친환경 리모델링 철거공사 프로세스 모델 (벽식구조 노후 공동주택을 대상으로) (A Process Model of Eco-friendly Demolition Work for Wall Type Aged Housing Remodeling)

  • 리모델링 공사는 신축공사와 달리 철거공사가 주공정으로 선행되어야 하는데 현행 철거공사는 개략적 수준의 철거관리계획에 의한 생산성만을 강조한 철거 형태로 인해 폐자재 재활용이 되지않고 있어 자원낭비, 환경파괴를 가중 시키고 있으며, 철거작업 중 작업자의 안전과 구조체의 안전등이 전혀 고려되지 않고 철거하는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 친환경 철거공사가 되기 위해서는 프로세스의 개선이 우선 되어야하며 그 단계를 1) 철거관련 조사분석, 2) 철거관리 도서작성, 3) 철거관리 시공계획서작성, 4) 철거시공 및 감리, 5) 철거 후 관리의 5단계로 구분 하였으며, 특히 철거도면 작성으로 표준철거 WBS가 구축되고, 철거장비 및 공법, 폐기물 투하, 철거공정계획 수립이 가능하며 마감재 철거 후 구조체의 안전점검을 실시하므로써 철거중 불가피한 보수보강이 가능하며, 철거완료 Check list 작성에 따라 리모델링 본공사의 Database 활용이 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현행리모델링 철거공사 프로세스(AS-IS)의 문제점을 분석하고 개선된 친환경 리모델링 철거공사 프로세스(TO-BE)를 IDEF0 모델을 사용하여 제안하고자 한다.

  • In order to reduce the construction cost and period without degrading the quality, construction companies are making a lot of efforts to prefabricate and mechanize the construction process, and introducing and utilizing various techniques of construction time management in the process of construction. However, due to the various factors (such as weather conditions, labor factors, supply of equipment and materials, safety accident, etc) in the process of construction, construction projects are not frequently completed within the scheduled Period. This research is to examine the current status of construction time management and factors causing delay in construction with regard to the concrete work (such as form work, steel reinforcement, and concrete work) in building apartments.

  • There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as foundation, erection, structure, equipment finish and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in building. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

  • 건설 프로젝트에서 공정계획은 사업 성패의 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 그 중 공동주택 마감공사는 기초공사나 골조공사에 비해 작업 간의 간섭이 많다. 이로 인해 마감공사 시 공정관리 효율성 증대를 위한 Tact 공정관리기법이 적용되고 있다. Tact 공정관리는 작업 흐름이 일정하게 발생할 수 있도록 관리하며 마감 단위층을 통일시켜 작업속도를 균등화시킨다. 그러나 세부공종을 고려하지 않고 모든 작업이 균일하게 동기화되어 공사비가 증가하고 비효율적인 공정관리가 나타난다. 본 연구는 세부공종의 특성을 고려할 필요가 있다고 판단되어 기존 Tact 공정관리방식의 한계점을 파악하고 개선하고자 세부공종을 고려한 복합병행 Tact기법을 제안한다. 또한 기존 Tact기법과 복합병행 Tact기법을 비교분석하여 도출한 결과를 기반으로 복합병행 Tact기법의 타당성 및 실효성을 검증했다.

  • BIM과 건설사업관리(Construction Management; 이하 CM)는 건설정보를 통합 관리하고 신뢰성 있는 의사결정을 지원하는 수단이라는 점에서 그 성격이 유사하기 때문에 BIM은 CM에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있으나, CM 분야에서 BIM 도입은 미흡한 실정이다. 이 연구의 목적은 시공단계의 CM 업무에 BIM을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 업무절차 모델 및 가이드를 제시하는 것이다. 문헌조사를 통해 BIM 기능을 BIM 전환설계, 모델 검토, 데이터 추출, 자동 견적, 4D 시뮬레이션, 도면 생성, 엔지니어링 분야 연계분석 등으로 정의하고, CM 업무와 프로세스를 분석하여 BIM의 적용이 가능한 CM 업무를 도출하였다. BIM 기능과 CM 업무 간 연관성 분석을 통해 기존의 업무절차를 BIM 기능과 연계하여 재구성하고, 사업 참여자별 역할을 재정립하여 BIM기반 CM 업무절차 모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 모델의 효용성을 향상시키고자 면담조사와 사례조사를 통해 사업 참여자들의 BIM 업무를 기술한 가이드를 작성하였다. 또한 BIM기반 CM 업무절차 모델의 활용성을 검증하기 위한 선행연구의 BIM 프로세스와 비교 분석하고 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이 연구는 CM 분야에서 BIM의 활용성을 높이는데 기여할 수 있다. 향후에는 사례적용을 통해 실무적 관점에서 모델을 평가할 필요가 있으며, BIM 도입으로 인한 CM 업무의 확대를 고려하여 지속적으로 BIM기반 CM 업무절차 모델을 업데이트할 필요가 있다.

PDS를 활용한 여성용 테일러드 재킷패턴제작의 작업효율성 (A Study on the Work Efficiency of Pattern Making of Woman's Tailored Jacket by PDS)

  • The purpose of this study is to prove the work efficiency of PDS by measuring the work time on the process of pattern making of woman's tailored jacket. Also compared to the manual work time, PDS work efficiency is estimated according to experience difference. The YUKA CAD system was used. Through analysis of PDS Process, work time was measured by stop watch. Also the appearance of the 2 jackets was evaluated by a pool of evaluators consisted of graduate students and experienced professional modelist. The results were as follows: The work efficiency of PDS is higher than the work efficiency of manual work. There were significant differences of work time between work types in the expert and inexpert group. A study compared the work efficiency by PDS work type with those by manual work type according to experience difference and found that the work efficiency by PDS in the expert group was 25.3%, in the inexpert group was 35%. There were significant differences of work time between experience groups in PDS work, the work efficiency of expert group to inexpert group in the total pattern making time by PDS was 36.7%. There were no significant differences of appearance of tailored jacket between work types.

  • In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics industry in Korea has rapidly been expanding, with offline demand concentrating on online platforms owing to the development of digital infrastructure. This has increased the workload of courier drivers considerably, along with labor intensity. A delivery driver died recently from overwork due to the continuous increase in delivery volume, which raises social concerns. Delivery drivers work long hours, (over 12 hours) and are greatly affected by weather conditions, such as snow, rain, heat waves, and cold waves. In addition, they lack a fixed workplace; perform atypical work handling workpieces of various sizes, weights, and shapes; and spend a large amount of time driving as part of their work. This work involves a high level of tension and requires attention and concentration. Despite the frequency of industrial accidents in the courier industry, studies on safety and health to quantitatively analyze and systematize the work of courier workers are very scarce. Therefore, to define the work process necessary for investigating the harmful factors in delivery service and the work analysis, this study conducted interviews and on-site surveys to analyze the unit work of the delivery service by targeting delivery workers. In other words, a framework of unit work for work analysis was presented to enable research and analysis by considering the aforementioned characteristics of the courier industry. The process was broadly divided into work, transport, storage, delay, and inspection. Work was divided into loading, sorting, unloading, and door subcategories, and transportation was divided into vehicle, cart, and walking subcategories as well as 10 small processes. Moreover, 22 unit works were again drawn by conducting field surveys and interviews. The risk of unit work derived from this study was ergonomically evaluated, and the ergonomic analysis revealed that uploading and transportation were the most dangerous. The results of this study could be used as basic data for preventing industrial accidents among courier workers, whose work has increased with the logistics volume and the development of the logistics industry.

여성 재킷의 생산능력 설정을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Productive Capacity Setting of Women's Jacket)

  • This study aims at setting up productive capacity which can be usefully utilized for work management of apparel manufacturers. So as to achieve this goal, an apparel manufacturing company which has been operated by miniline system in Seoul was selected. Standard time and man-hour were calculated to create the accurate productive capacity by observing and measuring a work flow included cutting, sewing and finishing processes. And the result is as following. The standard time for each process was presented as cutting process 47004.5s, sewing process 671050.5s and finishing process 22426.3s. And 15284.4ms was computed as total procession man-hour per day of the manufacturer which is organized of 16 people. Also, the procession man-hour for each process was revealed as cutting process 396.7ms(2.6%), sewing process 14509.3ms(94.9%) and finishing process 378.5ms(2.5%). +Surplus was found in the productivity for each process included the cutting process(outshell, lining and seam process), the sewing process(preparation and arrangement process) and the finishing process. But, additional man-hour 52436.18ms was required because the productive capacity was calculated as -surplus(-13.9%) in the sewing process(part and assembly process). Therefore, a work schedule was planned based on the previous result. However, loading can be ideal when a capacity and a load become '0'. The object company should find the way to reduce allowance(26.25%) of the sewing process through reconstruction of consciousness and improvement in functions with analyzing works of operators. Also, they need to consider an additional supplement of the personnel.

조선소 판넬라인의 최적 생산계획 수립을 위한 생산 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Study of Product Simulation for Establishing the Optimal Production Scheduling of the Panel line in a Shipyard)

  • Panel line is an important process occupying the largest work amount in shipbuilding. In this research product simulation has been carried out to establish the optimal production scheduling. For this purpose a web-based panel line simulator was developed using an object modeling technology and C# language. The balance of work-load and increase in the productivity by the improvement of production facilities and process are the key factors for a good scheduling. In this study SPRT(Shortest Remaining Process Time) rule was applied for the work-load balancing and a good result achieved. To increase the productivity in the stiffener welding stage which is a bottleneck; process, more welding heads and higher welding speed were tested using the developed simulator. The simulation results showed that either more welding head or higher welding speed decreased the total work time. Use of both, however, deteriorated the productivity because of the bottleneck in the following stage. This result points out that the improvement of production facilities and/or process should be evaluated with their influences on the leading and following processing stage.
