China's Space Activities in 2011 (thereafter 2011 White Paper) was published by Information Office of State Council of the Peoples Republic of China on December 29, 2011, and it was the third space white paper after 2000's space white paper and 2006's space white paper. The 2011 White Paper summarizes splendid achievements China had received in space area since 2006, and systematically introduces the principles of China's space activities; at the same time, it also presents the world the policies, measures and key areas of China's space activities in the following five years. This 2011 White Paper is the most detailed, concrete, and integrated elaboration of China's space policy, and it will be the guideline for China to explore outer space with peaceful purpose in the next five years. Compared with 2000's and 2006's White Papers, the 2011 White Paper indicated that Chinese government adjusted space policies under the new circumstance. The 2011 white paper stressed China's position on use of outer space for peaceful purpose and highlighted the new idea of scientific and innovative development in space industry in the next five years.

In this note we reformulate the white noise calculus on the classical Wiener space (C', C). It is shown that most of the examples and operators can be redefined on C without difficulties except the Hida derivative. To overcome the difficulty, we find that it is sufficient to replace C by L$_2$[0,1] and reformulate the white noise on the modified abstract Wiener space (C', L$_2$[0, 1]). The generalized white noise functionals are then defined and studied through their linear functional forms. For applications, we reprove the Ito formula and give the existence theorem of one-side stochastic integrals with anticipating integrands.

White noise distribution theory over the complex Gaussian space is established on the basis of the recently developed white noise operator theory. Unitarity condition for a white noise operator is discussed by means of the operator symbol and complex Gaussian integration. Concerning the overcompleteness of the exponential vectors, a coherent sate representation of a white noise function is uniquely specified from the diagonal coherent state representation of the associated multiplication operator.

We construct the Gelfand triple based on the space \ulcorner, introduced by Sato and di Silva, of analytic and exponentially decreasing function. This space denoted by(\ulcorner) of white noise test functionals are defined by the operator cosh \ulcorner, A=-(\ulcorner)\ulcorner+x\ulcorner+1. We also note that many properties like generalizations of the Paley-Wiener theorem and the Bochner-Schwartz theorem hold in this space as in the space of Hida distributions.

An RF energy detector for spectrum sensing in TV white space transceiver is presented. It is based on an RF active filtering technique that comprises a low-noise amplifier with a frequency-translation high-pass filtering feedfoward loop, which attenuates the unwanted sideband energy and only passes the wanted band energy. Unlike the conventional architecture, a new architecture that can attenuate both sidebands at the same time is proposed. A simplified system modeling method is presented to assess the non-ideality effects on the RF energy detector performances. System behavioral simulations demonstrate that the proposed architecture can be instrumental for realizaing a RF energy detector circuit in CMOS.

White dwarf stars have played important roles in rather diverse areas of astrophysics. This paper outlines how these stellar remnants, especially those in widely separated "fragile" binaries, have provided unique leverage on difficult astrophysical problems such as the ages of stars, the structure and evolution of the Galaxy, the nature of dark matter and even the discovery of dark energy.

최근 주요국에서 주파수 자원 개방의 일환으로 TV White Space(TVWS) 관련 정책이 추진되고 있으며, Super-WiFi 및 WRAN을 통한 활용 방안이 중점적으로 논의되고 있다. 이는 이동통신 서비스의 주파수 부족 문제 해소 차원 외에도 비면허 및 저대역 주파수를 사용하는 특성으로 인해 신규 서비스의 등장과 다양한 산업이 개발되고 육성되는 기반이 될 수 있다는 점에서 비(非) 통신계 사업자에게는 큰 기회가 되고 있다. 이에 DB 기반의 TVWS 상용 및 시험 서비스가 가시화됨에 따라 주요국에서 등장하는 TVWS 서비스 현황을 살펴보고, TVWS 서비스의 생태계 분석을 통해 향후 국내 시장환경에 적합한 White Space 서비스 도입 방안제시와 함께 DB 운영 및 이용자 측면에서 바람직한 상용화 정책 방향을 모색하고자 하였다.

Purpose: In this paper, we propose a direction of future research and development to be carried out in the passive tracking field by deriving a white space with enhanced search formula of patent analysis. Method: In this paper, we derive a white space by identifying the direction and the flow of technology change and by matrixing the object and solution through extensive patent search with enhanced search formula and analysis in the field of passive tracking technology. Result: By the proposed scheme, 'multi-target positioning and tracking' and '3D positioning technology' using artificial intelligence, adaptive/hybrid positioning technology, and radar/antenna were derived as white space technologies and confirmed with absence of any services or products. Conclusion: The derived white space technologies from this paper are the areas where patent applications are not active and there are not many prior patents, thus it is necessary to secure the rights through more active R&D and patent application activities.

We study on kernel operators (Wick monomials) on symmetric Fock space. We give optimal conditions on kernels so that the corresponding kernel operators are densely defined linear operators on the Fock space. We try to formulate our results in the framework of white noise analysis as much as possible. The most of the results in this paper can be extended to anti-symmetric Fock space.

Koreans have regarded the red as a major color from old times. The red is a traditional color to have symbols of high position, national foundation and especially royalty. So, we can see the reds in the palace for kings very much.The purpose of this study is to draw out the features of color red in the Kyungbok palace. The color was analyzed by two categories-architectural buildings${\cdot}$structures and ornamental painted patterns. The major findings from this research are summarized as follows:1. Seokganju(similar to terra rossa) and toyugsaek(light seokganju) are found main colors in architectural space, while seokganju has a linear effect and toyuk has a facial effect. 2. Yugsaek(similar to light vermillion) and Jangdan(similar to orange) are found main colors in ornamental painted patterns. These colors are more vivid and brighter than those for architectural space.3. As for two-color combination, reds and blues(including greens) are found major combination both of architectural space and ornamental patterns. And reds and white are the following combination, which gives an bright image by white. 4. As for three-color combination, red-white-black combination of pediment and red-blue-white combination of openings are found very popular in architectural space, while red-blue-yellow combination is most popular in ornamental patterns.The reds are found dominant color of both architectural space and ornamental patterns in the Kyungbok palace. The color design as shown in the Kyungbok palace can be considered as the feature of traditional color design.
