In recent years, movie content consumption has increased not only in theaters but also through online channels. As movie channels become more diverse, there is a growing interest in movie channel selection process, and the movie channel selection can vary depending on the characteristics of consumers. Therefore, in this study, we examined the effect of consumer personality(neurogenic, conscientiousness, openness, agreeableness) on channel selection factors(primary and secondary factors of the theater, primary and secondary factors of online channel) and channel attitudes(attitudes towards theaters, IPTV, cable TV, OTT). The results of this study shows that consumer personality has significant impact on consumers' movie channel selection process and findings provide strategic directions for companies offering online and offline service for movie consumption.

UHD(Ultra High Definition) broadcasting is an attractive next-generation service of realistic broadcasting that enables you to feels like listening on the spot in ultra-high definition resolution. In addition, the test broadcasting run by UHD broadcasting agencies and UHDTV terminal launch could herald the full-scale UHD broadcasting era. However, in order that UHD broadcasting will be activated, the function of conditional access control and information protection through which we can on pay per view watch the programs of subscriber preference from the channels of various and subdivided genres is essential. To provide a technical foundation for these features and to achieve the UHD TV transition early, determining technology development & standardization strategy through the analysis of the key protection technologies is required In this paper, we propose standardization technologies which our country can lead and present a long-term driving directions by analyzing UHD broadcasting technology & test broadcasting trends and content protection technology & standardization trends.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the process from occurrence of a hospital nurse's suicide to workers' compensation approval, responses of the parties involved, issues debated during approval deliberations, and significant policy changes resulting from the incident. Methods: We conducted in-depth interviews with involved parties and collected various documents, including newspaper articles, forum proceedings, and the agency report on determination of workers' compensation. Content analysis was performed on the collected data. Results: A Joint Task Force continuously reported its progress and findings through mass media such as newspaper, radio, and TV. These activities exerted pressure on a government agency to conduct an occupational disease review and significantly impacted the workers' compensation approval. The agency recognized associations between the hospital's inadequate nurse training and the suicide but did not confirm the excessive overtime and workplace harassment experienced by the nurse as causes of the suicide. This case's media coverage and impact resulted in a law prohibiting workplace harassment and a hospital system dedicating at least one nurse to training activities. Conclusions: This incident had a significant social impact as the first case of workers' compensation approval for a hospital nurse's suicide. However, the case produced no structural changes in nurses' working conditions such as heavy workloads.

In the age of convergent media, traditional media and network media are highly integrated, and benefits are shared, which promotes the increase of traditional culture communication channels, the change of communication methods, and the change of the mode of interaction with audiences. This article analyzes the difficulties of traditional culture dissemination by enumerating some excellent cultural programs in China. At the same time, combined with the current situation of convergence media, it discusses how to transform invisible traditional culture into visual digital content, and make it widely disseminated by means of convergence media. It provides reference for the development of traditional culture, and has enlightening significance for creating high-quality cultural programs and spreading mainstream culture.

Chinese cartoon industry lately was able to see a rapid development which changed cartoon creative personnel associated with increased production technology development, new technologies, government support policy and a variety of environments. It was likely to have high expectations for changes in the policy environment of the country supported the comic creators and authors to develop its own comic industry. The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of China promoted the production for the development of Chinese animation with "domestic little video about the development of the animation industry's opinion", and "documents Documents". Animation industrial base and animation education was established in institutions such as the organization one after another. In the meantime, the spread of Japanese comics picture on the creative activation admitted but their comic creation and activation was slump. It would produce that the creation of its traditional culture based activation strategy to built comics. Since 2004, It was well represented for the creators of the cartoon creation of the tradition and uniqueness of Chinese history. In the prior to 2004, comics and strategies was to be differentiated. Today, China is an important source of comic marked the fact that the tradition was recognized and it was further developed with combining creativity of the past and the present production system. Comic creators comic story of traditional culture were excavated in order to have a sense of awareness and modern. The difference between China Cartoon and comics in other Asian countries is true that cartoon story came out naturally in a traditional culture. In this study, It would lead in the future to allow directional presented for the digital cartoon making development policy awareness through the comic creation and production of new media content industry enabled to China. Now, in the new media industry for the development of China's neighboring countries coped with climate change for the active exchange of information. It poured out ceaseless technical development and a range of policies to support business expansion. New China Cartoon was leaped to re-fit the industry.

Purpose : This study is intended to understand the sensitometric characteristics and the emulsion properties of the commercially available CEA TVS film in comparison with the Kodak X-Omat V film. Materials and Methods : For this purpose, we have formulated an analytic expression of the characteristic curves for x-ray film exposed to mixed radiation of electrons, photons, and visible light. This mathematical expression was developed based on reaction-rate and target-hit theories. Unlike previous expressions. it relates optical density to emulsion properties such as grain size and silver bromide content We have also developed a quantity which characterizes the film response to visible light relative to that to photons and electrons. This quantity could be expressed as a function of grain area. Thus, we have developed mathematical expressions and quantities with which the emulsion properties of the films can be revealed based on the sensitometric characteristics. Demonstrating the use of this analytical study, we exposed CEA and Kodak verification films to the mixed radiation of electrons, photons, and visible light, and interpreted the experimental results accordingly. Results : We have demonstrated that: (1) the saturation density increases as the silver bromide content increases, (2) the time required to reach the threshold dose (to which the film begins to respond) when films are exposed to visible light decreases as the grain size increases, and (3) the CEA film contains more silver bromide. whereas the Kodak film contains larger grains. These findings were supported by the data provided by the manufacturers afterward. Conclusion : This study presented an analytical and experimental basis for understanding the response of X-ray film with respect to the emulsion properties.

In accordance with the development of broadcasting, the style of using medium by users has been personalized in the propensity to consume. Recent advent of media convergence allowed users of medium to decide the received environment for their needs, thereby the position of users has become more important in the medium consumption. IPTV has the most advanced form of personalized information media. However, IPTV was made by media convergence, which has relation with a variety of interested parties, so there are a few troubles among them in the way of commercializing IPTV. As a matter of fact, although users play a leading role in the IPTV industry, there are still few discussions on the welfare of users. IPTV should be remained the characteristic of the medium of personalized information, and it should include the welfare of users in various fields of media convergence. That is Universal Service. It is necessary to be guaranteed the access right and the variety of contents in using IPTV. Moreover, in terms of telecommunication, IPTV should insure the reasonable fare system as a pay-services. On the basis of the analysis in local and international IPTV circumstances, in terms of content as a medium of personalized information, in terms of fares as a pay-services, and in terms of digital literacy as a new medium of digital access, policies for welfare of users are suggested.

In this study, to develop a higher value-added makgeolli, the Korean traditional rice wine were made of four kinds of raw material cereals (wheat flour, puffed rice, non-glutinous rice, and glutinous rice). To investigate the development potential of makgeolli as functional materials, their physicochemical characteristics, phenol, flavonoid, and vitamin contents, and 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS) radical scavenging activity were evaluated. Puffed rice makgeolli and non-glutinous rice makgeolli among four types of makgeolli were higher contents of alcohol (16-16.5%). Of four types of makgeolli, puffed rice makgeolli showed 5.2±0.06 mg GAE/mL, the highest level content of total phenol, and flavonoid contents of them were similarly high, with a level of 470-490 ㎍ QE/mL. Puffed rice makgeolli containing the highest level content of total phenol resulted in 81.5%, the highest activity of ABTS radical scavenging. These results suggest that puffed rice may be an effective raw material for makgeolli to be developed the antioxidant functional materials.

In a broadcasting market environment that has a close interdependence between platform operators and content operators, problems such as conflicts over program usage fees, and home shopping transmission fees are intensifying. This study attempted to analyze the environment of the domestic broadcasting market and present implications, analyze the cause of user fee conflict between the platform and PP, and propose detailed alternatives to resolve user fee conflict disputes. The results of environmental analysis on the domestic broadcasting market are as follows. First, the growth engine of the broadcasting industry has changed to direct resources such as service usage fees and content fees, and commerce is increasing. Second, as hegemony in the domestic broadcasting market changes from terrestrial to paid broadcasting and OTT, monopolies in the entire broadcasting area are being dismantled by voluntary entry. Third, the need to overhaul the existing regulatory system is increasing due to the dismantling and reorganization of the existing broadcasting market. On the other hand, this study proposed a strategy to diversify the profit structure of PP, supply program after pre-contracting, and strengthen CPS bargaining power in order to resolve disputes between paid broadcasting platforms and PP sharply. In particular, as strategies to strengthen CPS bargaining power of small and medium-sized SOs, it proposed to jointly improve CPS-related systems through IPTV and individual SOs, to redefine fees for programs and to voluntarily use programs.

The latest movement in live video streaming service is mobile personal broadcasting (MPB), which refers to consumers accessing the service through social media with mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablet PCs. This service is possible through the advancements in mobile video technology and platforms. Features such as enhanced user interaction, personalization, and real-time broadcasting, combined with a greater variety of content, have led to the development of MPB. The increase in MPB users calls for research, including that on the hedonic motivational angle. This study aims to assess MPB users' intrinsic motives through the hedonic-motivation system adoption model (HMSAM) using seven factors: joy, temporal dissociation, escapism, focused immersion, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and intention to watch. Survey data collected from 154 samples were analyzed with statistical techniques, such as structural equation modeling. Results showed that time dissociation, escapism, and perceived ease of use have a positive relationship with heightened enjoyment. Joy significantly affects focused immersion and intention to watch. Escapism also had a statistically significant influence on focused immersion. This study contributes to the advancement of the MPB study under the HMSAM theoretical framework and offers practical suggestions to managers to enhance MPB content viewership.
