The purpose of this study is to diagnose the problems of mathematics education in Korea by conducting an in-depth analysis of international comparative studies, a Delphi method, and a survey. Further analysis of TIMSS and PISA results also reveals several negative aspects of mathematics education practice in Korea. The mathematics education experts' opinions collected by Delphi method were classified into 12 categories: private education and test-driven education, curriculum and textbooks, lessons, evaluation, teacher, learner, teaching aid and facilities. affective aspects of mathematics, discrepancy between a theory and a practice, preservice/inservice teacher education and teacher employment test, education policy, and overall. Another survey was conducted to focus more on the development of curriculum which is a pending issue. Considering the fact that mathematics education should contribute to improve practical aspect as well as elaborate theoretical aspect, this study lays a foundation of improvement of mathematics education in Korea.

이 연구는 교육과정 분야의 연구에서 중요하게 다루어지는 키워드와 그들의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구를 위해 2002년부터 2019년까지 게재된 644편의 교육과정 논문에서 1,935개의 키워드를 추출하여 분석하였다. 자료 분석 단계에서는 KrKwic와 KrTitle 프로그램을 통해 키워드를 추출한 후 1-mode network matrix를 작성하였고, UCINET 6과 NetDraw 프로그램을 활용하여 네트워크 분석과 시각화 작업을 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 키워드 출현 빈도 분석 결과, 교육과정이 가장 많이 출현하였으며, 다음은 교육과정 개발, 국가 교육과정, 역량기반 교육과정, 2015 개정 교육과정, 교육과정 실행, 이해중심 교육과정, 교사 교육, 학교 교육과정, IBDP 등의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연결 중심성 분석 결과에 따르면, 교육과정 개발이 가장 높게 나타났다. 이와 함께 교육과정, 역량기반 교육과정, 국가 교육과정, 2015 개정 교육과정, 이해중심 교육과정, 역량, 핵심 역량, 고등학교 교육과정, 교과서, 교육과정 실행, 교사 교육, IBDP 등의 순서로 높게 나타났다.

This study aims to standardize and analyze the environmental teacher recruitment examination for secondary school. To achieve the purpose, the environmental teacher recruitment examinations, which were carried out for five times through the school year 2000 to 2004, were compared and analyzed. And then, based on the above analyses, we presented ‘the plan of standardization for the environmental teacher recruitment examination in secondary school.’ In addition, the propriety, reliance, and realistic suitability of the plan were confirmed by professors of environmental education department in universities, environmental education professionals, and environmental teachers in secondary school. By presenting ‘the plan of standardization for the environmental teacher recruitment examination in secondary school’ in this study, we expect that the curriculum design and management of environmental education teacher training universities can be standardized and improved, and that the teacher who have expert qualities in environment education is reasonably selected by the environmental teacher recruitment examination.

현재까지의 컴퓨터교육은 주로 초 중등 학생의 정보소양 함양에 치중해 왔다. 이에 반해, 학교교육에서 핵심적 변수가 교원임에도 불구하고 교원의 정보통신기술함양 교육에는 소홀한 경향이 짙다. 또한 교원 양성대학에서 예비 교사들의 정보통신기술 활용 능력을 신장시키려는 노력도 상대적으로 미약했던 것이 현실이다. 이와 같은 인식을 바탕으로, 본 연구에서는 국내 교원양성대학의 교육과정 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 진단하고, 초 중등 컴퓨터교육에서 ICT 활용 교육의 위치를 탐색하였다. 또한, 국가수준에서 교원에게 요구되는 ICT, 교사 업무 영역별 예비교사에게 필요한 lCT 활용 능력 및 교원양성대학 컴퓨터교육의 방향을 토대로 교육 목표 및 교육 내용을 제시하였다.

This research was to survey and analyze the recognition about combination indication subject of secondary school teacher's certificate in the vocation high school. The conclusion through this research results are as follows, First, The satisfaction of qualification training about combination indication subject was a general positive response(77.5%), but there was partly negative response(5.2%). Second, The efficiency of qualification training curriculum was positive response(62%), the high response(77.7%) was the fisheries affiliate. It was probably good because of simulation of ship sailing about practice curriculum. Third, The need of qualification training on combination indication subject for vocational high school teacher was positive response(81%), but negative response(3.4%)

본 연구는 교사들에게 원격교육연수원 교육과정에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공과 원격교원연수를 활성화시키기 위한 방안을 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 2007년 현재, 65개의 원격연수원이 운영 중에 있으나 원격연수원에서 운영 중인 교육과정에 대한 정보는 체계적으로 제공되지 않고 있다. 교육과정 분석을 위하여 65개 연수원 중 33개를 선정하여 직무연수 567개 과정, 자율연수 317개 과정, 기타연수 23개 과정을 선정하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 원격교원연수원에 대한 접근성 향상 필요, 둘째, 민간기관 원격교육연수원 중심의 교과목 편중 현상 극복, 셋째, 교사 역량 증진을 위한 교과목의 다양화, 넷째, 특정 교과목 편중 현상 극복, 다섯째, 기존에 운영하고 있는 교육과정에 대한 지속적인 유지보수 필요, 여섯째, 우수 교육과정 개발을 위한 정부차원의 지원 확대 등이다.

이 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정이 고등학교 1학년에 적용됨에 따라 대학수학능력시험 직업탐구영역의 시험과목에 대한 학교 교육과정 편성과 시험과목에 대한 교사의 인식을 살펴보고 향후 수능 직업탐구영역의 발전 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국 특성과고, 마이스터고, 직업계열 일반고를 17개 시 도 지역별, 계열별로 1~2학교 선정하여 해당 고등학교에서 수능 직업탐구영역 관련 교사 한명이 답변하도록 설계하였다. 총 92개교를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 농생명 산업 계열 4개교, 공업 계열 15개교, 상업 정보 계열 22개교, 수산 해운 계열 3개교, 가사 실업계열 14개교 등 총 58개교가 설문에 응답하여 63%의 학교가 설문에 참여하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2015개정 교육과정에서 전문공통과목으로 처음 도입된 '성공적인 직업생활'은 1학년에 31개교, 53.5%로 가장 많이 편성하였고, 다음은 3학년으로 나타났다. 2009개정 교육과정 필수과목이면서 수능 직업탐구영역의 계열별 과목인 '선택과목 1'과 '선택과목 2'는 모두 1학년에 각각 32개교 55.2%와 42개교, 72.4%로 가장 많이 편성되었고, 다음은 2학년으로 나타나 전문공통과목의 편성과 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 수능 직업탐구영역 선택과목에 대한 의견으로는, 계열별 2과목인 현행 유지가 36개교로 가장 높았으며, 다음은 '성공적인 직업생활' 1과목이 12개교, '성공적인 직업생활'과 계열별 1과목을 포함하여 총 2과목이 8개교로 나타나, 교사들은 현재의 수능 직업탐구영역의 계열별 두 과목이 타당하다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 직업탐구영역의 응시자 수 변화에 대한 의견으로는 '현행 유지'가 31개교로 가장 높았고 다음은 '약간 감소'가 17개교로 나타났다. 계열별 난이도 요구 결과는 '현행 유지'가 38개교로 가장 높았으며, 난이도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향 정도는 '교육부 수능 정책의 변화'가 가장 높았으며 다음은 '직업탐구영역의 응시자 수 변화'가 높게 나타났다.

4차 산업혁명 시대가 시작되고 소프트웨어의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 교육도 이를 반영하게 되었다. 이미 여러 나라에서 소프트웨어 교육을 실시하고 있으며, 우리나라도 2015 개정 교육과정이 적용되는 2019년부터 정규 교육과정에서 소프트웨어 교육을 시작하게 되었다. 본 연구는 초등학교 실과 교육과정에서 처음으로 소프트웨어 교육을 실시한 교사들의 느낀 점과 어려움을 바탕으로 소프트웨어 교육 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 2019년 초등학교에서 소프트웨어 교육을 담당한 교사 96명을 대상으로 개인 역량, 수업 운영 방식, 교과서 및 교육자료, 수업 운영 내용, 교육환경과 관련하여 36개의 문항으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 중 3명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 교육 시설과 환경 개선, 양질의 수업자료 개발 및 보급 활성화, 교사 대상의 참여형 연수와 교사 동아리 지원 확대 등의 개선사항이 필요함을 확인하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 학습자의 핵심역량 제고를 위한 과학 교사교육 개선 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. OECD에서 핵심역량을 '학생들이 향후 사회적 삶을 성공적으로 살아가기 위해 필요로 하는 능력'으로 재정립한 이래로 여러 나라에서 '역량기반 교육과정'을 강조해왔다. 본 연구에서는 국외의 역량기반 교육과정 선도국과 국내의 외국인학교 및 국제 중학교를 방문하여 관계 전문가들을 대상으로 교과교육 혁신 사례를 수집하고, 각 사례별로 교사 및 학교장을 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 학습자의 핵심역량 제고를 위해 요청되는 과학 교사전문성 개선 방안을 살펴보았다. 연구결과에 따르면 개별 교사 측면에서는 학습자의 역할 변화에 따라 교사의 역할 변화도 요청되며, 교사는 학생들에게 핵심역량의 모델이 되어야 하고, 교사역할의 다면화가 요청되며, 연구자로서의 교사가 요청됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 교사공동체 측면에서는 교사들의 학습공동체 조직이 필요하며, 교사들의 지식기반을 구축해야 하고, 미래의 교실에는 다양한 전문가를 투입해야 하며, 지역공동체 및 다른 전문가 집단과의 파트너십을 구축해야 한다는 요구가 수렴되었다. 본 연구의 결론 부분에서는 연구결과를 토대로 핵심역량 기반 교육을 실현하기 위한 제도적, 정책적 지원방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this research was made to suggest the improvement for problems of indication subject of Fisheries & Maritime High School teacher's certificate issued by the operation of the 7th national curriculum in 2000. After analyzing the integrated indication subjects related with fisheries & Maritime high school, among the middle school teacher's 24 subjects of industrial world, the problems and improvements can be arranged as followed. Firstly, the subjects of fisheries & Maritime high school teacher's certificates are fishing industry, aquiculture, sailing, engine and freezing and new subjects are ocean shipping and ocean logistics. Because the teacher's certificate was changed to integrated indication subjects, there were problems of teacher cultivation, teacher hiring, etc. So, in the actual field of school, teacher cultivating university and related department are necessary to strengthen high-quality majoring education/subjects and practical education as well as need to establish teacher cultivating system by teacher cultivating organization's evaluation system and teacher cultivating education program related by differentiation and easiness of majoring characterization. Secondly, teacher cultivating for new departments and new subjects can apply related major system, free major system, etc. Thirdly, if professional high schools find majoring areas whose content is same one another and introduce common indication subject system, it will be helpful to improve the quality of teachers, teacher certification examination, etc. of professional area.
