In this paper, we proposed an SNS review analysis method based on deep learning for user tendency. The existing SNS review analysis method has a problem that does not reflect a variety of opinions on various interests because most are processed based on the highest weight. To solve this problem, the proposed method is to extract the user's personal tendency from the SNS review for food. It performs classification using the YOLOv3 model, and after performing a sentiment analysis through the BiLSTM model, it extracts various personal tendencies through a set algorithm. Experiments showed that the performance of Top-1 accuracy 88.61% and Top-5 90.13% for the YOLOv3 model, and 90.99% accuracy for the BiLSTM model. Also, it was shown that diversity of the individual tendencies in the SNS review classification through the heat map. In the future, it is expected to extract personal tendencies from various fields and be used for customized service or marketing.

This study aims to elucidate the key improvements through the current state of customer support for smart home services based on the Internet of things and the evaluation of user's usage. Smart home services typically provide a wide range of value in terms of security, safety, manageability (electricity and water use), convenience, and remote management accessibility. In this study, we analyzed the current state of smart home service based on Internet of Samsung, SKT and LG U + companies in Korea. However, since LG U+ is the only company providing user reviews, there is a limit to generalization, but we are trying to figure out whether the customer value is conveyed properly or not, and in which part the customer support is focused to support the service. As a result of analyzing the results of the study, we found that the smart home service is commercialized and marketed in various forms. However, it is questionable whether the technological level and user satisfaction level are sufficiently satisfied. The results of this study are as follows. First, although each company provides usage guidance, they still ask many questions about joining products and using products. Second, there are many defects in the product itself, and it is found that the companies are not satisfied with the overall response. Third, the three companies are focusing on switches, outlets, sensors, and lamps. This is an individual intelligent product rather than an interlocking or linking level, and it can be seen that there are many parts that are not compatible with the concept of the original Internet of things. In conclusion, this study shows that there are still many areas to improve on the level of customer service provision of smart home service, in particular, the ease of use is low and the quality of products is not reliable. We would like to present the improvement of this in detail through this study and reflect the companies that provide it and the service providers.

This paper reviews the strategy of activating spatial data community and its impacts, focusing on the Cooperative Agreements Program(CAP) of National Spatial Data Infrastructure(NSDI), established by Federal Geographic Data Committee(FGDC) in U.S. to facilitate cooperative data sharing. After thoroughly reviewing the 20 research categories followed by 350 cases, supported by CAP for the last decade, it turned out that since NSDI issued "Future Directions Initiative" in 2004, the CAP adopted all components of NSDI as CAP categories in attempting to reinforce the partnership rather than mainly deploying standardized meta-data. Also, CAP has been utilized as a means to enforce the role of NSDI as spatial data user and provider as well, recognizing that the spatial data community is essence for expandable and sustainable NSDI. Implementing CAP resulted in the sound structure of spatial data marketplaces increasing spatial data demand and promoting the relevant business due to diverse users.

In this paper, we have designed and implemented the 'N-screen based solar power monitoring system' using N-screen technology by improving the existing monitoring system that can only be accessed or controlled by PC. The HW of the system is consists of solar power modules, inverter, and relay server. And SW is implemented in consideration of the following three points. First, we applied the N-screen technology in order to support various devices. Second, we applied 1:N communication technology that multiple devices can be connected simultaneously to the relay server. Third, we also considered the security problems between server and devices. The final system has been evaluated through the operational test and received good reviews from the technical and economic point. In the future, we are expecting that this technology will replace the existing monitoring systems in various fields, like smart home, smart building, smart city, smart industry, and smart agriculture, etc.

Wireless capsule endoscopy (WCE) was one of the most influential bio-medical electronic technologies to be developed at the beginning of the century. In comparison to traditional endoscopic diagnosis, this application is characterized as non-invasive and low-risk, thereby providing surgeons with a new alternative for inspecting the entire gastrointestinal (GI) track in a much more user friendly way. Apart from regular hardware upgrades, the frontier of WCE research basically lies in the miniaturization of the capsule and in active locomotion. In order to overcome the intrinsic drawback of current commercialized WCE products, which is that locomotion is generally a function of natural peristalsis, active locomotion is proposed as a series of strategies used to effectively navigate the device into different organs and conduct therapeutic functions within targeted human tissues. Reviews of several novel designs with respect to this aspect of research will be discussed in this article.

This study reviews the current conditions of the completed 'Ecosystem Conservation Fund Return Project' sites to suggest management methods for their conservation and sustainability. For the scope of the study, five microsites of completed return projects in Seoul were selected and their project planning documents were reviewed to help with site surveying and analysis. To increase the accuracy of the site surveying and analysis, and to evaluate the management problems from different perspectives, the site managers were interviewed in-depth. The experts were surveyed as well to develop a realistic and practical improvement method. The survey results helped to categorize the post-management problems, and separate improvement methods were suggested for each category. First, the post-management guidelines are proposed for the ecosystem-based environment/ecosystem environment, user management, and monitoring. These guidelines will increase the expertise and practicality of the management principles. Second, the regulations for the participation of expert management enterprises and the development of separate monitoring or maintenance management team are suggested. These regulations will improve the participation of experts and consistency of management systems. Third, the post monitoring or maintenance management during the year after the project completion should be set as a separate project to secure budget. Furthermore, policies and/or institutions should be established to set a portion of ecosystem conservation return fund or a grant for post monitoring and maintenance management. Forth, as a way of adaptive management, at least more than three years of post-management should be evaluated under detailed categories and vigorous standard to improve the institutional operation for 'Ecosystem Conservation Fund Return Projects'.

To find out media's function on the various effects in communication, this paper reviews studies that utilize multimedia as a device for conveying information. We discuss multimedia as an integrated symbol system with advantages and also problems in representing information. The cognitive dissimilarity of media could be explained by various attributes of medium that are about physical characteristics and even cognitive actions. With advantages from integrated media and interactivity, multimedia has negative results such as cognitive overload and in that reason systematic approach is needed. This paper shows the factors on media selection and relationship to interface components. To select appropriate media to the needs and situation, it should be considered the user's ${\circled1}$background ${\circled2}$knowledge / frequency of use / expertise, contents ${\circled1}$task nature ${\circled2}$type of knowledge and media ${\circled1}$representation format ${\circled2}$interaction techniques. Varying the media factors and varying the expression factors offers concrete design features.

The purpose of this study is to devise the overall problems (such as, rights and obligations between users, owners, managers regarding commercial rental buildings, benefit/benefit in return, and the relevant regulations and systems) of the building maintenance system through field surveys, expert interviews, and literature reviews. In this rapidly changing society, there are a huge amount of needs for various reforms which can meet the diversity in each area, so it is greatly important to choose priority for the best improvement for efficient and economic expenses due to limited time, human resources and budgets. In this regard, the study extracted the evaluation elements from the devised problems with the viewpoint of BSC, calculated the weights through application of AHP to the extracted evaluation elements, evaluated the difference between before/after application of weights, and set the status, which makes it possible to realize the effective solutions and the reasonable expenses for all parties. By doing so, it is expected that the building maintenance system which maximizes the value and guarantees the user's convenience with smart functions of the building, will be realized in the near future.

It was difficult for user to identify e-books due to some problems such as duplicable bibliographic records and inconsistent descriptive cataloging when cataloging the bibliographic records of the e-book packages in OPAC. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find the applicable methods of the provider neutral e-book(e-monograph) MARC record guideline for the standardization of the bibliographic records of the provider supplied e-book package. Through the literature reviews and homepage analysis of 15 university libraries in domestic, the theoretical background on cataloging e-book, the descriptive cataloging of e-book, the provider-neutral e-monograph MARC record guideline as new standard for e-book, and the libraries practices of cataloging bibliographic records of the e-book package were inquired. Based on these analysis, it was to suggest applicable methods of provider neutral e-book(e-monograph) MARC record guideline for the standardization of the bibliographic records of domestic e-book packages in aspect of cataloging rule, KORMARC, and neutral bibliographic records. This study will contribute to build FRBRization of the e-books in OPAC as finding the guideline for the standardization of the bibliographic records of the e-book packages for both providers and libraries.

For the efficient management of church documentary for religious reasons, including their historical and cultural values, the church archives should be excellently managed. However, the lack of understanding and consideration of the church records and archives makes it very difficult to have an actual grasp of its status and practical supports, such as budget and personnel, for records management. In this study, literature reviews and current status of domestic Protestant church archives, user survey of Saemoonan Presbyterian church and interviews of church archives records officer were carried out. Based on the results of the study, three parts of the proposed plan of the Saemoonan Presbyterian Archives were suggested. Education, exhibition, publication, and promotion of the church's archival services will help redirect the roles and values of the archives, which will make it an essential part of the church.
