We investigate the origin and recent history for fuzzy equations. And we introduce the existence theorems of solutions for the fuzzy differential equation with infinite delays and fuzzy functional integral equations. We will also recent researches for controllability of sobolev-type semilinear integro-differential fuzzy system.

Hypertension is associated with cardiovascular disease. The environmental and genetic factors can cause the development of hypertension. In this study, the relationship between hypertension and family history of hypertension in Koreans was analyzed in consideration of serum fasting blood glucose levels and age. The study subjects were 2,484 subjects who had a medical examination at a university hospital. The main statistical analysis method was multiple logistic regression analysis. Hypertension prevalence was 16.4% of all subjects, and subjects with a family history of hypertension were 23.5%. The risk of hypertension was 2.36 times higher in subjects with a family history of hypertension than subjects without a family history of hypertension. In addition, in the subjects with fasting blood glucose levels more than 120 mg/dL, the risk of hypertension was 4.44 times higher in subjects with a family history of hypertension compared with subjects without a family history of hypertension. The relationship between family history and hypertension was slightly higher in the older group than in the younger group. To assess the association between hypertension and family history, further cohort study is necessary in the future.

This study aims at reviewing the research trends of records and archives management history published during the past 12 years, analyzing issues, and suggesting future tasks in related research areas. It starts with categorizing research areas of records and archives management history in archival sciences. All 31 articles have been selected from the 2 journals on archival science and 6 journals on related research areas. In quantitative measurement, the paper draws up 31 kinds of article bibliographies and looks at the current status of subject areas by year and author. In content analysis, selected articles are categorized into 3 subject areas, that is, general history, domestic history, and foreign history. For each subject area, research trends of the historical and regional studies are analyzed. This study concludes with emphasis on a new research direction between practice and points out that academic theory should be required for the future development in records and archives management history.

Since algebra before the 19th century was the study of equations and equations are not differentiated from polynomials because of lack of the equality sign, the algebraic symbolism of polynomials plays very important role for tile history of algebra. We deal with the evolution of literal notations of polynomials in western and eastern worlds, and then compare their history.

This study was designed to analyze the results of bone mineral density test in oriental medical examination. The subjects were workers in the automobile manufacturing industry. The subjects consisted of 3,206 industrial workers who had received oriental medical examination by oriental medicine and they submitted questionnaires about drinking history and smoking history, during 9 months from March to November. They were categorized by sex, age, job class, drinking history, smoking history and exercise history. The T-scores were measured by using OSTEOPRO(BMTECH, Seoul, Korea). We analyzed the relationship between sex, age, job class, drinking history, smoking history, exercise history and the results of bone mineral density using X2-test of the SPSS Ver. 14.0. There was a positive correlation between age and osteoporosis prevalence. In job class, sales personnel were apt to have a higher prevalence of osteoporosis than factory workers and office workers. Osteoporosis rates of the drinker group showed a higher level than the non-drinker group. Bone mineral densities of non-smoker group were higher than the Smoker group. And bone mineral densities of exerciser group were higher than the non-exerciser group. They have to encourage exercise and educate the workers to quit smoking for their health promotion. Furthermore, continuous health check up needs to be done connectedly.

This research aims to analyze the reciprocal relation between 'history from below' and archives and to set forth the overall tides of records management in England. For the Study, the articles published in the History Workshop Journal were analyzed. They used public records and private records such as newspapers, diaries, letters and oral records. Consequently Various kinds of community archives have recently flourished in England and endeavour is being made to expand the horizon of records management by TNA. This can be assessed as a new sort of soil for the history from below.

The purpose of this case-control study is to investigate the relationship between storke and stroke risk factors, such as family history and past history. The case-control study over clinical data registered from Daejeon Oriental Medical Hospital in the period of November 2006 to July 2010. Study subjects consisted of 108 patients with acute stroke within 1 month as the case group (Cases) and 108 people who visited hospital for health care as the genreral control group (Controls). The participants had been interviewed by residents to find out their family history and past history. Their blood was taken to check the blood lipid level and liver function. 1. The people whose family history included cerebrovascular accident had more probability of stroke than the people who did not have cerebral vascular accident as their family history. 2. The people who suffered from hypertension had more probability of stroke than the people who did not suffer from hypertension. 3. The people who suffered from diabetes mellitus had more probability of stroke than the people who did not suffer from diabetes mellitus. Based on this study, the people who had cerebral vascular accident as their family history should thoroughly treat their blood pressure and blood sugar level to prevent the cerebral vascular accident.

There is enthusiasm among many mathematics educators to seek to understand how history of mathematics can be employed to emphasize the usefulness of mathematics and to make it even more useful. We investigate theoretical backgrounds of using history of mathematics for secondary students and prospective mathematics teachers. On the basis of historico-genetic principle and mathematics teachers' professional knowledge, we go into curriculum of prospective mathematics teachers. This study focussed on developing pedagogical approach using history of mathematics for prospective mathematics teachers.
