An address is sub-spatial data representing a location, and identifies the place in which a resident's life is based. The Korean address system has changed from an area-based address system to the Road Name Address System in 2014 to solve the problems of the area-based address system and to accept the international address standards. Although the Road Name Address System is continually being modified and implemented it limitations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to resolve these limitations and to analyze and redefine the Road Name Address System of Korea to implement the street-based address system. To understand the address, we define the components of the address system and analyze the Korean Road Name Address System based on each component to derive the limit. To resolve the limitations of the Road Name Address System and to implement the street-based address system, the Road Name Address System is redefined according to three aspects. Finally, we evaluate the usability of the Road Name Address System proposed in this study through address based geocoding.

Internet GIS represents the GIS technique that, by integrating Internet and GIS technique, provides geographic information services through Internet environments, Internet GIS suggests that one can search and analyze spatial data through WWW under the dynamic client/ server computing environments, In this paper we introduce the development of a new address management system using GIS technique and a new address information system using Internet GIS, The new address system, which is based on stress name and building number along the street, is developed to complement the current address system which is based on cadastral system, The new address management system is developed for the management of address change due to establishment of roads, construction and destruction of buildings etc using a GIS, The new address information system presents the Internet GIS system which provides people with geographic and address information. By implementing the new address information system it is possible to share GIS data, increase the efficiency of implementation of GIS system, and maximize its usablity.

The 070-VOIP service were began to support system of E.164 and an IP address service. The address system was proposed how an convergence of E.164 address system was worked with an EPC and an IP address to the multimedia convergence service within the integration of wireless and wireline. In future, it was presented the way that the end user could use an integrated address system to be based on E.164 in BcN networks. An expansibility will be easy to all things are put into in knowledge that u- address system use an integrated address system to the basis of E.164 system.

A large part of the embedded system, compared with the PC, have low performance CPU and small memory. So the embedded operating system fits the condition of that hardware system. A Single Address Space (SAS) OS has the operating system and all applications in the single address space. The SAS architecture enhances sharing and co-operation, because addresses have a unique interpretation. Thus, pointer-based date structures can be directly communicated and shared between programs at any time, and can be stored directly on storage. The key point of the SAS OS on the embedded system is the low overhead inter-action between programs in process and usage. So SAS OS can be ported on the low performance CPU. In this paper, we design the SAS OS (named emNOS, Embedded Network Operating System) on the ARMTTDMI processor. Finally we show the benefits of the SAS OS on the embedded system.

The well-blown address matching technology developed by the U.S. Census Bureau was applicable only for street addresses. However, many other addressing systems on the basis of a hierarchy of areas (hierarchical areal addressing system), such as Korean or Japanese addressing system, cannot be suitable for the existing address matching method. This paper, therefore, develops an areal address matching method, especially for Korean addressing system, in order to geocode 2D and 3D locational data of human activities. Thus, this study explains a new approach to dealing with 3D positioning method composed of two geocoding methods, which are a '2D Korean Address Matching' technique and a '3D Address Matching' technique.

In this paper, we implement a public address system using power line communication in order to operate, extend, and expand the complicated public address devices and cables easily. Power line communication based public address system implemented consists of a public address control board and public address speaker boards which are suitable to digital streaming modulation. It can be noticed that we met satisfied results from performance measurement such as maximum audio output, audio channel response time, audio output SNR, and audio output THD+N.

The purpose of this study is development of the management and guide system for convenient use of new address guide system for systematic management and use of spatial information gained by management of numerical map of building and road to large basic new address, survey and input of main gate, setting up the road session, naming and input of road name, grant of given number of building, new address guide, life GIS and added information on Web-site in Jecheon-si city area In this study, development and establishment of new address management and guide system in local cities are designed by making full use of GIS function of client server base. A guide system is designed the same database as management system, and it is transformed into Web-GIS environment and developed in order to add the various functions of life GIS as wet as new address guide. In the result, the effectiveness of new address system and guide of Jecheon-si city could be highly increased owing to not only citizens'easy access but also easy availability of various informations necessary in life by developed its system.

Postal address information is basis for customer contact channel as well as for the postal logistics such as sorting and dispatching, and the management system has been prepared. It should manage not only address itself but also information of delivery districts and sequences. It is necessary to consider geographic information system (GIS) to be included for intuitive and efficient manipulation. In order to construct a integrative system that could manage and utilize the standardized postal address information, we analyze various user requirements, define required GIS information, and present some results of data and process modeling. In addition, we explain several main functions with screen-shots of the implemented system. The GIS-enabled system, which is constructed after this study, is planned to be used to build and manage a database of nationwide postal addresses. It would make it possible to present other postal information systems with the address information and to provide various customer services.

This paper deals with a fundamental study for '$Tonhobeondo$統戶番圖-making' of Hanseongbu(modern Seoul) before the Japanese colonial period. '$Tonhobeondo$統戶番圖-making' will be accomplished through analysis on Kwangmu-census光武戶籍 as a map of address-system in the Joseon period. It is possible to consider the urban changes of Hanseongbu(modern Seoul) because of '$Tonhobeondo$統戶番圖' reflects a urban situation from the 1897 to 1906. At present, an address-system of Korea was made by the cadastral survey in the 1914. By the way, new address-system was a completely different from traditional address-system of Joseon period. Consequently, different two address-system caused a lot of difficulties the study on the urban changes. For such a reason '$Tonhobeondo$統戶番圖-making' is very important. If '$Tonhobeondo$統戶番圖-making' would be accomplished, it will be used by a field of urban, architectural and historical science study besides.

The Road Name Address system has begun to be applied and widely used since 2011. However, the Digital Map, or the national representative basic map, has no reference to the Road Name Address system. It causes some difficulties to use the Digital Map under the Road Name Address system. In this paper, we suggest a method for generating the expanded Digital Map by adding information about Road Name Address system into the objects of the Digital Map. First, object matching pairs between the road section layer from the Road Name Address Map and the road centerline layer from the Digital Map are found. Then attributes to be copied from the Road Name Address map to the Digital Map are extracted by comparing their attribute tables. Finally the extracted attributes are copied from the Road Name Address Map to the Digital Map. The expanded road centerline layer of the Digital Map then has attributes about road name according to the Road Name Address system, so that the georeferencing of the Digital Map according to the Road Name Address system becomes possible.
