초등과학에서 미량화학(SSC)을 이용한 황산구리 결정 만들기의 새로운 방법 (New Methods of Producing Copper Sulfate Crystals Using Small-Scale Chemistry(SSC) in Elementary School Science)

  • This study examined how to produce new methods of copper (II) sulfate crystallization by using a small-scale chemistry tool such as small-scale reaction surface and petri dish. The making of copper(II) sulfate is included in the 5th grade elementary science textbooks. Various copper(II) compounds were reacted with a 2 M sulfuric acid solution. The result of this study is as follows: Seven small amounts of copper(II) compounds were reacted with a few drops of 2 M sulfuric acid solution at room temperature to make a copper(II) sulfate crystal of triclinic shape. Using the petri dish method, a copper(II) sulfate crystal could be identified within one hour of reacting copper(II) hydroxide, copper(II) carbonate, copper(II) nitrate, copper(II) perchlorate, cupric(II) formate from a few drops of 2 M sulfuric acid solution at room temperature. When using the lap top method for copper(II) perchlorate, cupric formate, a proper crystal could be identified within one hour as well. SSC methods were used for the first time to make a copper sulfate crystal via chemical reaction. We can make a copper(II) sulfate crystal using a simple method which is easier, safer and saves time in class. And since a small quantity of chemicals are being used in SSC chemical methods, waste is greatly reduced. This lessens the amount of environmental problems caused by the experiment. This can be helpful in preserving nature. In addition the cost of chemical and laboratory equipment is greatly reduced because it uses material that we find in our daily lives. There will be continued study of small-scale methods such as improvement of new programs, study and training of teachers, and securing SSC tools. I would like to suggest such as SSC methods are applicable in elementary School Science. I would like it to become a wide spread program.

초등 글쓰기 교육을 위한 유사 문장 자동 선별 (Automatic Selection of Similar Sentences for Teaching Writing in Elementary School)

  • 자신이 쓴 문장과 유사한 문장을 살펴보는 것은 초등 글쓰기 교육을 위한 효과적인 방법 중 하나이지만, 매번 글을 쓸 때마다 교사의 지도가 필요하기 때문에 현실적으로 활용하기 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이 한계를 극복하기 위해 컴퓨터가 자동으로 자신이 쓴 문장과 유사한 문장을 실시간으로 선별해 주는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 단어의 구성 성분을 쪼개는 단계, 쪼갠 단어를 입력으로 활용하여 인코더-디코더 모델을 학습하는 단계, 모델을 통해 얻어낸 추상화된 문장을 활용해 검색하는 단계로 구성된다. 실험 결과, 작은 규모의 데이터에 대해 75%의 정확도를 보임으로써 실용화 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 방법을 통해 학생들은 자신의 어색한 문장을 교정하거나 새로운 표현을 익히고 싶은 경우 다른 사람이 작성한 좋은 예문을 쉽게 참조할 수 있어 자신의 글쓰기 능력을 향상시키는 데에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

유아 컴퓨터 교사를 위한 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (The Design of the Educational Computing Course for Early Childhood Teacher)

  • 본 연구는 유아교육 현장에서 컴퓨터 활동을 효과적으로 진행하기 위하여 유아의 발달적 적합성과 유아교육과정 상에 컴퓨터 활동의 통합을 고려한 교사교육과정을 개발하고자 한다. 유아 컴퓨터 교육을 위한 교사교육과정의 개발 절차는 선행 연구들을 고찰하여 유아 컴퓨터 교육의 실태와 요구도를 파악하고, 유아 컴퓨터 교육을 위한 교사교육에 대한 연구 내용들을 토대로 일차적인 교육과정 시안을 구상하였다. 다음으로 대전지역 병설유치원에 근무하는 유아교사 15명에게 내용타당도 검사를 거친 후 교육과정을 개발하였다. 그리하여 유아컴퓨터교육을 위한 교사교육의 최상위 목표아래 4개의 하위목표를 설정하고 각 목표를 충족시키는 4개의 영역과 관련 교육내용을 최종적으로 개발하였다. 본 연구는 직전교사교육과 현직교육에 다양하게 활용할 수 있으며, 현장에서 교사들이 수업에 컴퓨터를 통합적으로 사용할 수 있는 기술을 향상시키는 데에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

고등학생을 대상으로 한 약물남용 예방 프로그램의 효과 -음주와 흡연을 중심으로- (The Effect of Substance Abuse Prevention Program on High School Students - focused on alcohol and smoking)

  • Substance abuse among teenagers has been spreading widely and become a serious social problem. However, teachers hardly realize its importance. Recently, substance abuse prevention programs show a tendency towards one time education. This study aims to research the effect of substance abuse prevention on high school students using the Life Skills Training Program. Two classes(36 students in the experimental group, 35 in the control group) at W High School in Daejeon were randomly sampled for this study from May to June 2002. Substance knowledge and attitude, problem solving, and assertiveness were examined as Pre and Post-Tests. The data was analyzed using frequencies, t-test, means, and covariance(ANCOVA). The results of this study were as follows; 1. Compared with the control group, substance knowledge in the experimental group was significantly improved(F=176.317, P=.000). And compared with the control group, substance attitudes in the experimental group were improved significantly.(F=207.682, P=.000). 2. Compared with the control group, cognitions to problem solving in the experimental group was significantly improved(F=100.937, P=.000). 3. Compared with the control group, assertiveness behaviors in the experimental group were increased significantly(F=207.255, P=.000). The study showed that Substance Abuse Prevention of High School Students was effective in improving substance knowledge and attitude, cognition to problem solving, and assertiveness behavior. Some suggestions based on the result are as follows; 1. Substance abuse preventive programs must be practiced properly and systematically with high school students in their regular classes. 2. Various preventive education programs must be developed for substance abuse where high school students can join in a community center, such as Community Welfare Center, Alcoholic Counseling Center, and Mental Health Center. 3. For the furthering of substance abuse preventive education, there must be continued research about not only students with problems of substance misuse and abuse, but also students without them. 4. There must be early determination of students with problems of substance misuse to be able provide school social workers with the opportunity for intervention.

교육실습 후 예비유아교사들의 아동과학지도수업에 대한 인식 및 요구 (Pre-Service Early Childhood Teacher's Perception and Demand on Science Education Lecture)

  • 본 연구는 교육실습을 마친 예비유아교사들이 아동과학지도 수업의 교육 내용에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있으며 어떤 요구를 가지고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써, 아동과학지도 수업의 효율적인 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 교육실습을 마친 예비유아교사 228명을 대상으로 연구자가 제작한 설문지를 배부 회수한 후 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 교육실습 시전체 아동과학지도 수업이 도움이 된 정도에서 40% 정도가 '도움이 되었다'고 인식하였으며, 교육내용과 교수방법이 도움이 된 정도에서는 '보통정도'의 인식을 나타냈다. 교수방법 중에서 도움이 된 정도에 대한 인식은 '유아들 앞에서의 실제교수경험'이 가장 높게 나타났고 '이론위주의 강의 중심'이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들의 아동과학지도 수업에 대한 요구는 이론적인 내용보다는 실제 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 여러 가지 실제적인 경험이 가능한 교육내용들에 대한 요구가 높았다. 교수방법 측면에서는 강의식 수업방식보다는 실제 유아들 앞에서 과학수업을 경험해 보는 교수방법이나 현직 유아교사들이 실시하고 있는 과학수업을 분석해보는 형식의 교수방법에 대한 요구가 더 높게 나타났다.

과학전람회 화학부문 출품작에서 다룬 주제의 변화 추이 및 독창성 분석 (Analyzing the Trend and Creativity of Entry in Chemistry Sector of National Science Exhibition)

  • 이 연구는 최근 5년간(2009년~2013년) 전국과학전람회 학생부 화학부문 수상 작품의 '탐구대상' 변화 추이, '독창성' 평가등급과 실제 수상등급과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 각 작품들에서 다루어진 '탐구대상'을 6가지 항목별로 분석하였고, 두 평가자 집단(연수 참여 교사, 수상 경험 교사)의 설문조사를 통해 각 작품의 '독창성' 평가등급을 분석하였다. 각 작품에서 다룬 '탐구대상'의 변화 추이를 분석한 결과, 초등학교에서는 '일상생활', '자연현상', 중학교에서는 '일상생활', '학문', 고등학교에서는 '학문'에서 탐구대상을 선정하도록 지도하는 것이 좋을 것이다. 주제의 '독창성' 평가등급과 실제 수상등급 간의 상관관계를 알아본 결과, 두 등급 사이에는 뚜렷한 상관이 없었으므로 다양한 영역을 종합적으로 고려해 지도하는 것이 좋을 것이다.

  • This study was to propose a basic model of specialization in home economics for vocational high school development in JellaNamdo. The results were summarized as follows. First. based on the changes in economic environment into service industry and national educational policy and local vocational educational Policy, it may be good time to socially discuss special vocational high school in home economics in JellaNamdo in the light of meeting local students' demand. Secondly, considering local students' preference and the conditions of local economy and industry. Thirdly, the system for specialization in home economics of vacational high school may be suggested. The basic model was organized plans of system reformation by stages, a substantial plans, and academic or employment course development. System reformation plans was that the high school-concentrated district should be first selected by area and department and one high school should be selected as special high school in home economics. Then specific method should proceed school name, the measure to recruit students, specific method for reorganizing department. and curriculum. Finally, the annual plan to establish new department and to recruit students should be Prepared. Substantial plans were to actually forward such methods to reorganize system and to enhance the qualify of vocational high school education. the method for making substantial should be studied further It may include: the methods to ensure special teachers, training room, and facilities. the prospect and direction of career development, employment, or initiation, special research, and the application to educational environment. Employment courses were developed SOHO establishment in small capital and special store management. And academic courses was to enter a collage or university in conjunction with major departments.

STS교육운동의 국내 연구 경향 분석과 적용방안에 관한 조사 연구 (The Trend Analysis of Korea STS Education Movement and a survey Study on Applying STS Education in Korea)

  • The purposes of this study are to analyse trend of STS movement in Korea and to collect basic data on application of STS to school science education. It investigated, from 1990 to March 1993, journals of 6 associations, a monthly magazine of science education, and printed materials of seminars or workshops about science education. It also surveied a question to 47 science teachers and 26 researchers who had experienced STS workshop. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The studies of STS increased since 1990, but they are made at a introduction or background of STS. (2) The 98.7% of the respondents want to apply STS in school science education. (3) They responded that a device for the application of STS which is added last part of each chapter or last chapter, will use the STS program that made by subject, still maintain current science curriculum. (4) They responded that the knowledge & compreshion domain and inquiry process domain contain more high than others. 5) The STS subjects for application to the school science education are as follows; Environment pollution, science for living, ethics of science, human health and disease, information communication, an ecosystem destruction, development and storage of natural resources. This study suggested that establishment of a research institute for systematic research of STS, in-service training, a new evaluation process, a balancing of other subjects and increasing learning hour and changing objectives.

수학 교과 재량활동에 대한 학습자료 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구 -8-가 단계를 중심으로- (A Study on the Development and Application of the Learning Material for Mathematics Optional Activities. - Focused on 8-ga Grade -)

  • This study purported to develop the learning materials for the optional activities of mathematics, apply them to the students, and examine the effect on the learner's interest and attitude to mathematics. In order to conduct this study, the learning materials for the mathematics optional activities were developed according to the units of grade 8-Ga and the developed learning materials of the mathematics optional activities were inputted in two classes for 18 units after the second grade middle school students in Daejeon area received the questionnaire regarding the learning attitude and the interest in the mathematics. After that, the questionnaire regarding the learning attitude and the interest in the mathematics and the examination regarding the response to the application of the learning materials for mathematics optional activities were conducted and did t-test. The results of the study as follows : First The learning materials applied exciting games for mathematics optional activities aroused interest in mathematics and made the learners have confidence in mathematics learning. Second, There was affirmative change in the interest and attitude to the mathematics learning with the application of the mathematics optional learning materials. Third The leaning materials of the mathematics optional activities made the learners think mathematical questions connected with the real life and try various ways to solve the questions. Here are some suggestions to study the development of the learning materials such as story, game, quiz and craft. First it is necessary to develop the learning materials applied the games or the real life matters connected with mathematics for all grade middle school students and use them in the mathematics optional activities. Second, many students feel a great interest in animation. moving picture, sound graphic, etc. If the multimedia learning materials included the real life matters or the games are developed, the learners will feel more interest in mathematics. Third, the systematic and economical support is continuously needed in order that teachers are given much time to study and the opportunity to attend the training course for the understanding of the optional activities and the development of the various learning materials.

생태유아교육 연구동향 분석 -학위 논문을 중심으로- (An Analysis on Research Trend in Eco-Early Childhood Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 생태유아교육의 연구동향을 알아보는데 있다. 분석대상은 2008년 3월부터 2015년 10월까지의 학위논문 총 97편을 대상으로 연도별 동향, 연구내용, 연구방법 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 생태유아교육 연구대상은 유아대상, 교사대상, 실내외 환경 대상, 부모대상 순으로 이루어졌으며 단일연령 중 만 5세를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 만4세, 만3세, 만2세 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구방법으로는 실험연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌으며 조사연구, 문헌연구, 문화 기술적 연구 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구내용으로는 생태유아교육의 관련변인 모색, 생태유아교육 프로그램이 가장 많았으며 학문적, 이론적 기초방향모색, 생태유아교육과정의 이해와 국가 수준의 교육과정, 보육과정의 연계, 생태교사교육 프로그램 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육내용으로는 숲 체험학습이 가장 많았으며 텃밭 가꾸기, 산책활동, 생태미술, 영성활동, 동 식물 기르기, 환경교육 순으로 나타났다.
