This paper presents a method which synthesizes asynchronous circuits from free-choice Signal Transition Graphs (STGs) with timing constraints. The proposed method synthesizes asynchronous circuits by analyzing: the relations between signal transitions directly from the STGs without generating state graphs. The synthesis procedure decomposes a free-choice STG into deterministic STGs which do not have choice behavior. Then, a timing analysis extracts the timed concurrency and tamed causality relations between any two signal transitions for each deterministic STG. The synthesis procedure synthesizes circuits for each deterministic STG and synthesizes the final circuit by merging the circuits for each deterministic STG. The experimental results show that our method achieves significant reductions in synthesis time for the circuits which have a large state space, and generates circuits that have nearly the same area as compared to previous methods.

The structure of medical profession is composed of multiple relations among state, patients, and medical professions. There are conflicts between the nation and medical professions because the nation controls the monopoly of medical professions through medical policies. Patients make relations with medical profession as medical consumers. And medical professions compete each other in order to gain the control of the medical market. This paper attempts to review the dynamic relations between the nation and medical professions. The medical professions and the nation are in conflict about the control of the autonomy of medical professions. The medical professions want to exercise the monopoly rights in their own area and, on the other had, the nation wants to prevent problems that might result from the monopoly by regulations and to have the control over the national operation. Given this, the common view of medical sociology is that the nation and the medical professions are in constant conflict. The arguments that the present medical sociology has on the relationship between the nation and medical professions can be summarized like these: first, the nation is the authenticator of medical system; second, the nation is a medical provider and consumer; and, third, the nation is a mediator of regulations and conflicts. Based on the above mentioned relations between the nation and medical professions, this paper attempts to see how the nation, which is one component of the medical structure, make influences on Korean Oriental doctors and Traditional Chinese doctors. So as to do this, the changes in medical policies and promoting policies for Korean Oriental medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed. Finally, the differences in national policies of Korean Oriental medicine and Traditional Chinese medicine are compared.

Reflected Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process is a process that returns continuously and immediately to the interior of the state space when it attains a certain boundary. In this work, we are concerned with the study of asymptotic behaviours of parametric estimation for ergodic reflected Ornstein-Uhlenbeck processes with two-sided barriers. Moreover, we also focus on the relations between regulators and the local time process.

We introduce $R^i$-sets and give various relations between $R^i$-sets and prove that the hyperspace of a metric continuum containing any one of the $R^i$-set also contains $R^i$ and hence is not contractible.

In order to resolve a deadlock problem in manufacturing systems, three main methods have been proposed-prevention, avoidance, and recovery. The prevention and avoidance methods require predicting deadlocks in advance in order to prohibit them. In contrast, the recovery method allows a system to enter a deadlock state, then resolves it usually using a common buffer. In this paper, a deadlock recovery method considering the impact of flexible job routings is proposed. This method is based on capacity-designated directed graph (CDG) model representing current requesting and occupying relations between Jobs and resources in order to detect a deadlock and then recovers it.

The shift of flow behavior due to dynamic recrystallization during hot forming process is investigated, A series of load relaxation and compression tests has been conducted at various temperatures Constitutive relations and recrystallization behaviors were formulated from the mechanical test results, The consideration of dynamic recrystallization during a specific forming process was implemented to commercial FEM package by conditioned remeshing and remapping of state variables. Improvement of Load-Stroke prediction was validated by comparison with experimental results.

In this note first we define the notions of weak implicative and implicative hyper K-ideals of a hyper K-algebra H. Then we state and prove some theorems which determine the relationship between these notions and (weak) hyper K-ideals. Also we give some relations between these notions and all types of positive implicative hyper K-ideals. Finally we classify the implicative hyper K-ideals of a hyper K-algebra of order 3.

The survey covers the following topics : (1) general issues in computer reliability, (2) fault-tolerance state relations and requirements, (3) computational hierarchy, (4) fault characteristics, (5) fault diagnosis, (6) fault-tolerance schemes for logic network and machines, (7) fault-coverage effects, and (8) fault-tree analysis of coverage. This paper does not include techniques for verifying nonredundant hardware or system software designs or for verifying the correctness of application programs.

Microstructure and magnetic properties of $Fe-Nd_{13.5}-Co_{15}-B_{6-8}Ga_{0-1}-Zr_{0.2-1}$ alloys during HDDR process were studied. $ZrB_{2}$ phase was detected and identified by X-Ray diffraction. Influence of Ga, Zr and Ga+Zr additions on phase relations at different stages of HDDR process was studied by X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements.

For any prime number p, let J(p) be the set of positive integers n such that the numerator of the n^th harmonic number in the lowest terms is divisible by this prime number p. We consider an extension of this set to the generalized harmonic numbers, which are a natural extension of the harmonic numbers. Then, we present an upper bound for the number of elements in this set. Moreover, we state an explicit condition to show the finiteness of our set, together with relations to Bernoulli and Euler numbers.
