벽식구조 거푸집공사의 품질 및 생산성향상을 위한 공법개선 연구 (A Study of Construction Methods for Quality and Productivity Enhancement of Form Works in the Bearing Wall Systems)

  • 벽식구조 골조공사에서 거푸집공사는 원가에 지배적 비율을 점하고 RC 구조체의 중심공법으로 활용되고 있기 때문에 체계적이고 효율적인 공법개선이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문은 거푸집공사의 품질 및 생산성향상을 위한 공법개선을 목적으로 한다. 과학적인 분석기법을 통한 기존 벽식구조 거푸집공사의 문제점을 개선하고자 생산성 분석기법인 워크 샘플링을 활용하였다. 개선안을 도출하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고, 개선방향에 따라 거푸집공사의 품질 및 시공단순화를 위한 유닛화 및 기계화 방안으로 키커폼(kicker form)을 제시하였다. 이는 거푸집공사 수행에 있어 불필요한 작업프로세스를 줄이고 생산성 및 종합적인 시공품질이 향상될 것으로 판단된다.

  • The construction industry has become larger and higher in size. The process of high-rise building construction is complicated and has various conditions affecting productivity. Analysing productivity in high-rise buildings is difficult despite the various productivity analysis methods. In this study, data was collected from actual construction site to analyse the productivity of curtain wall operation by means of Work sampling and Method Productivity Delay Model. As a result, this paper suggests advantages and disadvantages deducted from comparing the two productivity analysis methods.

  • We analyze how much employees' work abilities and overall satisfaction on the job or corporate influence on the productivity and customer satisfaction in the service industry, which is characterized by simultaneity, heterogeneity, intangibility and etc. Employees always encounter customers in process of the service. So, the employees' attitudes and behaviors have direct influences on the service quality or satisfaction which customers perceive. Also, employees' satisfaction or work abilities can lead to increase or decrease the productivity. To grasp and demonstrate the cause and effect relationship, we firstly measure the degrees of employee satisfaction organized by 11 factors through survey, and also measure employees' overall satisfaction, organizational commitment and productivity. Secondly, we define service value as the employee's objective measure index and collect it with the data related to customer satisfaction. Based on the collected data, thirdly we define how the relationship among the employee satisfaction, the productivity, the service value and the customer satisfaction are affected by the employees' work abilities and overall satisfaction with SEM(Structural Equation Model). And finally, we classify employees according to their abilities and the degrees of satisfaction respectively and suggest important strategies to manage them effectively.

  • 표준품셈은 공공기관 및 민간기관의 공사비를 책정하는 기본적인 자료로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 하천공사에서 선정된 대표공종을 대상으로 새로운 형식의 표준품셈 및 장비의 작업량 산출방식을 제안하고자 한다. 품셈에서 작업조 구성의 정보 및 1일 생산성 정보의 제공이 가능하도록 함으로써 공정계획 단계에서 품셈의 적용성을 향상시키고 장비의 작업량 산출과정을 간소화하여 사용자의 편의성을 증대할 수 있기를 기대한다. 하천공사의 경우 작업조건이라는 변수가 매우 크게 작용하기 때문에 생산성 정보 및 기계의 작업량을 일반화 하는 것은 많은 어려움이 존재하지만 지속적인 생산성 정보와 기계의 작업량 정보를 개선하여 정확도를 향상할 수 있다면 품셈을 통한 공정계획 수립 및 적산과정의 간소화가 가능할 것이다.

공장가공에 따른 샌드위치 패널공사의 생산성 및 경제성 분석 (Productivity and Economic Analysis of Sandwich Panel Construction Work by Shop Fabrication)

  • 1970년대부터 고도의 산업발전을 이루기 시작한 국내 건설현장에서 저렴한 공사비용 및 간편한 시공성 등을 장점으로 샌드위치패널을 활용한 건축물이 급격하게 증가하는 실정이다. 하지만 샌드위치 패널의 시공을 담당하는 기업들은 대형 건설업체보다 중소건설업체인 관계로 생산성 향상을 위한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 샌드위치패널공사 현장조사를 하여 작업조별 작업싸이클을 분석하고 Webcyclone을 이용한 모델링을 하였으며, 각 작업조별 생산성 및 공사금액을 분석하였다. 또한 생산성 영향요인중 하나인 패널의 가공장소에 따른 생산성 및 공사금액의 변동을 민감도 분석하여 각 작업조별 최적화된 생산성 및 공사금액을 분석하였다. 분석결과 공장가공 작업조가 현장가공 작업조에 비하여 약 30% 정도의 생산성이 향상됨으로 조사되었고, 공사비용 분석 결과 약 15% 정도의 공사비용이 증가됨으로 조사되었다. 또한 개구부 요율에 따른 민감도 분석에 의하여 약 20% 정도의 개구부를 공장에서 가공을 하였을 때 공사금액 최적화가 이루어짐을 보여준다.

업무생산성 향상을 위한 종합정보업무환경 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Integrated Information Work Environment for Improving Work Productivity)

  • There have been strong arguments that the best organizational type for the information society is a network organization which is intelligent and learning-oriented as well as has problem solving capacities rather than a traditional passive organization which strictly follows standard operating procedures. In this perspective, integrated information work environment emerges as attractive work environment for the 21st century. Integrated information work environment is defined as an integrated electronic environment that is available to and readily accessible be each employee and is structured to provide immediate, individualized on-line access to the full range of information, software, guidance, advice and assistance, data, images, tools, and assessment and monitoring systems to permit job performance with minimal support and intervention by others. Case study was performed to measure the productivity improvement by implementing integrated information work environment in life insurance company. The results show that there is a number of indications of strong work productivity improvements.

  • Safety of workers and productivity in construction site are affected according to the conflict status of work spaces which are performed at a time. The interference among the work spaces in construction site should be minimized because it becomes a blocking factor that causes construction delay and low productivity. Those factors can be managed by reasonable H&S (Health & Safety) practice. This research suggests the requirements of H&S practice and rules to establish the strategy of H&S management based on the literature reviews related to H&S rule. The suggested H&S rule can be visualized for searching space conflict point if the rule is linked with visual simulation tool. Accordingly the research results can be used for improving and visualizing construction productivity by work space control in 4D/nD CAD system.

  • In apartment building with column structure, reinforcing bar of the column is constructed mainly using gas pressure welding job. Therefore, gas pressure welding job in very critical process is construction apartment building with column structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze productivity of gas pressure welding work in column structure apartment using Web-CYCLONE. In this study, a CYCLONE model was developed for the productivity analysis of gas pressure welding work. Through this model, the optimal combination of the resources was obtained. This study will be utilized in the future as a useful tool of productivity analysis and the determination of an optimal combination of resources for gas pressure welding in apartment with column structure.

  • Because steel frame has own characteristics as easy to work and structural safety, it is being increased application by the trend of construction industry has been more higher and larger in today. However, steel frame works have potential problem, so fundamental solution is needed for preventing serious accidents. Recently, self-supported steel joint for enhancing safety is developed in Korea, but this system has some limitations as convenience of work, retainment of consistent productivity. For complementing this limitations, we developed the new system named Automated wire control machine. This study is performed productivity of steel frame work by new system. The basis data for analysing productivity is collected from field test.

  • In the 21 century, it is emphasized that administration concerning the employees's welfare can only obtain the ultimate advancement in productivity. the employee's welfare strategy include proper salary, labor time, work-environment and so on. This study aims ti finding out the relationship between the amenity of the resting space and productivity in the automobile factory, The resting space is the is one of the major elements consisting the work-environment. As a result, It is exposed that the amenity of the resting place can promote psychological and physical satisfaction, and that the employee's satisfaction on their work-environment also can promote the productivity.
