청년농업인의 자립의지와 영농지속성에서 가족지지의 매개효과 분석 (Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Family Support in Young Farmers' Self-reliance and Farming Continuation)

  • In the meantime, the government has implemented various policies for young farmers at a time when the number of people in charge of agriculture and rural areas is decreasing, but it is difficult to secure a stable agricultural workforce. This study analyzed the mediating effect of family support in the will to self-reliance and farming continuation for young farmers at a time when agricultural and rural farmers are decreasing and aging. According to the analysis, young farmers are young, highly educated, have short farming experience, and mainly livestock and gardening were high. In addition, it was found that the will of young farmers to stand on their own feet influenced the sustainability of young farmers by partially selling their family support. The main implications are the need for support or support for internal growth of young farmers and the need for continuous family support. It was also understood that young farmers should have the will to stand on their own feet in order to have continuous and satisfactory farming results.

유연성 평발인 남성의 보행 시 족궁지지대의 강도가 보행특성에 미치는 영향 - 발목관절을 중심으로 - (Investigate the Effect of Arch Support Stiffness on Gait Characteristics in Men with Flexible Flat Feet - A Focus on the Ankle Joint -)

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the strength of the ankle support on the walking characteristics and ankle joints when men with flexible flat feet walk. Method: 13 adult male subjects (age: 23.9 ± 2.4 yrs, height: 173.0 ± 5.0 cm, weight: 76.9 ± 13.2 kg, Navicular Drop Test (NDT): 10.2 ± 0.8 mm) participated in this study. Each participant had to walk with the 3 conditions, barefoot, soft arch support and hard arch support, along a walkway while their kinematics was recorded at 100 Hz. Results: Based on the results of this study, it is considered that men with flexible flat feet should use hard arch support rather than bare feet to induce normal arch shape, relieve foot damage caused by excessive ankle joint abnormalities and improve stability. Conclusion: Our results for men with flat flexibility, there was a significant difference in the value of step length when walking was performed using two arch supports with different strengths. The angle of ankle dorsiflexion was significantly increased, and the ankle eversion angle was significantly decreased.

The effect of gaming disorder on suicidality: Focusing on the mediating effect of social support and self-esteem

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the role of social support and self-esteem in the relationship between gaming disorder and suicidality of college students. A survey and analysis were conducted on 1,154 students in a four-year university in Gyeonggi-do of Korea. With analysis of the Internet Gaming disorder scale, 162 people (14%) were subjected to gaming disorder and 992 (86%) were non-gaming disorder. The hypothesis of this study was verified as follows. First, college students with gaming disorder have higher suicidality and lower social support and self-esteem than those with non-gaming disorder. Second, gaming disorder of college students have a positive correlation with suicidality, while gaming disorder will have a negative correlation with social support and self-esteem. Third, social support and self-esteem mediate the relationship between gaming disorder and suicidality of college students. These results show that social support and self-esteem can act as protective factors. The results are very meaningful in that they have verified the high risk of suicidality of college students with gaming disorder. It is suggested, when college students show signs of Internet gaming addiction, a more active prevention for suicidality should be considered as they can become a suicidal high risk group.

Effect of Wearable Passive Back Support Exoskeleton on the Peak Muscle Activation of the Erector Spinae Muscles During Lifting

  • Background: Using wearable passive back-support exoskeletons in workplace has attracted attention as devices that support the posture of workers, enhance their physical capabilities, and reduce physical risk factors. Objects: This study aimed to investigate the effect of a wearable passive back-support exoskeleton on the activity of the erector spinae muscles during lifting tasks at various heights. Methods: Twenty healthy adult males were selected as subjects. Electromyography (EMG) was used to assess the activity of the erector spinae muscles while performing lifting tasks at three distinct heights (30, 40, and 50 cm), with and without the application of the Wearable Passive Back Support Exoskeleton. EMG data were gathered before and after the application of the orthosis. Results: The use of the Wearable Passive Back Support Exoskeleton resulted in a significant decrease in muscle activity when lifting a 10 kg object from heights of 30 and 40 cm (p < 0.05). Additionally, there was a significant reduction in muscle activity when lifting from a height of 50 cm compared with that at lower heights (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of a wearable passive back-support exoskeleton led to a decrease in the activity of the erector spinae muscles during lifting tasks, irrespective of the object's height. Our results suggest that the orthosis we tested may help decrease risk of lower back injuries during lifting.

일 대도시지역 택시 기사의 직무스트레스, 사회적 지지 및 직무만족도의 관계 : 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (A Study on The Relationships Between Job Stress, Social Support and Job Satisfaction of Taxi Drivers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted in order to investigate the relationships between job stress or social support and job satisfaction, and the function of social support, theoretically considered to mediate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. Methods: After obtaining informed consent from participants, data were collected from 122 taxi drivers. Gamma was used for testing of the first and second hypotheses. Partial Gamma was used to test the third hypothesis. Patterns of elaboration described by Babbie (1986) were selected for interpretation of the relationship among the three variable analyses. Results: First, a negative relationship was observed between job stress and job satisfaction (Gamma=-.543, p=.001) and a positive relationship was observed between social support and job satisfaction (Gamma=.741, p<.001). Second, when controlling for social support, the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction showed a decrease under conditions of both low and high social support. As for the mediating effect of social support, job stress was found to affect social support and social support was found to affect job satisfaction. Conclusion: The results showed that social support had a mediating effect between job stress and job satisfaction. Therefore, development and implementation of appropriate social support interventions is needed in order to reduce job stress and promote job satisfaction.

취업모의 일-가정 갈등이 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향에서 배우자지지 및 일-가정양립지원제도의 조절효과 (The moderating effect of spousal support and support systems for work-family compatibility on work-family conflict and psychological well-being of working mothers)

  • The purpose of this study were to explorer the factors affecting the psychological well-being of working mothers and to investigate the moderating effect of spousal support and support systems for work family compatibility on relationship between work-family conflict and psychological well-being. The subjects were 300 working mothers who are aged under 50, have more than one child live in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The Results are follows. First, the analysis of work-family conflicts, spousal support and support systems for work-family compatibility, and psychological well-being of working mothers indicated that the working mothers perceived family-work conflict to be higher than work-family conflict. The working mothers received stronger support from support systems intended for work-family compatibility than from their spouses. The score of the psychological well-being of the working mothers was 3.27 (standard deviation = .91), which is higher than median. Second, the factors influencing the working mothers' psychological well-being were age, monthly household income, number of children, work${\rightarrow}$family and family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and spousal support. Greater psychological well-being was linked to a young maternal age, a high monthly household income, a low number of children, low levels of work${\rightarrow}$family and family${\rightarrow}$work conflict, and strong spousal support. Third, spousal support mediated the relationship between family${\rightarrow}$work conflict and psychological well-being.

아버지의 자녀양육참여와 사회적 지원이 후속출산계획에 미치는 영향:어머니의 양육스트레스 매개를 중심으로 (The Effects of Paternal Participation in Child Care and Social Support on Planning for a Second Childbirth, Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Maternal Parenting Stress)

  • This study examined the effects of paternal participation in child care and social support on planning for a second childbirth, focusing on the mediating effect of the mother's parenting stress. The 887 subjects studied in this paper were mothers who have a first child, and were selected from a sample of the 2nd Panel Study of Korean Children(PSKC) by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education(KICCE), conducted in 2009. Data was analyzed using a Structural Equation Model(SEM) to identify a structure and relationships among factors. The significance of indirect effects to test the mediating effect of maternal parenting stress was identified via bootstrapping. Results indicated that maternal parenting stress partially mediated the relationship between the father's participation in child care and planning for a second childbirth, and absolutely mediated the relationship between social support and planning for a second childbirth. The findings reveal the importance of reducing parenting stress, given its substantial impact on planning for a second childbirth.

Felder-Silverman 학습유형에 따른 전문심장소생술 시뮬레이션 교육의 지속효과 (Continuous effect of advanced cardiovascular life support simulation education according to Felder-Silverman learning style)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the continuous effect of advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) simulation education according to Felder-Silverman learning style. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 94 students of emergency medical technology and nursing. There were 50 female students (53.2%) and 88 students (93.6%) had basic life support certification. The study instruments included knowledge, performance, and confidence. Data were analyzed using SPSS v. 20.0. Results: The learning style consisted of reflective type (51.1%), sensory type (76.6%), visual type (63.8%), and sequential type (64.9%). There was a significant difference in continuous effect on performance by learning type. Conclusion: It is necessary to identify the learning style of students before simulation education in order to maintain continuous effect of ACLS education.

  • 본 연구는 학습조직화 사업에서 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향과 강한 리더십의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 유의한 영향(p<.001, ${\beta}=.652$)을 미쳤으며 세부 요인별로 자아완성은 지식창출과 이전 및 재무적 성과에, 시스템사고와 팀학습은 학습인프라 구축에, 비전공유는 학습문화 및 활동 팀워크 및 네트워킹 재무적 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 상사의 강한 리더십에 따라 학습조직 구축수준의 팀학습 요인이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향이 달라지는 조절효과가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 학습이론과 실제 사업성과를 연결시켜 인과관계를 분석했으며 성공적인 학습조직 운영을 위한 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.

인공지능 시스템 도입에 있어서 기술 준비도가 콜센터 상담사들의 사용 의도에 미치는 구조적인 영향: AICC(인공지능 컨택 센터)를 중심으로 (The Structural Impact of Technology Readiness on Call Center Counselors' Intention to Use in the Introduction of Artificial Intelligence Systems: Focusing on AICC(Artificial Intelligence Contact Center))

  • This study is a study on the effect of technical readiness factors on counselors' intention to use when applying AICC. AICC counselors experience improved customer service and emotional stability by receiving various monitor notification window services based on artificial intelligence algorithms such as customer counseling history, prohibited word control system, and customized counseling system. Accordingly, this study tried to verify using factors derived from technology readiness theory and technology acceptance theory among the factors affecting the intention to continue using AICC provided to counselors. To verify the research hypothesis, the causal relationship between variables such as Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity, and Technology Acceptance Theory, such as Team Support, Ease of Usage, and Innovation Resistance, was verified. As a result of empirical analysis, first, it was verified that Optimism has a positive (+) effect on Team Support and Ease of Usage, and Discomfort and Insecurity have a negative (-) effect on Ease of Usage and Team Support. Second, it was confirmed that Team Support and Ease of Usage had a positive effect on the Intention to use AICC. Based on the above empirical analysis results, the concepts of Technical Readiness were clearly proved, and in practical terms, AICC helped inquiry, quality evaluation, recording, and management of counseling history, ultimately increased corporate work efficiency.
