의 설명책임성 확보를 위한 방안으로서 기록관리체계화 및 기록 활용 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학생 자치 조직인 대학 총학생회를 대상으로 분석하였으며, 구체적인 대상으로는 명지대학교 인문캠퍼스 총학생회를 선정하였다. 우선 총학생회의 활동과 조직 및 기능, 기록관리 현황 실태를 파악하기 위하여 총학생회장과의 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 대학 총학생회의 활동을 분석하고 그에 따른 설명책임성의 필요성에 대하여 알아보았다. 또한 명지대학교 총학생회의 조직과 기능을 분석하여 각 단계에서 생산되어야 하는 기록의 종류와 특성을 도출하였다. 이처럼 총학생회의 활동과 설명책임성의 필요성, 조직 및 기능에 따른 생산 기록물의 유형을 도출한 후, 현재 총학생회의 기록관리 현황을 분석하였다. 먼저 총학생회 활동의 일반 프로세스 현황을 파악하기 위해 명지대학교 총학생회의 단계별 활동 프로세스를 분석하였다. 그리고 총학생회 기록관리 방법과 책임 주체를 분석하고 실태 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 대학 총학생회의 설명책임성 확보를 위한 방안을 기록관리 과정 체계화, 기록관리 인프라 확립, 기록 활용을 통한 설명책임성 확보 방안의 세 가지 범주에서 제안하였다. 본 연구는 대학생 자치 조직인 총학생회를 대상으로, 총학생회의 활동과 기능을 분석하여 사회에 대한 설명책임성을 논하였다. 그리고 총학생회의 설명책임성 확보를 위한 방안으로서 기록관리 환경 정착에 대한 모형을 제안하였다. 그러나 총학생회는 1년 단위로 운영되는 조직이라는 점에서 기록관리 환경이 정착되기 힘든 한계점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계점을 지적하고, 총학생회 기록관리 모형 제시를 통해 차후 학생기록관리 분야에서 보다 활발한 연구가 이루어질 때 단초를 제공하고자 하였다. 또한 학교사(史) 정리와 보전 차원에서 본 연구에서 도출된 분석 결과가 의의를 가질 것으로 기대된다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of social appearance anxiety, negative body image, appearance importance on appearance management behavior and cosmetic surgery intention. For data collection, a questionnaire was administrated to 428 female college students in Gwangju City, Korea. The results were summarized as follows. To analysis the data, the SPSS 20.0 was used, and frequence analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, F-test were conducted. The results were summarized as follows. First, social appearance anxiety turned out to have significant positive effect on appearance management behavior and cosmetic surgery intention. Second, negative body image had positive effect on appearance management behavior and cosmetic surgery intention. Third, appearance importance turned out to have significant effect on appearance management behavior and cosmetic surgery intention. The results of this study above suggest that it would be necessary to seek for measures to reduce individual's appearance anxiety, negative body image, and appearance importance. Especially, People should get the realization of the beautiful on the inside that includes personality is more important than having external beauty. And, it is considered that the requirements of the social effort and education through a school and a media as well as a family for reducing the individual's appearance anxiety, negative body image, and the serious consideration of the appearance as rejecting the discrimination based on appearance.

The author of this study would like to consider the influence that socio-cultural attitudes to the appearance offemale college students have on body image and satisfaction. The results of this study were as follows: 1. According to the result of the analysis of the relevant factors of socio-cultural attitudes on outward appearance of women college students, three factors which are named "Internalization", "Awareness" and "Non-confirmity" have been drawn out: 2. According to the result of the factor analysis for the evaluation of the behavioral figure images of women college students, three factors which are named "Figure Management", "Weight Management" and "Figure Valuation" have been drawn out: 3. Socio-cultural attitudes to appearance have correlation with body image, BMI and self-satisfaction of body and appearance: 4. According to consideration of the result of the study of the Influence that socio-cultural attitudes to the appearance have on physical satisfactionof each physical part, it is showed that they have managed their physical weight according to the satisfaction degree of weight and other circumference items: 5. Socio-cultural attitudes to appearance have high correlation with appearance management and weight management.

기존의 운동 관리 시스템들은 사용자에게 운동과 관련된 정보를 제공하였다. 그러나 사용자의 신체 정보를 분석하고 이에 따른 정보를 제공하는 알고리즘의 부재로 정확도가 낮은 문제점이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 BMI(Body Mass Index) 지수와 BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) 수치를 분석하여 사용자의 신체 정보를 분석한다. 또한 추천 알고리즘을 통해 사용자에게 운동 강도와 운동량을 추천하고 사용자가 사용했던 운동 기구 히스토리를 그래프로 명시한다. 이를 통해 사용자의 신체에 해당하는 정보를 제공받고 운동 관리를 진행할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

For the sustainable development, companies are making a lot of efforts such as activities of sales increase and cost reduction. Among these, efforts to use limited resources efficiently and effectively is still being made steadily. And many methods for management innovation are being introduced and used. However there were partial or temporary effects only. So there are not enough to achieve operations performance to cover the entire system. Therefore, in order to maximize performance or to improve sustainability across the companies, it is necessary to rebuild the existing system with process perspective not with existing functional perspective. This study was performed to achieve the objective that is operation performance improvement of certification body. So literature review was researched and analyed about the process innovation and the process approach. And basic model which is compatible with ISO/IEC 17021 requirement for the certification body was established in this study. Based on this model, one of the certification body was selected and operation system for this organization was established, documented and implemented through the process approach method. In the result, operations performance of certification body on the side of efficiency and effectiveness is analyzed and the effect of reconstruction of system on operations performance was figured out

The purpose of this research was to investigate and analyse the internal structural organisation of UK's urban fringe management initiatives and its roles. Caerphilly Mountain Countryside Service and Thames Chase Community Forest Initiatives were investigated. The Caerphilly Mountain Countryside Service Initiative operates through a tiered structure consisting of the Caerphilly Mountain Joint Committee, the Officers' Working Party, and the management team. The Thames Chase Community Forest Initiative is operated through a tiered structure comprising the Thames Chase Joint Committee and the management team. Although the role of each management initiative is invested differently in certain internal organisational bodies, such as the governance body and the management body, what is common to all the urban fringe management initiatives is that the governance body within each management initiative tries to speak with one voice to bring about an effective operation process, and the management team employs a variety of devices to secure the enrolment of a variety of interest groups in its operational processes.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the type of masculinity on appearance-oriented and appearance management behavior. Questionnaires were administered to 201 males 20s to 50s living in Daegu. The SPSS 20.0 package was utilized for data analysis which included frequency analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, regression analysis, t-test and logistic regression. First, factor analysis in a appearance management behavior and the type of masculinity, were cluster analysis in appearance-oriented. Were used to analyze the problem of the study by classified five factors and two groups. The results of this study were as follows: First, the masculinity of Retro sexual, Metro sexual, Techno sexual showed a negative influence on appearance-oriented. Second, the masculinity had a influence on appearance management behavior. M-ness showed a negative influence on skin care, Metro sexual showed a positive influence on skin care, hair/fashion, cosmetics, plastic surgery. And Retro sexual showed a influence on skin care, positive influence on hair/fashion, cosmetics. Techno sexual showed a positive influence on body management, skin care, hair/fashion. Uber sexual showed a positive influence on body management, cosmetics of appearance management. Third, the appearance-oriented had a differences on body management, hair/fashion, cosmetics, plastic surgery of appearance management behavior.
