Competitions among domestic foodservice businesses get more intense as the presence of new competitors has rapidly increased. For the past decade, our domestic foodservice industry has shown outstanding growth and overcome poor industrial environments. The poor work conditions employees suffer from will cause negative effects on organization values and effectiveness. Although facing severe problems, most of foodservice businesses do not take aggressive counteraction to eliminate these issues. With this in mind, the study has been implemented to empirically investigate the effects of the foodservice business on organization values and organization effectiveness and then to utilize the findings of the study to develop various marketing strategies for the foodservice industry. The findings of the study were as follows: first, with respect to the effects among organization values, job satisfaction, and organization loyalty, the organization value was found to have positive effects both on job satisfaction, and organization loyalty. The findings demonstrated that the levels of job satisfaction and organization loyalty of employees may be increased by promoting organization values, as positive relationships were found between organization values, job satisfaction, and organization loyalty of employees. second, organization values were found to have a positive effect on organization loyalty. Therefore, job satisfaction should be considered as a key factor for achieving overall organizational loyalty of employees in the foodservice industry.

This study attempted to confirm the factors that the meaning of work perceived by organization members and job embeddedness affects creative behavior. In addition, we tried to confirm the relationship between the meaning of work and job embeddedness. On the other hand, we tried to verify the mediating effect of job embeddedness between the meaning of work and creative behavior. Accordingly, the following results and implications were derived through the hypotheses set for the members of small and medium-sized enterprises. First, the meaning of work showed a positive effect on job embeddedness and creative behavior, and it was empirically analyzed that job embeddedness was improved on creative behavior. In order to improve the creative behavior of organizational members, the need for advancement of the management and training system to systematically improve and strengthen the meaning of work and job embeddedness has emerged. Second, job embeddedness showed a mediating effect between the meaning of work and creative behavior. In other words, the employee's job embeddedness acted as a direct or indirect factor according to the improvement of the meaning of work and creative behavior. Accordingly, as one of the major factors in human resource management and strategic human resource development for the advancement of the sustainable management system, the need for institutional establishment and implementation was required as it became more efficient and effective.

Nursing organization culture is common patterns of believing, thinking and behaving resulted from a variety of experiences and interaction nurses in the same setting. This study was performed based on the assumption of existence of different subcultures within meta-culture, to identify the differences of subculture among 5 nursing units and to analyze the relationship between nursing organization culture and organizational commitment In this study, two kinds of instruments were used. One was the instrument of nursing organization culture developed by researcher through literature review and interview with nurses. The other one was Mowday's Organizational Commitment Questionnaire to measure organizational commitment of nurses. Both of them were structured with 5 scale. The answers were analyzed using SPSS program. The results were as follows : The meta-culture of the nursing organization culture was the people stable culture. There were significant differences in people development culture and people stable culture among 5 nursing units and all 5 units had different culture score. Especially, emergency room had strong development culture, and stable culture was dominant in operating room. Other units except emergency room and operating room had high scores in people stable culture than other culture types, but revealed different distribution. There were significant differences of the nursing organizational culture types -people development, task development, people stable, task stable-among 5 units. Four types of nursing organizational culture consisted of competing values in one organization. Nurses's organizational commitments were sign ificantly different among the units. The score per ceived by nurses who work in emergency room, operating room and leu was higher commitment score than that of medical/surgical nursing units Nurse's commitment to nursing organization was also related to total work period as nurse in any setting and work period in this hospital. Organizational commitment was significantly different among the nursing culture types, indicating that the scores of developmental culture were higher than stable culture. In conclusion, there were many different subcultures in nursing organization. In subculture, the organizational commitment was different. Therefore, the change of nursing organization culture or nursing unit culture needs to be considered to hire, give orientation, teach. and reallocate nurses efficiently. Research on nursing organization culture using both qualitative and quantitative method needs to be further considered. Furthermore, the strategy in nursing organization culture for nursing administrator to manage human resources efficiently and to change nursing unit effectively, needs to be developed.

This study is about the criminal information system of police cooperation organization between European nations. The criminal information system of police cooperation organization between European nations is the organization created by the sign of the Europol convention in 26 July 1995 and the effectuation in 1 October 1998 for European nations' cooperative confrontation with frequent international terror, international organization crime, drug trafficking, illegal immigrant smuggling, and other critical crimes. From the beginning, this organization established the criminal information system for overcoming the working limits of previous international police organization. This system consists of information system, work file, and index system and enables every national unit or other law enforcement agents to collect, exchange, and utilize the information. Additionally, it try to keep in step with the rapidly change time, such as the integration with CMS, the establishment of correspondence system against cyber crime, and the introduction of biometric database. The criminal information system of the Europol gives important suggestions to the police cooperation organization between nations, besides prevention and suppression against the international crimes in Europe.
This study identifies how management theory and philosophy work in conjunction with and support one another as both are critical to understanding leadership concepts and viewing the design organization holistically in terms of organizational behavior and performance. This paper analyses data from an in-depth single-case study at management in interior design organization in Korea. Two new 'most efficient and effective way' to achieve the goals of the design organization has been launched. The first was organizational behavior and performance, and the second a needed new paradigm of management skills. Organizational culture affects organizational effectiveness in design because it can (a) provide an organization with a competitive advantage, (b) improve the way an organizational structure works, and (c) increase the motivation of designers to pursue organizational interests. Moreover, the result of research creates paradigm of thinking that how leaders in the design organization need to focus on innovative and strategic systems to gain competitive advantage and enter global markets; a key inter-organizational cooperation strategy to achieve a targeted goal.

This paper showcases the study of 150 Coast Guard officers on how work environment compatibility impacts their organization and job attachment. The independent variable, work environment compatibility, is separated into three sub-variables, which are organization compatibility, job compatibility, and supervisor compatibility. The study's results show that job attachment is only influenced by job compatibility while organization attachment is influenced by all three; organization, supervisor, and job compatibility. With these results, we can make suggestions for the development of the Coast Guard organization and further research based on individual characteristics.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between complexity, tacit knowledge, know-how, perception, and perception on business performance, and to suggest management implications for corporate performance and organizational executives. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, corporate representatives and staff in charge of organization should be able to access various information and contents through various routes about the work of members of the organization, and should make efforts to freely communicate among members. Second, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should consider using the traditional methods of communication within their work, but allowing more informed and inmates to do more off-the-job activities that can increase intimacy with each other. Third, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should provide a situation in which they can acquire work knowledge in a variety of ways, but must devise communication methods to increase information sharing and information value among members. Fourth, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should endeavor to provide employees with educational support, family invitation events, awards and bonuses, and compliments that will make them more interested in their work. Lastly, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners are encouraged to maintain effective communication, employee pride, etc., so that the concentration of work, achievement, quality and productivity of work, and high professionalism can be maintained. The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically whether the expected effects of smart work in organizations were different between job types and positions. The development of information technology is demanding innovation of working style within the enterprise. There is a tendency to prefer the face-to-face working style in traditional organizations in the case of some positions or job types. However, many companies are carrying out smart work such as teleworking or telecommuting, flexible working time. But many companies still stick to their existing working methods. There is also the causal relationship between accepting attitudes toward smart work and expectation effects, depending on the position and the job types, even within the same organization. As a result of research, causal relationship analysis showed that the significant factors affecting productivity were teleworking and increasing work efficiency. The national social cost savings were influenced by the improvement of quality of life and flexible working hours. In order to activate communication within the organization, there was a positive effect on the increase of work efficiency. Only flexible working hours between the general manager and subordinates showed a significant difference.
Research activities and discussions on specialized areas reflecting the specificity of landscape construction are necessary. Therefore, this study was conducted with the purpose of presenting basic data for efficient field management by deriving items necessary for safety management in landscape construction fields through experts' opinions. A survey was conducted using Delphi analysis to derive "management items" and "safety management items according to landscape type" for landscape construction field safety for a total of 15 landscape construction specialists. The survey results showed that four top items were derived from the "management items" for the safety of landscape construction fields; they include: "safety and health management organization and education," "industrial safety and health management expenses," "payment of personal protection," and "establishment of safety measures." In addition, two to five items for each higher item appeared and resulted in a total of 13 lower items. Personnel, organization, budget, etc. for safety management are always required in the field, and the monitoring part of whether these elements are working was also taken up as a management item. In the "Management items according to each landscape construction" a total of eight landscape type were distinguished, they include: 'Reinforced concrete work', 'Masonry work', 'Plaster's work', 'Waterproof work', 'Stone masonry work', 'Pavement work', 'Facilities work', and 'Planting work'. Furthermore, two to seven sub-items for each construction type were derived, and a total of 35 management items were presented.
