Modal analysis is an important and essential process in design of a high speed machining center. Generally, modal analysis of a built-in spindle system has not taken the work piece's shape and dimension into consideration. Since small and long work pieces influence greatly the natural frequency of the entire system, the high speed spindle system which continuously makes small machine parts by long work pieces for improvement of machining time has to consider the machining work pieces. Therefore frequency characteristics of the spindle system with long work pieces are studied in this paper.

본 연구는 일 가정 병립을 위한 유연근무제가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 직장인을 대상으로 설문지 총 73부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 일 가정 병립을 위한 유연근무제가 직무만족도 상관관계는 근무만족도와 유연근무제현황, 근무만족도와 근무현황, 유연근무제현황과 조직만족도, 근무현황과 조직만족도는 통계적으로 유의하지 못한 것으로 나타났으나, 근무만족도와 조직만족도 간의 상관관계는 p<.01 유의수준의 .313으로 낮은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유연근무제가 직무만족도에 대한 회귀분석 결과, 일 가정 병립을 위한 유연근무제가 직무만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 근로자의 자녀명수와 평균근속년수 간에는 유의적인 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 평균근속년수 5년 이하는 자녀없음(38.4%), 1명(15.1%), 2명(11%) 자녀없음에서 높게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있으며, 평균근속년수 21년 이상은 자녀2명(9.6%)에서 많다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 일 가정 병립을 위한 유연근무제가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 유연근무제 활성화로 유연근무제 정착 및 직무만족도를 높여 효과성을 검증한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

The rebar work is very related to the safety and durability of the building. Recently, the rebar work is produced some serious problems due to the lack of skillful crafts-man and the rising cost of rebar materials. Many papers have dealt with the rebar work of the manufacturing system in plants with a view to improvement those problems. But, the research on the rebar work of the manufacturing system in field is in a insignificant condition. This study presents the following improvement schemes as a result. First, the education strengthening for evaluation on practical affairs, second, the reinforcement of drawing & management in shop drawing and finally the simplification of apartment rebar work in slab. Also, this paper aims at advancing apartment rebar work by the actual condition survey in slab work. The further research will be needed about the whole structure parts such as foundation, wall, girder and rebar truss-deck plate as one of the improvement methods.

The purpose of this study was to apply a PERT-type system, a combination of the project evaluation and review technique(PERT) and critical path method(CPM) on the employees' work time management of flood preparation, assembly, transportation and cleaning in home-delivered meals program for elderly The resources allotment heuristic program was developed by considering the number of employees and cooking utilities, being limited resources of home- delivered meals program. This program could assign the employees to perform the works included in flood preparation, assembly, transportation ind cleaning. Critical path and activities ware identified by PERT-type system on the basic of work time investigation in five senior centers. Work sheets were invented to perform the work by the shortest path with flexible employees'maximum flow As a result of the work time investigation, the most prevalent activities were ones of preparation in center C and E. Besides, the preparation(over fifty percent) was the most proportion among flood preparation, assembly, transportation and cleaning in center C and E. Critical path and activities of 'C'center were cucumber in sauce preparation path and assembly, wrapping in assembly path and case delivery in transportation path. Critical path and activities of 'E'center were Pan-fried Potato Preparation Path and assembly, case covering, wrapping in assembly Path. The work sheet invented by the heuristic program and PERT-type system reduced the work completion time and man hours in both centers.

There is much dangerous machine in worksite. These make the rate of accidents increase. Specially, among them, dryness equipment work has the highest rate of accidents. Therefore, it has been managed by safety-health law. It is very important to make a special study of work using the dangerous machine. In press work, it is also important to develop safety system program to improve productivity and work safely In this reaserch. the safety mangement system is built for the work improvement of the Press. I will try new development method about dangerous machine.

In any form of construction work, it is essential that accidents be prevented at every stage from foundation preparation to build completion. For this, it is necessary to use models that can assess risk and provide instruction for safe work processes so that the risk of accidents is reduced. Currently, however, very few models can perform these tasks. In this paper, we presents a model that assesses risk quantitatively by analyzing risk factors involved in stage of construction such as foundation work, erection work, structural work, equipment work, finishing work and etc work. The model performs assessment based on examples of accidents and by investing actual conditions during construction. In addition, we presents in this paper a safety management system was developed to assess risk during construction and to effectively train laborers.

In introducing and applying the budget management system, the question of how to establish management structure(skelton) representing budget management responsible unit is significantly related to the degree of accuracy and analysis on the performance measurement of standard work unit. We have the following rational process of establishing performance measurement of budget management System ; 1) Standardization of work method 2) Establishment of management structure 3) Institution of budget management system. Especially, this system is based on a premise of efficiency of objectives management, it is assumed that performance measurement in the standard work unit must be enforced according to the basis and categories of performance evaluation based on the evaluating work unit. Therefore, most of all, the following three detail questions(subjects) are to be determined in order to rationalize these above principles to a maximum possible extent of performance measurement system. First, we established respective performance standard unit with respect to such detailed work unit, performance standard unit of which were accurately applicable directly from using the budget ana objectives account data and their supplementary data of the work measurement techniques. Second, by using the above mentioned question, over all evaluation and suggestion are made based on the study of the recording for each work unit development, budget management and production nit (volume of production) Third, the measurement of performance of budget management system is based on the principle of standard work unit, compared with the standard basis and actual work unit by period and activities unit and calculated percentage effectiveness according to the above procedure. and so evaluated the efficiency of performance measurement on the budget management system.

The purpose of this study is to construct the family support system and suggest various policies for work-life balance to create the family-friendly society. For this purpose, this study showed the theoretical background for constitution of integrated family support system-community, government and business. Especially, this study emphasized that family-centered viewpoint to the policy is needed and that support for worklife balance not work-family balance should be enlarged. Various policies were suggested in three parts and the role of community was emphasized. Finally, this study presented the necessity of laws and committee for work-life balance and role of healthy family-support center for work-life balance.

Urban transit operation corporations perform repetitive work to investigate the EMU, electric multiple unit, by some fixed maintenance cycle. The quality of maintenance work usually depends on workers' know-how. Though some information to support the maintenance work is digitalized and provided to workers, it is not great help to them because of its non systematic structure. The information includes drawings, manuals, work results, work history, fault history, etc. The maintenance workers want to access the information anytime anywhere, and make an effect to promote the efficiency of maintenance for EMU. But it is difficult to achieve that without some structured information system which is able to use in work area. So we develop maintenance information system for EMU for about 4 years from 2002 to 2005. In this paper we present the configuration and characteristics of this system, and the results of the evaluation test. We install the system in two depots, Changdong and Jichuk, belonged to SeoulMetro to evaluate its efficiency and estimate its economic benefits.
