Purpose : The purpose of this case study was to clinical effects of cervical exercise with sling program using on torture of survivor with sleep disturbance and Headache, neck disfunction. Methods : This study selects 1 subjects for 55 years old who were diagnosed with torture of survivor with sleep disturbance and headache. The Design is ABA of single-subject study design. Baseline(A) and TypeII Baseline(A : 6weeks) phases were received with musculoskeletal disease of prevention education, Intervention(B : 6weeks) phase provided with 65 minute exercise with sling program using in a session twice a week. In order to analyze the measure results of PSQI-K(korean version of the pittsburgh sleep quality index), VAS(visual analog scale), NDI(neck disability index), FABQ(fear-avoidance beliefs questionnaire) in torture of survivor during baseline, intervention and typeII baseline phase. Result : A significant differences in PSQI-K during baseline, intervention, typeII baseline. A significant differences in VAS during baseline, intervention, typeII baseline. A significant differences in NDI during baseline, intervention, typeII baseline. A significant differences in FABQ during baseline, intervention, typeII baseline. Conclusion : In conclusion, The intervention method to applied cervical exercise with sling program on torture of survivor effectively improve on sleep disturbance and neck function, headache.

본 연구는 고문을 경험한 북한이탈주민들을 대상으로 그들의 인구사회학적 요인, 정신건강·개인의 성격적 요인, 사회적·경제적 요인들이 고문으로 인한 외상 후 충격에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝혀 봄으로써 난민이주자를 접촉하는 정신건강전문가로서 인식해야할 치료적 요인들을 확인하고 실천적 기술을 제시하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 여성인 경우, 연령이 많을수록, 북한에 자녀가 있는 경우, 만성질병의 수가 증가할수록, 과거 북한이나 중국에서 결혼 경험이 있는 경우 고문으로 인한 외상 후 충격에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 우울, 반추, 자기효능감, 탄력성, 안정애착, 남한사람의 사회적 지지, 경제적 걱정이 고문으로 인한 외상 후 충격에 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 정신건강전문가와 고문 외상을 경험한 북한이탈주민 클라이언트와의 치료적 관계 형성의 중요성과 치유과정을 함축적으로 제시하였다.

본 연구는 군사정권시대에 간첩으로 몰려 고문폭력에 희생되었던 개인이 반추한 고문의 고통 체험의 구조를 심층적으로 이해하기 위하여 실행되었다. 자료는 본 연구대상의 체험이 담긴 텍스트에서 수집한 자료를 상호주관적 삶으로서의 역동성과 의미를 잘 나타내주는 파시(Parse)의 현상학적-해석학적 연구방법에 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 군사정권시대 간첩혐의 고문폭력생존자가 반추한 고문의 고통 체험은 자기(self)를 파괴시키는 가혹성에 주저앉았고, 신(神)이 내린 '죽음에 이르는 형벌' 로 억압받아 그늘진 세월에 묶여 생존하였으나 존재로서의 고유한 인간성을 회복해가는 구조로 나타났다. 그러한 구조를 전환시키면 온갖 폭력과 왜곡으로 간첩이 되었고 가족의 낙인과 시달림을 지켜보는 고통을 받아 억울하나 가려진 존재로 남아 견디어 희생자였던 과거를 보듬으며 응집된 자기(self)를 향한 통합을 추구하는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 해석은 파시의 추상성 높은 개념으로 통합하여 상상화, 언어화, 가치화를 가능-제한, 노출-은폐시켜 강화성으로 변형되어가는 과정으로 재해석되었다. 끝으로 고문폭력에 대한 인권적 접근과 치료적 이해를 논의하고 실천적 함의를 다루었다.

Un critique a dit que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est semblable au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de la $cruaut{\acute{e}}$. Pourtant, dans la mesure $o{\grave{u}}$ il respecte le texte dramatique, et que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ a des tendances de la politique et qu'il oriente l'engagement du spectateur, il est certain que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est loin du $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de la $cruaut{\acute{e}}$. Ses $proc{\acute{e}}d{\acute{e}}s$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ sont $tr{\grave{e}}s$ divers et il n'y a pas de $coh{\acute{e}}rences$ au niveau des styles dramatiques. $Malgr{\acute{e}}$ cela, nous pouvons trouver son $originalit{\acute{e}}$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ dans la rencontre avec Lee hyun-wha. Le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ ${\acute{e}}tablit$ son $esth{\acute{e}}tique$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trale$ en montant sur $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ de cinq $pi{\grave{e}}ces$ de Lee hyun-wha. Alors, en effet qu'est-ce que $l^{\prime}esth{\acute{e}}tique$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ de Chae yoon-il produite par les ${\oe}uvres$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trales$ de Lee hyun-wha? Dans les $pi{\grave{e}}ces$ de Lee hyun-wha, il y a beaucoup de codes symboliques de la violence sexuelle comme le sadisme et le masochisme. L'implusion sexuelle $cach{\acute{e}}e$ dans le subconscient des personnages s'entrecroise avec le $m{\acute{e}}canisme$ du pouvoir politique. Alors, les abus sexuels et les mauvais traitements sur le corps deviennent une sorte de torture. L'expression cruelle des langages $sc{\acute{e}}niques$ n'est autre que la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ contre la $r{\acute{e}}alit{\acute{e}}$ actuelle de la politique. Son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture est donc une sorte de $m{\acute{e}}canisme$ de la catharsis pour dissiper le cauchemar et l'inconscient noir. La fantasie sexuelle construite par le monde inconscient de l'auteur dramatique $s^{\prime}{\acute{e}}panouit$ dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de Chae yoon-il qui $r{\hat{e}}ve$ toujours l'esprit de la $libert{\acute{e}}$. Une des convictions dramatiques du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$, c'est que le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ tout d'abord doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ choquant. Il dit : "l'art doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ ${\grave{a}}$ la fois ${\acute{e}}mouvant$ et bouleversant. Cependant, dans la mesure $o{\grave{u}}$ le film ou la $t{\acute{e}}l{\acute{e}}vivion$ fait aujourd'hui une vive impression aux spectateurs, la part $donn{\acute{e}}e$ au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est le choc." Pour donner le choc aux spectateurs, le style de la torture est $tr{\grave{e}}s$ utile. $L^{\prime}esth{\acute{e}}tique$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tral$ du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ respecte essentiellement l'intention de l'auteur. $N{\acute{e}}anmois$, le respect sur l'original ne se $d{\acute{e}}range$ pas $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de son propre $id{\acute{e}}e$. Dans l'insistance de la torture, l'analyse rituelle sous la base du choc, il projecte le symbole $arch{\acute{e}}typal$ sur $sc{\grave{e}}ne$. Bien $s{\hat{u}}r$, il renforce le $caract{\grave{e}}re$ de la politique dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture pour inviter des spectateurs de l'engagement. D'ailleurs, il y a l'aspect d'absurde dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture qui insiste des violences ${\grave{a}}$ travers les langages $sc{\acute{e}}niques$ comme le $m{\acute{e}}tal$ froid, parce que le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ $consid{\grave{e}}re$ que $l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre$ humain vit dans l'absurde.

The effects of the initial torture of workpiece as well as the process conditions such as punch speed and lubrication on the formablity of sheet stretching are investigated by experiments. Two types of the initial textures of aluminum sheet plane strain compression torture and recrystallization texture are chosen since those are the most common in practice. Punch loads vs depth and thickness strain distributions along radial directions having the slope of $0^{\circ},\;45^{\circ},\;90^{\circ}$ with rolling directions are reported for hemishperical punch stretchings under a variety of process conditions.

내용기반 영상검색 분야에서 색, 질감, 모양 등과 같은 영상의 시각적인 내용을 표현하기 위하여 수치화한 특징들이 많이 제안되었다. 이런 특징들은 모두 독립적이라고 가정하기 때문에 한 특징 벡터를 추출할 때는 다른 특징들과의 상관성을 전혀 고려하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 색과 질감 사이의 관계를 고려하여 새로운 CCE(channel color energy) 특징을 제안한다. 자연 영상을 대상으로 한 실험결과를 분석한 결과 제안하는 방법이 정규 가중거리 비교 방법과 SCFT(sequential chromatic Fourier transform) 기반 색 질감 방법에 비해 우수한 성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Background: This case study is to describe the manual therapy for the patient with posttraumatic stress (PTSD), sleep disturbance, and pain such as chronic low back pain (CLBP). Methods: The patient who participated in this study was a 60 year-old male PTSD patient with CLBP. His CLBP is not from any genetic or family history but a sequelae of torture that he had gone through about 30 years ago. Prior to the intervention, it was assessed that the PDS-K score was 16, PQSI-K was 12, SLR-90-R was low, VAS score was 10, and KODI socre was 25. The intervention was conducted through manual therapy (myofascial release, muscle energy technique, lumbar stabilization) twice a week for eight weeks in total. Results: After eight week-intervention, the PDS-K, SLR-90-R, VAS, and KODI score were improved whereas PQSI-K was not sufficiently fast improved. Conclusions: The manual therapy is substantially effective in dealing with PTSD and CLBP.

The purpose of this study is to objectively explain the visual sensibility of clothing torture that satisfies the consumer's sensibility. The photo stimuli on clothing texture are divided into hard, soft transparent and brilliant. For the study of image 38 kinds of costume samples is used. The Study was measured by using Semantic Differential method. The subjects were 410 females in twenties. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA, MDS and regression analysis. Data were analyzed by SPSS. The major findings of this research were as follows: 1. As a result of the factor analysis,5 factors of visual sensibility were consist of high qualities, touches, looks, lightness, and warmness or coolness.2. There were significant difference in visual sensibility based on classification of clothing texture.3. The clothing texture was classified as thin-full, flat-lumpy. 4. As a result of the regression analysis, preferences of consumers can be connected directly with buying behavior and satisfaction can be closely related with preferences and positive buying behavior.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of water extract of Gardenia jasminoides (WEGJ) on the sensory qualities, color value and shelf-life characteristics (pH, total no. of Bacillus and TBA value) of cooked rice. The total color difference(ΔE) was increased when WEGJ was added. The sensory dualities of cooked rice added with WEGJ had no significant difference in color, taste and torture compared with control group. The pH value of cooked rice addeded with 250 ppm and 500 ppm of WEGJ was less declined compared with control group. WEGJ at the concentration of 250 ppm and 500 ppm had an antimicrobial activity and WEGJ at 500ppm showed an antioxidant activity in cooked rice.

Finite element analysis model is suggested for analysis of milli-forming process, which forms milli-size products. Since the size of workpiece in a milli-forming process ranges from a few hundred micrometers to a few millimeters, microstructural changes such as the growth of micro-voids and the development of preferred orientation in a grain become crucial factors for the success of milli-forming. This analysis model incorporates anisotropy from deformation torture and deterioration of mechanical properties due to the growth of micro-voids. Applications of the proposed modeling to milli-forming are given and the results are carefully examined to understand the deformation characteristics such as texture development and damage evolution during extrusion/drawing of a milli-bar.
