민주시민의식함양을 위한 사회문제 중심 초등수학영재 프로그램 개발 -사회정의를 위한 수학교육을 기반으로 (A study on the development of elementary school mathematics program with a focus on social issues for the mathematically gifted and talented students for fostering democratic citizenship)

  • 본 연구에서는 사회문제를 중심으로 한 초등수학영재 프로그램을 개발하여 초등수학영재원 학생들에게 적용 후 민주시민의식 함양에 관한 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 사회정의를 위한 수학교육을 기반으로 사회문제 중심 초등수학영재 수업 프로그램의 주제를 선정한 후 4개의 주제로 수업 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 특히 Figured Worlds와 행위주체성(agency)의 개념을 연구에 적용하여 사회문제 중심 초등수학영재수업의 개념을 설명하고 수업 설계 및 수업 분석의 이론적 기틀로 활용하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 초등수학영재원 학생들에게 적용 후 결과를 분석하여 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하였다. 효과성에 대한 평가는 양적 평가와 질적 평가로 나누어 실시하였다. 수업의 효과에 대해 분석한 결과 학생들의 비판적 사회인식에 변화가 있었으며 비판적 수학적 행위주체성을 가지고 기존의 Figured Worlds에 저항하여 변화를 꾀하려는 의지를 나타냈다. 이 과정에서 학생들은 실제 자신들의 생활과 인접한 사회문제를 수학으로 해결할 수 있다는 유용성을 느끼게 되었고, 주어진 수행과제에 담긴 사회 비정의 문제들은 학생들의 흥미와 탐구심을 자극하기에 충분했으며 적극적으로 문제를 해결하고자 하는 원동력이 되었다. 뿐만 아니라 학생들의 사회적 책임감, 사회적 기여의식, 리더십 등과 같은 민주시민의식 함양의 효과를 거둘 수 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

댄디 복식(服飾)에 나타난 미적(美的) 특성(特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Aesthetic Characteristics in Dandy's Costume)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine closely the aesthetic characteristics featured in dandy's costume. Dandy was term used on for a man excessively fond of and overly concerned with clothes, exemplified by Beau Brummell, Lord Byron, and count d'Orsay, who greatly in gluenced men's fashions in England and France. In the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century George Brummell, the prototype of the dandy, made upper-class English country clothes, especially riding clothes, into the height of men's fashion in the city. In the early 1800s the alterations he made, particularly with regard to fit and cut, established these as the critical signifiers in men's dress. Brummell's style, particularly for day, was essentially restrained and disciplined, and set a standard for sober discretion, appropriateness and taste which governed men's clothing until well into the twentieth century. The aesthetic characteristics expressed in dandy's dress are the aristocratic superiority of mind, the restrained beauty in absolute simplicity, and the pursuit of the individual beauty. Brummell's kind of dandyism instigated the idea of establishing a new kind of aritocracy, an aritocracy based on talent. Over the years this kind of cultural and social coup has been played out in different ways but has remained, like the twentieth-century concept of the avant-garde, a fundamentally male preserve. He advocated unobtrusive darkblue fitted coats, cream-colored trousers, elaborately tied cravats, absence of showy fabrics or excessive decoration, and impeccable grooming. The status of the perfectly tied cravat as the hallmark of genteel elegance, as the last keystone of Fashion's arch, had been established by Beau Brummell.

제품 및 금형 연계 창의 캡스톤 디자인 교육과정에 관한 연구 (A development of creative capstone design process by product and mold design)

  • The fourth industrial revolution calls for an integrated talent by improving working-level skills within the big framework of creativity and convergence. Therefore, university education focuses on solving the problem of practical ability education by improving employment ability. Based on this improvement in practical skills, this study is based on the field-based design curriculum of Capstone. Currently, the Capstone Design Course is being implemented at most universities, extending its scope to the fields of engineering, humanities, social studies and arts. However, there is a limit to the core concept of Capstone design education and capacity education developed in line with the foreign educational environment and applied directly to our nation's university education. In terms of overseas cases, the core focus is to develop practical, design, and prototype capabilities by forming a team among all grades and multidisciplinary institutions to support the capital and manpower of the industry. However, the nation's industrial linkage and curriculum have difficulties in carrying out multi-disciplinary education. In this study, students were asked to team up and solve the challenges that the industry needs based on the expertise acquired in the lower grade curriculum by applying majors and 3D printing through the first and second semester courses of the fourth grade to address these limitations. In addition, business skills for the process of creativity and leadership experience in our country through a suitable design capstone class to review the efficiency of education by applying a model. In order to achieve the purpose of Capstone design subject, the goal setting, class model composition, class model application, verification and evaluation, and final class model development procedures were carried out. Through this process, it will be used as a basic material for educating design class capstone design.

셀러브리티 패션에서 표현된 게토 스타일 연구 (A Study of Ghetto Style expressed in Celebrity Fashion)

  • Ghetto was originated from the concept of "Jewish Camp", the segregated Jewish residential area, and recently it refers to the black neighborhoods of the poor living conditions or slum. A region to form a unique culture distinguished from the adjacent area is also called as ghetto. The culture born in that region is called "ghetto culture", and from the cultural aspect it can mean a type of haven that allows the freedom and deviation of their own. In this study, the generating background and the characteristics of ghetto style especially to adolescents were examined, and celebrities' unique fashion styles that lead the public in the fashion diffusion process were analyzed. Through this, Ghetto culture was understood and the effects of the mass culture phenomena on fashion, symbolization, and an aesthetic value were examined. With this, it aims to help understand the effect of special local culture like "ghetto" on modern fashion and expand the design area. As a result of this study, the characteristics of ghetto style were as followings; 1. It is based on hiphop style; 2. The name brands are exposed conspicuously; 3. Caught eyes by unusually excessive decorations; 4. It expresses confidence and toughness through fashion beyond the resistance to the target who suppresses and humiliates themselves; 5. Ghetto culture is rapidly spread through media. To conclude, ghetto style is an expression of hope of the poor that they can gain wealth through impressing the public and drawing empathy just by their talent. Furthermore, ghetto style is an important cultural trend that has appeared as their wannabe and a powerful display method to express success.

듀이 교육목적의 내재적 가치에 대한 탐구 (A Study of Intrinsic Values in Dewey's Educational Aim)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate intrinsic values with respect to the nature of aim from the viewpoint of Dewey. The intrinsic values have been recognized as values independent of activities or the content that preexist before embodied into activities. But from the perspective of Dewey, intrinsic values can be revealed only through the activity. Because they are inherent in the activities. Dewey suggested that the educational aim that is influenced by the traditional metaphysics should be meaningless in that it is given from outside and not related to human activities. The educational purpose that influenced by modern metaphysics and contemporary theories also can be regarded external, because the content and value of learning are assumed ahead activities. In the view of Dewey, the concepts of values are exposed through activities, so they can not exist independently. According to his own metaphysics that organism and its environment interact each other, all values c an be formed only in the course of activities. Thus, the intrinsic value of Dewey is a process per se, as the intrinsic value cannot be assumed ahead activities but can be exposed through activities. Bringing meaning to life through experience is Dewey's concept of growth as an educational aim. Education under such a purpose, would give the foundation to cultivate talent who are creative, proactive and communicate with their neighbors as a member of a democratic society.

A Study on the Analysis of Attracting Factors for Global Foreign Direct Investment Inflows

  • Purpose - The objective of this study is to investigate what motivates global FDI inflows in the different economic development level and to clarify the FDI motivation type in the level of qualitative economic growth. Design/methodology/approach - Major macroscopic social·economic factors induced FDI inflows were analyzed using fixed-effect panel regression with 30-year panel data of 28 countries from 1985 to 2014. For analysis in the stage of economic growth, two category of developed and developing countries was used. And to analyze FDI motivation type in the level of qualitative economic growth, 4 shares of GDP; consumption·government·investment expenditure and export, was used as explanatory variable. Findings - In developed country, TFP(total factor productivity) and GDP have a great influence on FDI inflows, and consumption and labor compensation have a slight effect. This result indicates that the market seeking-driven, horizontal type investment is shown along with efficiency seeking investment. In developing country, human capital and TFP is shown to have greater impact on FDI inflows and labor compensation, exports, investment and government expenditures also have impacts. Thus it has confirmed that not only efficiency-seeking vertical investment for using low cost well educated laborer, but also government-driven economic growth and export policies could affect the FDI inflows. Research implications or Originality - The FDI investment decision making of multinational companies is decided by their own purpose. But, in the concept of as follows; 1) FDI is a long-term capital flowing for maximization of economic utility with limited global resource, 2) Thus FDI could be affected by macro socio·economic factors of host country. 3) Also such macro factors is different by each economic growth qualitative level. Therefore macro socio·economic factors of each country could be affected by the qualitative level of their own economic growth. To attract FDI inflows, it is desirable to implement differentiated incentive policies in the qualitative level of economic growth. Furthermore in developing countries it is recommended to implement government driven economic growth policies as follows; fostering well educated human resources, improving technology productivity in the relative lower cost labor market compared to developed countries and boosting international export volume.

  • 본 연구에서는 창의융합형 인재를 길러내기 위해 가상현실장비를 활용한 STEAM기반의 융합프로그램을 개발하고 학습자의 만족도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 사전검사 및 사후검사를 통해 평가구인 및 하위 영역별 평균을 비교하였고 통계적으로 유의미한 영역을 살펴보았다. 대체로 평가 구인 및 하위 영역에서 사후 평가 결과가 사전평가 결과보다 높게 나타났다. 통계적으로 유의미한 평균의 신장을 보이는 영역은 '배려와 소통' 구인의 하위 영역인 '과학'에 대한 '자아개념' 영역으로 도출되었다.

  • 이 연구는 정 다면체를 학습한 경험이 없는 초등학교 5학년 수학영재 21명을 대상으로 정 다면체의 정의를 구성한 결과를 분석한 것이다. 학생들은 조별로 교구를 사용하여 정 다면체를 직접 제작하고(활동1), 이들을 관찰하면서 그 특징을 기술한 뒤(활동2), 탐구한 내용을 토대로 정 다면체의 정의를 구성하였다(활동3). 학생들이 구성한 정 다면체의 정의를 분석하여 정다면체에 대한 완전한 정의를 구성한 경우와 불완전한 정의를 구성한 경우로 구분하고 각 경우들이 수학적 정의의 필수 조건에 어떻게 부합하는지를 확인하였다. 특히, 학생들이 정 다면체를 관찰할 때 주목하는 요소와 학생들이 구성한 정다면체의 정의를 통합 분석하여 정의 구성 활동에 미치는 수학적 사고 요소와 수학영재 교육에의 시사점을 확인하였다.

토의 중심 교수학습 모형 개발 (Development of a Discussion-Centered Teaching and Learning Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 창의⸱융합형 인재 양성을 위하여 토의중심 교수학습 모형을 개발하는 데 있다. 연구 방법은 토의중심 교수학습 모형 초안을 구안하고 전문가의 타당성 검증을 통해 모형을 최종 완성하였다. 도출된 최종안으로 수업 적용 타당성을 검증하여 최종안을 수정 보완하였다. 토의중심 교수학습 모형 초안과 비교해 볼 때 최종 모형은 직소 토의를 제외하고 텍스트 읽기 강조, 질문 방법, 질문생성 전략에 중점을 둔 모형이 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 토의중심 교수학습 모형은 창의⸱융합형 인재 양성을 위한 교수자에게 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다. 토의중심 교수학습 모형을 현장에 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 제언으로 첫째, 토의 시 경청과 존중의 자세가 필요하며, 둘째, 토의에 참여하는 학습자들의 능동적인 참여를 어떻게 끌어낼 것인가? 방안을 생각해야 하며, 셋째, 토의 시간 관리의 중요성을 강조하였다.

스크래치를 이용한 문제해결 프로그래밍에서 CT-TDPS 학습 모형의 효과성 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of CT-TDPS Learning Model in Problem Solving Programming using Scratch)

  • 21세기 미래 인재에게 필요한 핵심 역량으로 컴퓨팅 사고력이 주목받고 있다. 국내외적으로 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상을 위한 소프트웨어 교육이 한창이다. 그중에서 문제해결 프로그래밍 교육은 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상에 도움이 된다. CT-TDPS 학습 모형은 복잡한 문제들을 모듈화하는 분해, 추상화 사고 과정과 이를 구현하는 반복적·점증적 프로그래밍 방식인 애자일(Agile) 개발 방식을 따른다. 본 연구에서는 스크래치를 이용한 문제해결 프로그래밍 교육에 CT-TDPS 학습 모형을 적용하여 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, CT-TDPS 학습 모형을 적용한 문제해결 프로그래밍 교육에서 컴퓨팅 사고력의 하위 요인인 컴퓨팅 개념, 컴퓨팅 수행, 컴퓨팅 관점에서 모두 향상이 되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고, Dr.Scratch 자동 평가 결과에 대한 t 검정 결과 실험집단에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.
