본 고에서는 DAVIC(Digital Audio-Visual Council)에서 권고 중인 액세스 제어 기법을 분석한다. 이를 위하여 DAVIC 보안 기법을 분석 및 제시하고, 보안 시스팀을 위한 참조 모델과 요구되는 서비스 및 보안 메카니즘을 분석한다. 현재 DAVIC에서는 보안을 위해 표준화를 진행 중에 있으므로 현재까지 표준화되고 있는 내용을 중심으로 기술한다.

The effects of the additional visual and auditory stimuli on the loudness evaluation of road traffic noise was investigated by the method of magnitude estimation. As a result, it was shown that additional visual stimulus of noise barrier can influence on the loudness perception of road traffic noise. Also, additional auditory stimuli such as green music or sound of flowing water can influence on the loudness perception of road traffic noise, approximately 5~10% lower than the absence of stimuli. But this effect was disappeared in the range of over 65dB(A).

본 연구의 궁극적 목적은 시각 장애인들의 안전보행을 위한 단순한 충돌 경보 장치가 아니라 전방의 3차원적 공간 정보를 청각 정보로 변환하여 시각을 재현할 수 있도록 하는 장치 (Audio-vision System)를 개발하기 위함이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 구동 소프트웨어를 개발하였고 그 유용성을 검증하였다. 30명의 정상지원자를 대상으로 하였으며 평균나이는 25.8세이었다. 다양한 가상의 공간을 분석프로그램에 입력하고 맹검상태에서 피험자가 공간 내 구조물을 그리게 하였다. 먼저 피험자에게 30분간 10개의 대상을 이용한 학습을 실시한 후 별도의 10개의 가상공간에 대한 시험을 채점하고 100점 만점으로 환산하였다. 실험결과 점수는 77점에서 97점이었으며 평균 88.7점이었다. 본 연구에서 자체 제작된 분석프로그램으로 청각정보를 시각정보로 변환하는 기반 기술을 확보하였으며 거리 센서를 확보한다면 제품화 가능성이 있음을 검증하였다.

We have analysed the use and organization of space in the Centres des Documentations et de Informations(CDI) in lycees in France with the equivalent information centres. The majority of CDI are located in close proximity to the Academic staff and provide easy student access. The CDI provide not only books but also reviews, magazines and CD-Rom. This information is very important to pupils both in the pursuit of their higher studies and also with their future professional life as there is also careers information available to be discussed regularly with the careers advisor. The function of the CDI is not only to provide information. As part of the curriculum there are classes on how to access the information available in the CDI as well as Seminars and Audio-Visual courses. This management makes it possible for the CDI to operate, not only as a school library but also as a multi-function centre of documentation and information; a variety of spaces are also available: a room for private/small group study. A computer room (as well as a research corner), a reading room, monthly review room, photocopy room, rest room, exhibition room, careers information room, audio visual room etc. The results of this study can be used as essential information during the space planning of Korean school libraries in the future.

다양한 망에서의 실시간 멀티미디어 회의를 위한 영상.음성 제어 프로토콜의 표준규？으로서 ITU-T에서 T.130 시리즈를 정의하고 있다. T.130은 영상.음성 제어 프로토콜에 관해서 전반적인 소개를 하고 있으며, T.132 Audio-Visual Control(AVC)는 영상.음성 제어를 위한 프로토콜을 정의하고 있고, T.131은 H.320, H323, H324와 같은 다른 타입의 멀티미디어 시스템과의 mapping에 관한 사항을 소개하고 있다. 그러나 구체적으로 영상.음성 제어를 위한 자료구조 및 이들의 운영방법, 알고리즘에 대해서는 프로토콜 구현시의 사항으로 남겨놓았다. T.130 시리즈는 T.120 시리즈의 GCC(Generic Conference Control)와 MCS(Multipoint Communication Service)를 이용함으로써 PSTN을 비롯하여 PSDN, CSDN, ISDN, LAN, 그리고 ATM등 모든 망을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 AVC 프로토콜의 설계와 구현된 AVC를 소개한다.

This study aims to clarify differences among the responses of users depending on variations in audio-visual landscape elements used to create amenities in residential areas. For the purpose, a laboratory experiment was performed to evaluate the emotions of subjects. As a result of subjective evaluation, it was found that the emotions of subjects were more significantly promoted in providing both sounds and images at the same time, than in providing images alone. In addition, as a result of comparing the variables of relativistic energy alpha waves have by measuring their brain waves, it was seen that alpha waves increased when providing harmonious sound sources with images, except for specific sound sources. Thus, it is considered that provision of sound sources capable of promoting human emotions can contribute greatly to improving the value of space for the sake of comfortable housing environment.

잡음환경에서 음성인식 시스템의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서 영상정보와 음성정보를 이용한 바이모달(bimodal)음성인식이 제안되어왔다. 영상정보와 음성정보의 결합방식에는 크게 분류하여 인식 전 결합방식과 인식 후 결합방식이 있다. 인식 전 결합방식에서는 고정된 입술파라미터 중요도를 이용한 결합방법과 음성의 신호 대 잡음비 정보에 따라 가변 입술 파라미터 중요도를 이용하여 결합하는 방법을 비교하였고, 인식 후 결합방식에서는 영상정보와 음성정보를 독립적으로 결합하는 방법, 음성 최소거리 경로정보를 영상인식에 이용 결합하는 방법, 영상 최소거리 경로정보를 음성인식에 이용 결합하는 방법, 그리고 음성의 신호 대 잡음비 정보를 이용하여 결합하는 방법을 비교했다. 6가지 결합방법 중 인식 전 결합방법인 파라미터 중요도를 이용한 결합방법이 가장 좋은 인식결과를 보였다.

최근 정보통신 제품 및 서비스 산업의 발달로 Vod, Teleshopping 등의 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 사용자 시스템의 개발이 한창이다. 그러나 구현된 제품이 국제 표준과 일치하지 않으면 제품은 시장 경쟁력을 상실하게 된다. 따라서 관련 프로토콜의 특성을 고려한 적합성 시험은 제품 및 서비스의 상호운용성의 확보를 위해 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 디지털 음향영상 통신 프로토콜로 자리 잡고 있는 DAVIC(Digital Audio Visual Counci)표준의 주요 프로토콜에 대한 구현 제품의 체계적이고 효율적인 적합성 시험 방법으로서 프로토콜 스택내의 단일 계층 시험 및 스택간의 관계 시험 방법 및 구조를 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to survey on the awareness of teachers and students to mass media as a source for school environmental education. This study was performed with the questionnaire to 179 teachers who participated in certificate in-service training for $\ulcorner$Environment$\lrcorner$subject and to 635 students(primary: 177, middle: 179, high school students: 279). The results derived from this study were as follows: First, most teachers(86.6%) evaluated that mass media's effects on students were high and positive in terms of school environmental education, thus they thought that the application necessity and possibility of mass media for environmental education were so too. Second, many teachers evaluated that more program related with environment had to be produced(57.0%) and disseminated, and information on them had to be apprised teachers to activate school environmental education(44.1%). Third, both teachers(87.1%) and students(70.4%) evaluated that audio-visual media such as television, video, movie was better than others for environmental education because audio-visual media could be more realistic and dynamic(T: 48.0%, S: 41.7%). Fourth, we found that as the result of statistical analysis, students's friendliness. credibility and preference on media were different to school classes. But we could not analize the relationship between factors for the limit of sample.
