The rebar work is very related to the safety and durability of the building. Recently, the rebar work is produced some serious problems due to the lack of skillful crafts-man and the rising cost of rebar materials. Many papers have dealt with the rebar work of the manufacturing system in plants with a view to improvement those problems. But, the research on the rebar work of the manufacturing system in field is in a insignificant condition. This study presents the following improvement schemes as a result. First, the education strengthening for evaluation on practical affairs, second, the reinforcement of drawing & management in shop drawing and finally the simplification of apartment rebar work in slab. Also, this paper aims at advancing apartment rebar work by the actual condition survey in slab work. The further research will be needed about the whole structure parts such as foundation, wall, girder and rebar truss-deck plate as one of the improvement methods.

Recently, many organizations are actively adopting VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), an IT-based business system, to build a non-face-to-face business environment for smart-work. However, most of the existing research on VDI has focused on the satisfaction of system service quality or the use of IT resources and investment for VDI introduction. However, research on effective management and utilization of factors according to the characteristics of VDI technology is urgently required. This study is an empirical research study on how VDI technology characteristics affect interactions and work performance by identifying differences in utilization factors between general organization members and IT managers, presenting standards for business utilization and management. This study proposed a model and hypothesis that the system technology characteristics for VDI use are mediated by interactions in which users respond to functions appropriate to their work. In order to verify the hypothesis, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 188 people of companies and institutions that have adopted and used VDI through a questionnaire survey. Data analysis was performed with partial least squares (PLS), a structural equation modeling (SEM) technique that uses a component-based approach to estimation. As a result of the empirical analysis, the same environmental function for performing work, N-th security, and remote access function factors for non-face-to-face work have a significant effect on interactivity, and IT managers have an additional significant effect on the management technology characteristics of resource reallocation. Has been shown to affect. The results of this study aim to minimize trial and error due to new introduction by presenting considerations for future VDI introduction through case analysis.

While temporary construction work applies to a temporary facility, it has a high use frequency during the construction period accounting for around 10% of the construction cost, it requires systematic management. However, construction inspection information of temporary construction work often has no special specification in the design documents and specification items, with the items on various standards also being formidable. Because of this, related inspection are likely to be performed inefficiently with a high probability for occurrence of human errors when quality inspection is conducted for the temporary construction work. In the present study, therefore, apply to the electronic operation support system capable of supporting implementation of inspection of providing related information for the contemporary construction work. To achieve this, a prototype is developed by using IDEF0 to identify information flow by process and organizing EPSS-based quality inspection Task. And then, efficiency of the quality inspection and information accessibility for temporary construction work are to be improved by verification method of Sample Project.

This dissertation are studying the conceptual structure of decision making situation in libraries, by analyzing the library function, decision makings of library and then seeking economic and efficient alternative decision making by programming the· decision making situations, and finally, introducing how to apply management information system or decision making support system. For this purpose, in order to analyzing necessary factors for the decision making system, the questionnaire used Lickert method were distributed to 400 librarians of 36 universities in Seoul by means of mail. 193 librarians, $48\%$ of the questionnaire, are returned are studied by using 'SYSTAT' statistical software to figure out the factors of the decision making system. This dissertation was put six hypotheses and tested with the returned questionnaire. The following five result can be asserted. First, to the higher degree of the librarians' participation in the important library decision makings, the quality of formal library services are improved regardless of seniority of the work. Secondly, the t-test results show that all of t-test scores of seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work are exceeding significant level and perception of decision making was proved to be different depending on seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work in libraries. Thirdly, as the results of factor af factor analysis, the encouragement on participation in the library academic activities, the extent to get useful information about performances of library and the improvements of library works were grouped by similar posibilities of distribution and therfore the academic activities, the collection of information and the improvement of library performances is proved to be interrelational each other. Fourthly, the fifth hypothesis of the close relationship between the decision making situation and types of advisor by it was more or less interrelational, but their relationship was not seen some significancies. Lastly, as the dynamic organization of library management forming a special commitee or a project team with librarian can improve the extent and quality of the librarian's participation in the decision making of library works, and thus library will become to performance more rational and effective library management.

Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Experts take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Experts' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.

This paper presents a research model, which identifies a relationship between medical error reduction, efficiency of organizational systems, and employee satisfaction with organizational support. The proposed model was tested through hypotheses, based on data collected from 210 respondents from the medical staff of large -sized (i.e., more than 500 beds) residential hospitals in cities of South Korea. The results of the study showed that medical error reduction is associated with corrective system and employee satisfaction with organizational support. Therefore, it is very important that organizations improve their employees' satisfaction by providing sufficient support (e.g., information support and sharing, work guide book, etc.) for their work. In addition, in organizational systems, the corrective system has positive relationship with medical error reduction. In terms of corrective procedures, leaders or managers can make improvements by providing and supporting a friendly work environment where errors may be reported without blame and discussed in order to be corrected.

We demonstrate in this paper that the level crossing technique can be applied to such a system that not only the state vector is two-dimensional but Its two components are heterogeneous. As an example system, we use the GI-G/c/K queue whose state vector consists of the number of customers in the system and the total unfinished work.

The national Logistics Information system has been rapidly developed on account of the dramatic improvements in the military's logistics support system and supply support system, making a transition from manual work system to computerized work system. Supply level, however, does not reflect these changes in the overall logistics environment and still retains the state it was in the 1970s. This research uses the accumulated data from the equipment maintenance information system developed in the year 2009 to analyze RWT(Requisition Wait Time) and CWT (Customer Wait Time). The analysis estimated the realistic transportation and ordering time and led to the conclusion that the differentiated ASL operation system that considers demand level should be adopted instead of the uniform ASL employment system.

Standard safety management costs can not be applied to each site with same rate, it is very difficult, because it depends on the experience, work method, work kind, work progress schedule, and hazard level of each construction company. Therefore, this study is to find out hazard level of each work kinds through questionnaire and interview and investigate analyze the status which standard safety management costs have been used. Also, this study is to show reasonable rates of standard safety management costs in construction industry and to set up countermeasures against those problem after reviewing its status in korea with in Japan and Europe. This study is to investigate eleven project kinds of domestic system, first, and to investigate eleven items of apartment bldg, office. Also this study is to investigate and analyze performed costs of presently processing worker finished work so that it shows a new reasonable rate against standard safety management costs in construction industry, in order to make basical data and material to be systemized.
