  • The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship among commitment to change, needs of technology education innovation, communication and self-efficacy of technology teachers. A total of 300 copies of questionnaires were used for data analysis except for 117 copies like the one where insincerely responds to any question was found. To ensure the reliability and validity of questions, I performed technical statistics like average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis via PASW 18.0, item-total correlation and the totality, and reliability analysis. I undertook a confirmatory factor analysis via AMOS 7.0 to ensure the validity of items together with a structural analysis to perform a path analysis among variables and assess the suitability of model. The major finding of this study were as follows: First, because fit index of hypothetical model generally met standards in this study, a hypothetical model was judged appropriately. Second, needs of technology education innovation had a positive effect on communication and commitment to change of technology teachers. And, communication among technology teachers had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that communication among technology teachers is important to activation of technology education. Third, self-efficacy had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that it needs to raise self-efficacy level through teacher education.

The SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 statistical package programs were used for the analysis method, and descriptive statistics of mean, standard deviation, kurtosis, skewness, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation, and mediating effect analysis were analyzed using bootstrapping techniques. The results of the study showed that the self-management of hair beauty experts had a significant positive (+) effect on self-efficacy, job performance, and intention to continue beauty. The self-efficacy of hair beauty experts had a significant (+) effect on job performance and beauty continuity intention. It was confirmed that there was a mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-management and job performance of hair beauty experts. The statistical significance level is p<.It was analyzed by setting it at the level of 05.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to help care workers to do their best as first respondents by analysing their recognition, knowledge, and self-efficacy on basic CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) that is directly connected to the lives of patients and thus their education and methods can be improved for their positive basic lifesaving work. Method: For this purpose 360 structured questionnaires were used to the subjects in the eastern area of Jeonnam province from June 20 to July 4, 2011. Of these questionnaires 217 were used excluding 113 incomplete, 27 error, and 3 male ones. The collected data were analysed by the real number, the percentage, the average, the standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Tukey with SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: 1. In the view of subjects, those aged over 51 accounted for 96(44.2%) as the majority, high school graduates, 95(43.8%), worked for 1 or more than 1 year-less than 2 years, 66(30.4%), experienced to see persons collapsed losing their consciousness, 46(21.2%), took the education, 184(85.7%), had 1 session of education, 80(43%), got the last education for 2 or more than 2 years 68(37%), and practiced through mannequin for the education aids, 86(46.7%). 2. There was significant difference in the view of recognition with the length of work (p=.010) and experienced to see persons collapsed losing their consciousness (p=.020), in the view of knowledge with academic background (p=.040) and the length of work, and in the view of self-efficacy with academic background (p=.002), the length of work (p=.010) and experienced to see persons collapsed losing their consciousness (p=.000). 3. There was significant difference in the session of education (p=.000), last education (p=.025) and education aids for basic CPR. Self-efficacy had significant difference according to the session of education for basic CPR (p=.001) and the time of education (p=.000). 4. There was correlation between recognition and self-efficacy (r=.41). The higher the recognition is, the better the self-efficacy improves. However the correlation between knowledge and self-efficacy was so low that the former did not have influence on self-efficacy. Conclusions: It needs to offer education to the lifesaving workers based on their experiences. If there is education more than 2 sessions in a year with mannequin and the simulation providing sufficient hours, care workers' recognition would be increased resulting in higher self-efficacy and thus they could keep the role of active lifesaving worker at the first practical site.

This study was conducted with one group pre-test and post-test design. A total 31 the aged participated in 4 weeks of intervention. Data were analyzed as SPSS ver. 21.0 using descriptive statistics and paired t-test. We have identified that hypertension specific self-efficacy(t= -3.46, p< 0.000***) and disease awareness(t= -5.69, p<0.000***) significantly increased. We found that 4-weeks is appropriate for hypertension self-management education program. We suggested that for over 80's, customized program should be provided.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of users' satisfaction with the Automatic Writing Evaluation(AWE) on learners' sense of learning achievement through self efficacy in English writing class. AWE is a tool that automatically provides feedback on writing outputs by AI technology. College students were asked to write essays for each topic and use AWE to get feedback on their drafts, and finally revise them referring to the feedback. A questionnaire survey was conducted for the data collection. The data was analyzed using SPSS, and smart PLS-SEM along with bootstrapping techniques, The results of the study reveal the followings: 1) the convenience and usefulness of AWE had a positive effect on the willingness to reuse it; 2) the satisfaction with AWE had a positive effect on self-efficacy; 3) self-efficacy had a positive effect on learning achievement in terms of emotional and linguistic aspects. With the development of the 4th industry and A.I. technology, it is recommended to introduce new materials or programs such as AWE in English education.

  • With the commercialization of the ADAS functions, the need for the experience of the autonomous driving system is increasing, and the role of the artificial intelligence agent is attracting attention. This study is an autonomous driving experience experiment that verifies the effect of self-efficacy and agent embodiment. Through a simulator experiment, we measured the effect of existence of self-efficacy and agent embodiment on social presence, perceived risk, and perceived ease of use. Results show that self-efficacy had a positive effect on social presence and perceived risk, and agent embodiment negatively affected perceived ease of use. Based on the results of the study, we proposed guidelines for agent design that can increase the acceptance of the semi-autonomous driving system.

  • The purpose of this study is to prove the hypothesis that the learning transfer climate, such as individual learning self-efficacy and corporate innovative knowledge transfer, will play a mediating role in the relationship between design competency strengthening education and individual performance considering the designer's characteristics. This is meaningful in expanding the meaning of design education and training by quantitatively analyzing the learning transfer climate that affects learning self-efficacy and organizational culture according to the characteristics of designers, unlike existing studies that simply investigate the satisfaction of education. Specifically, this study set up seven hypotheses, and as a result, it was found that design capacity building education for designers, learning self-efficacy, and learning transfer climate of companies had a significant effect on individual performance.
