Abstract
The HEMU-400X(High-speed Electric Multiple Unit 400km/h experiment) project starts last fear. It is required to control and balance the systems engineering activities throughout the project life cycle for a successful completion of the project. This paper proposes the systems engineering management plan for the HEMU-400X project.
