창업교육의 일환으로 인터넷 창업교육이 공공과 민간영역에서 다양하게 진행되고 있지만 수요자의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키고 창업성공에 이르게 하는 데는 부족함이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 창업교육의 현황을 고찰해보고 전자상거래지원센터에서 진행중인 인터넷 창업교육 실태조사를 통해 교육생 만족도 및 교육내용에 중요도와 실제 교육반영도 조사를 통해 창업교육 진행상의 문제점과 발전방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과 도출된 시사점은 첫째, 교육생들의 연령, 학력, 교육동기와 창업교육 경험유무에 따라 교육만족도가 다르게 나타나, 이들의 요구에 기반한 다양한 형태의 맞춤식 교육이 요구되었다. 둘째, 현재 진행되고 있는 기술적 요소에 대한 교육과 더불어 창업리더쉽, 사업수행능력 등 인적 요소, 사업추진환경과 사업아이템 등 사업환경적 요소에 대한 교육 보강이 요구되었다. 셋째, 창업후 사후지원과 컨설팅, 수료생 커뮤니티 구축, 수료생간 아이템 연계 지원, 상호네트워킹, 멘토링 등 교육후 관리의 중요성이 부각되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 조사분석을 통해 인터넷 창업의 성공적 지원을 위한 교육진행과 사후 연계체제 구축을 통해 창업교육의 고도화 및 내실화 방안을 모색하였다.

Changes in the business environment and increased competitiveness have led many companies to consider Business Process Reengineering(BPR) as a means to improve performance. However, while some BPR projects have been successful among the many companies that have performed BPR, most of the reengineering efforts have been deemed unsuccessful as the project failed. There are many answers to this, but the most important point is that the effective linkage between process innovation and information system construction is insufficient. Even if the reform of consciousness is carried out through the promotion of management innovation activities such as BPR, and the process is improved, management infrastructure can not be continuously maintained if infrastructure, especially information system, is not built up to support it. In this paper, we propose BPR and information system combining methodology for successful BPR execution and information system construction, and describe the result of BPR consulting performance when constructing information system and compare the improvement of failure risk factor. In addition, we present the case through the case of K company, and finally present customer satisfaction through post evaluation after completion of K company information system construction project implementation.

The interactions and interrelationships between stakeholders largely determine the overall performance of a construction project, and have the crucial responsibility for delivering a project to successful completion. An important component of stakeholder management is stakeholder analysis. Two case studies are conducted within Kerala (India). The main objective was to carry out stakeholder analysis using stakeholder organiser deluxe software, considering the data's collected from the project execution team using questionnaire. During data collection the key stakeholders were identified, to know how to manage them, their interest, power, attitude level etc, for quality improvement. Analyze the results using the software Stakeholder organizer deluxe and modeling of stakeholders is to be done. Finally validate the models of the projects. These findings may mainly reflect the stakeholder management environment in the respective regions of project implementation.

The HEMU-400X(High-speed Electric Multiple Unit 400km/h eXperimental) project starts in 2007. It is required to analysis and simulate the train performance throughout the project life cycle for a successful completion of the project. This paper is devoted to the development of a train performance analysis model for the high-speed electric multiple unit 400km/h experimental. The model consist of running resistance model, train model, traction model and braking model. So, this paper represents the results of the train performance analysis.

We report a case of 15 year-old Jehovah's Witness patient with mild anemia who underwent a successful orthognathic two-jaw surgery. Jehovah's Witness patients refuse transfusion of blood or blood products even in life threatening situations. The use of recombinant human erythropoietin and iron supplement increased hemoglobin during preoperative period. Intraoperatively, meticulous surgical hemostasis, acute normovolemic hemodilution and induced hypotension enabled the completion of the operation without the use of blood products.

The PERT/CPM are considered as the base procedures for the most successful project scheduling programs. Unfortunately, it is not easy to apply these procedures to real-life projects. This is due to the fact that PERT/CPM assume an infinite number of resources for each activity in project networks. Obviously, the completion time under no constraints is less than when constraints are imposed. One way of approaching this problem is to use heuristic solution techniques. In this paper, we present three heuristics; MRU (Maximum Resource Use) rule, STU (Shortest Time Use) rule, MRUP (Max Resource Use and Period) rule for allocating resources to activities of projects under multiple resource constraints. Comparisons of the project durations show that these heuristic rules are superior to AG3 rule that has been widely used in practice (Elsayed and Boucher, 1994).

As one of staff members participated in the full course of the plant construction project of On-san Refinery to its successful completion. I had my past expierence that the plant construction project was so complicated, and a Long period required, and thus there were so money problems to be solved. Among the problem, I mainly noticed that the following listed points were solved and improved. 1. Each drawing should be in every accuracy possible. 2. Contract should be specified in every detail possible. 3. All invoiced prices of breack down list should be coped with the current market prices. 4. All execution of work should be in the most accuracy. A. Planing execution of work. B. Coordination with supervisor group. C. Economical method for execution of work. D. Safety control. 3, Calculation work field should be established seperately 6. Each staff members should be work at the best of his pride.

자기부상철도는 철도시스템 특유의 특성을 가진 복합시스템으로, 그동안 장기간 기술개발을 걸쳐 경량전철형의 도시형 자기부상열차가 개발되었다. 현재 2006년부터 국내 상용을 목표고 하는 대규모의 실용화사업이 추진되고 있다. 이와 같은 대규모의 복잡한 시스템에 대한 프로젝트에는 생명주기 개념이 적용된 프로젝트 관리 및 기술서인 시스템엔지니어링을 기반으로 하는 사업추진이 필수적이다. 시스템엔지니어링 관리계획서(SEMP; Systems Engineering Management Plan)는 관련 프로젝트에 대한 시스템엔지니어링 분야의 최상위 계획으로, 프로젝트 추진방안 및 일정, 예산, 기술적 목표 등과 함께 시스템엔지니어링 기능 및 수행작업, 업무범위, 조직구조, 인터페이스 등에 대한 내용을 포함하여 기술한 문서를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 도시형 자기부상철도에 대한 실용화사업의 계획 수립을 통하여 SEMP를 작성하면서, SEPM에 대한 문헌조사 및 분석과 함께 SEMP의 작성 방안 및 과정을 보였다. 또한 이를 컴퓨터 기반의 도구를 사용하여 작성되도록 하였다.
