고등학생의 대학 생활과학전공 진로탐색 프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구 조사: 전문가 및 고등학생을 대상으로 (Educational Needs for the Development of a Career Exploration Program for Human Ecology Majors for High School Students: A Survey Targeting Experts and High School Students)

  • As human life and welfare become more valued in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, the role and mission of human ecology are expanding. Therefore, a career exploration and education program for high school students covering all the academic fields of human ecology may be necessary. To investigate what would be needed to develop such a program, a focus group interview (FGI) targeting experts within the same field and a survey targeting high school students were conducted. As a result of the FGI, a total of 3 categories and 7 subcategories were identified. The three categories included "human ecology and high school education," "human ecology and career choices," and "education program development and management in human ecology." The results of the high schoolers' survey showed that they had a moderate level of awareness about careers related to human ecology majors, but their interests and known information about human ecology programs in universities were low. Within the sub-content of each major, the contents with the highest educational needs were fashion product management, nutrition by disease, housing market analysis, personal financial management, and children's rights and welfare. If a career exploration and education program is implemented in the future, the most preferred type is a mentoring program by professors, students, and graduates in the field of human ecology. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop and implement an integrative education program about human ecology majors based on the educational needs of high school students.

간호대학생의 취업 지역 선택 영향 요인 (Factors Influencing Nursing Students' Choices of a Place of Employment)

  • 연구배경: 신규 간호사 공급 증가에도 불구하고, 간호사 부족과 지역적 불균형은 중요한 보건문제로 남아있다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 지방에서 일하고 생활하는 것에 대한 인식, 지방 취업 및 첫 직장 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이해하는 것은 지역의 간호사 채용 및 유지 전략을 세우는 데 유용하다. 방법: 비수도권 지역 소재 간호학과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 지방에서 일하고 생활하는 것에 대한 인식, 지방에서 일하는 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인, 첫 직장 선택시 고려 항목에 대한 자가보고식 설문지를 사용하였으며, 329명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 t검정, 카이제곱 검정 및 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 결과: 졸업 후 학교 소재 지역에 취업할 계획이 있다는 간호대학생은 전체의 57.8%였다. 지방에서 일하는 선택에 영향을 미치는 상위 3개 항목은 주거비용, 가족과 가까이 사는 것, 생활비였고, 지방생활을 즐길 수 있는 측면은 선택 가능성을 높이는 쪽으로, 고립과 사회화 문제는 선택 가능성을 낮추는 쪽으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 비수도권 지역 간호대학생의 학교 소재 지역 취업을 활성화하기 위해서는 지방에서의 정주여건 개선 및 근로여건의 개선이 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to accumulate basic data to establish planning direction and important planning factors for the environment-friendly apartment complex for sustainable development. For this purpose, the survey has been conducted to graduate students, architects and research experts in the field. The basic concept of planning factors far environment-friendly apartment complex are energy saving, resources saving, minimizing environment pollution, natural harmony, regional identity and pursuit of residents's health & amenity.

  • This study aims to analyze the relation between furniture arrangement and ventilation. In this study, the furniture layout of students'bedroom have been classified three kinds of patterns so that the air flue of the rooms can be analyzed. According to the results of the study, it is showed that the furniture arrangements have influenced the ventilation efficiency and it has been recognized that space plan needs the applicable study.

환경친화적 주생활 교육을 위한 쟁점중심 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Issue-Centered Teaching.Learning Process Plan for Environment-Friendly Housing Education)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중학교 기술 가정과 주생활 영역 교육에서 환경친화적 주생활 내용을 쟁점중심 수업으로 접근하는 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하고 이를 실제 수업에 적용하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ADDIE 교수설계 모형에 따라 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가 5단계를 거쳐 연구를 진행하였다. 2008년 7월 경기도 용인 G중학교 3학년 7학급(222명)에 2차시씩 적용하였다. 2시간 수업을 위해 개발한 교수 학습 과정안은 2개로, 1차시에서는 '환경친화적 주생활이란?', 2차시에서는 '주택가 주차난의 환경친화적 해결 방법은 무엇일까?'를 쟁점주제로 하였다. 개발한 교수 학습 자료는 읽기 자료 4개, 사진과 그림 자료 12개, 동영상 자료 5개이며, 교수 학습 활동지는 7개이다. 교수 학습 과정은 6단계로 쟁점제기, 용어정의, 쟁점의 성격 명료화, 다양한 관점 연구와 분석, 대안 제시 및 평가, 해결책 탐구 및 실천으로 구성하였다. 주된 교수 학습 방법은 찬반 논쟁 협동학습(PRO-CON)으로 이를 배심원 토론 기법으로 적용하였다. 평가는 학생용 사전 사후 평가지, 교수 학습 활동지, 연구자 관찰, 수업 장면을 촬영한 영상자료 분석을 통해 양적 질적 측면으로 접근하였다. 연구 결과를 사전 사후 차이 분석, 수업활동지 분석, 사후 교수 학습활동 평가 세 측면에서 살펴본 결과, 환경관점은 교수 학습 과정안 적용 전과 후 모두 환경관리주의 관점보다 근본생태주의와 사회생태주의 관점 성향이 현저하게 높았으며 사전사후 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 환경친화적 주생활 실천의사는 사전보다 사후에 유의하고 더 높게 나타나 이 수업의 효과가 있었다고 볼 수 있다. 실험 수업 후 교수 학습 내용, 방법, 목표인식, 수업전개 4가지 측면에 대한 평가는 대체로 긍정적으로 학습내용의 새로운 정도, 보조 자료의 다양성, 실생활 필요도, 상호협동성, 수업 만족도가 매우 높았다. 대체로 여학생이 남학생보다, 자신이나 가족의 환경관심이 클수록 수업내용과 목표를 더 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 교수 학습방법인 찬반논쟁 협동 학습(PRO-CON)과 배심원 토론 방식에 대해서 환경친화적 주생활 내용에 적합한 방법이었으며 학생의 자발적 참여를 유도하는 데 긍정적이었다고 평가하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 환경친화적 주생활 교육은 가정생활뿐만 아니라 사회 전반에 영향을 주는 실천적인 교과교육 내용이며, 이를 쟁점중심 수업으로 접근하는 것이 효과적인 교수 학습 방법 중 하나라는 것으로 규명되었다. 그러나 수업 시수 부족으로 학생들의 참여가 충분히 이루어지지 못한 점과 토론 활동에서 나타난 대표 토론자 변인 차이를 최소로 하는 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다.

도시가계의 사교육비 지출규모의 결정요인 -일반계 고등학생의 과외사교육비를 중심으로- (Factors Which Determine the Amount of Private Educational Expenditures of urban Households in Korea: With Special Reference to Extra-class Private Educational Expenditures of General High School Students)

  • Relationships between socio-demographic variables and parents' education invest-ment motivation variables and extra-class private education expenditures were examined using a sample of 602 households in Inchon Korea. Tobit analysis was used. Singal-cognitive motivation parents' duty motivation household income housing asset father's occupation class and number of children had significant effects on extra-class private education expenditures on general high school students. To alleviate overspending in extra-class private education diploma pursuing society has to be changed and formal school education need to be properly functioning. Finally parents seek new child education paradigm for the creative labor demand in the next millenium.

남녀 중학생의 가정교과 교육내용과 관련된 가정생활 행동체계에서의 실천도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Practive of Middle School Students in Three Systems of Action in Home Life in Relation with Home Economics Curriculum Contents)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the degree of practice in three systems of action in home life of female and male middle school students who have learned the home economics under the 6th curriculum revision for three years since 1995 by teacher's major, student's sex, help from the family members, mothers' job, and the form of family. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The practice in systems of action in home life is relatively low in the communicative action, but is high unexpectably in emancipative action. 2) Depending on teacher's major, the practice in systems of action in home life of the students who have been taught by home economics majored teacher is high in communicative action but there is no significant difference in emancipative action between two groups. 3) The r]practice of female students is high in family, clothing, and housing areas, but therer is no significant difference between female and male students in resources and consuming, and food and nutrition areas of home life. 4) The more the family members help the students, the higher their practice in systems of action in home life. 5) The practice in all systems of action in home life has no significant difference between mothers with jobs and mothers without jobs. 6) There is no significant difference in systems of action in home life among groups by forms of family. 7) The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the helf from family members and sex of student independent variables have relative influence in the practice of home life.

대학생의 쇼핑가치유형 및 소비능력에 관한 연구 (A Study for the Consumption Competencies According to the Shopping Value Types of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was (1) to investigate the changes in consumer competencies according to the types of shopping value, (2) to reveal the effects of shopping value on consumer competencies. The subjects of this study were 266 university students dwelling in Seoul. A questionnaire was used as the survey method. The data was analyzed by Cronbach's alpha, frequencies, percentile, mean, factor analysis, K-mean cluster analysis, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range tests, multiple linear regressions. Computations were conducted by SPSS WIN 12.0. The study produced the following results. First, college students can be categorized into 3 shopping values by K-means Cluster analysis of 13 items: the hedonic shopper (shopping value), the utilitarian shopper (shopping value) and the balanced shopper (shopping value). Second, there were significant differences in grades, satisfaction with life and shopping value. That is, grade 3and utilitarian shopping value group had a higher level of consumer competency. Third, the variable that influenced consumer competency was the utilitarian shopping value, influencing consumer attitude and consumer skill. These results imply that consumers should be constantly educated and that there needs to be a campaign to promote utilitarian shopping value.

과정 중심 평가를 위한 가정교과 코하우징 수업의 포트폴리오 평가 사례연구 (A Case Study on Portfolio Assessment in a Home Economics Cohousing Class for Process-based Assessment)

  • The purpose of this study was to present a class case that verified the validity, reliability, and usefulness of a portfolio assessment in a cohousing class in the housing area of home economics. To achieve this objective, 241 male and female students in eight classes of the third grade of a junior high school in Gyeonggi-do, Korea, were enrolled in a project class on establishing a cohousing village in which the portfolio assessment method was applied for a total of 10 sessions for approximately four weeks from May 24 to June 16, 2021. To ensure the validity of the portfolio assessment, we designed the lesson after presenting the curriculum goals in detail using the backward design model and developed a specific rubric and conducted all evaluations and feedback based on the rubric to ensure objectivity and reliability. The online tool Padlet was used as a portfolio, which allowed students to easily upload their work, receive feedback from the teacher, and interact with their peers. After the class, the students reflected on the rubric and were generally satisfied with the class using portfolio assessment. This study is expected to facilitate the use of the portfolio assessment method in the classroom, while also supporting student growth and development.

건축·인테리어 디자인과정의 커뮤니케이션을 위한 온라인 다중 사용자 가상환경 활용 사례 연구 (The Applications of Online, Multi-User Virtual Environments for Architectural & Interior Design Communication)

  • Architectural & Interior design communication is a process of exchanging information between architects and other professionals, clients, and prospectus users, and a design medium is a means of communication. Using non-immersive, conventional media, it is challenging for architects communicate physical details and users' activities in not yet built three-dimensional buildings to others. Recent advances online, Multi-User Virtual Environments (MUVEs) allow architects and other professionals to experience a virtually constructed building together using anthropomorphic avatars. In addition, MUVEs also enable them to be aware of the presence and activity of each other. Previous studies suggest that the aforementioned characteristics of MUVEs may facilitate communication between architects and others. But these are focused on communication in controlled experimental conditions. This paper discusses the ways in which MUVEs are applied for authentic and long-term collaboration, design studio, and cultural heritage reconstruction projects, produced by digital design group at the UC Berkeley and the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and analyzes the influences of MUVEs on those projects. MUVEs helped more precise communication between architects, electronic engineers, and medical staffs, who are collaborating for developing pioneering technology for hospitals. In design studios, MUVEs allowed students to experience other students' design outputs, and thus helped them share ideas mutually. In addition, in cultural heritage reconstruction projects, MUVEs were used for communicating with historians and residents in order to collect evidence. Based on this study, we propose that MUVEs have strong potential for enhancing the communication between architects and other professionals.
