This study examined the applicability of creative drama to a social competence program for poorly accepted(socially at-risk) elementary school children. The subjects were 40 $2^{nd}$(n=20) and $5^{th}$(n=20) grade children. The experimental group(n=20) participated in a social competence program that included 18 sessions of the creative drama activities during winter vacation. The Peer Rating Scale, the Peer Competence Scale, and the Quality of Friendship Scale were administered as pre- and post-test. Covariance analyses showed no differences between experimental and control groups on peer competence and quality of friendship, but the children who participated in the program showed some differences in total scores and sub-areas on quality of friendship by grade and level of peer pre-acceptance.

This study aims to explore the positive impact of Korean drama watching satisfaction on purchase intention for Korean products by considering the mediating roles of social distance to Korea, national image of Korea, and Korean product image. This study identified that Korean drama reduced the social distance to Korea while increasing the positive image of Koreas and Korean products. However, the reduced social distance was not positively associated with Korean product image and Korean product purchase intention. This implies that Korean dramas directly affect Korean product purchase intension and indirectly affect Korean national image and product image. This study supplies guidance to international marketers who aims to enter the Myanmar market. To use the Korean wave as a Korean product marketing tool, marketing strategies need to cover Korean culture-relevant materials such as cultural background, cultural characteristics, exposed products, and so on.

본 연구는 지적장애아동을 대상으로 한 연극놀이 집단프로그램을 개발하고 이러한 프로그램을 직접 적용하여 이들의 사회적 능력에 미친 효과성을 입증하며, 궁극적으로는 지적장애아동을 위한 연극놀이 집단프로그램을 제언하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 연극놀이 집단프로그램은 구성주의의 이론과 원리와 선행연구들을 바탕으로 해서 개발되었으며, 약 6개월간 24회의 연극놀이 집단프로그램을 시행한 후에 양적방법의 유사실험설계와 질적 방법의 제 3자 관찰 분석의 방법을 활용하여 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 본 연극놀이 집단프로그램을 실행한 실험집단(지적장애아동=4명)의 사회적 능력을 사전, 사후에 비교해 본 결과는 p=.015로써 p<.05수준에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 반면, 비교집단(지적장애아동=4명)의 사회적 능력을 비교해본 결과는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 효과성은 사회적 능력의 하위영역인 교사가 선호하는 행동, 또래가 선호하는 행동에서도 나타났으나 학교적응력에서는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 질적 방법으로 사회성기술평가척도를 활용하여 첫 번째 회기와 마지막 회기에 관찰한 결과를 분석한 결과, 실험집단의 아동들 4명은 자기주장, 협력, 자아통제의 영역인 사회적 기술영역에서 긍정적 변화를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 하여, 지적장애아동을 위한 연극놀이 집단프로그램의 유용성과 실행방안을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 무당굿의 공연학적 특성을 구체적으로 구명하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 우리나라의 대표적인 두 가지 무당굿 양식인 남부 세습무 무당굿과 중북부 강신무 무당굿을 비교하는 방식을 취하였다. 구체적으로는, 대표적인 남부 세습무 무당굿인 '진도 씻김굿'과 중북부 강신무 무당굿인 '서울 진오기굿'의 공연민족지를 작성하여, 이 두 가지를 비교·대조하는 방식을 사용하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻게 되었다. 첫째, 두 공연 양식은 같은 무당굿이면서도 공연학적으로는 서로 매우 다른 공연 양식임이 드러난다. 둘째, 공연요소 상의 특징으로는, 진도씻김굿이 '청각중심의 공연미학'을 추구하는 경향을 보이는 데 비해, 서울 진진오기굿은 '시각중심의 공연미학'을 지향하는 경향이 강하다. 셋째, 공연 양식상의 특징으로는, 진도씻김굿이 '서사적 공연 양식'인 반면에, 서울 진진오기굿은 '연극적 공연 양식'이다. 이 점은 같은 무당굿이라고 하더라도 양식적인 측면에서 혹은 공연학적인 측면에서는 그것들이 얼마나 서로 다를 수 있는 것인가를 잘 보여주는 측면이다. 넷째, 공연 중에 일어나는 변환/변신의 측면에서는, 특히 서울 진오기굿이 '일시적 변환'과 '지속적 변환'을 적절히 융합하는 매우 조화로운 공연 양식임이 드러난다. 다섯째, '사회극-무대극'의 관계상의 특징으로는, 서울 진오기굿이 '사회극(social drama)'과 '무대극(stage drama)'의 조화로운 융합 관계를 성취하고 있다는 점이 드러난다. 여섯째, 공연의 본질적 특성으로는, 진도 씻김굿이 '삶과 죽음을 서사적으로 통합'하는 공연 양식이라면, 서울 진오기굿은 '삶과 죽음을 현전적으로 통합'하는 공연 양식이라는 점에 가장 근본적인 특징이 드러난다.

본 연구는 드라마 <지금도 마로니에는>(2005)으로 드라마가 1960년대의 한국사회와 문학을 대중에게 전달하는 전략을 검토한다. 이 드라마는 세 명의 인물에 주목하여 1960년대의 역사적 격변과 문학의 대응을 형상화한다. 특히 실존 정치인인 캐릭터를 등장시켜 당대의 역사적 사건을 정면으로 다룬다. 따라서 드라마는 해설자와 인터뷰, 그리고 영상자료를 통하여 역사적 사건을 설명하는 동시에, 정치사회적 사건들이 한국인의 내면에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는가를 이해하도록 한다. 또한 김지하와 김승옥의 서사를 통해서 드라마는 1960년대 한국의 문학이 정치적·사회적 맥락 속에서 부당한 현실에 어떻게 대응하는가를 전달한다. 권력층에 정면으로 반항하는 김지하와 내면의 풍경을 그려내는 김승옥의 방식으로 정치적 현실과 문학의 대응을 영상서사로 그려낸다. 이로써 이 드라마는 다소 전형적이라는 한계를 지니지만, 1960년대의 정치사회적 맥락 속에서 문학의 의미는 무엇이었으며, 또한 한국인의 내면에 1960년대의 기억이 어떠한 흔적을 남겼는가에 관한 의미 있는 질문을 던진다.

The importance of teaching the nature of science (NOS) has been always emphasized in science education. However, the NOS is hardly taught in elementary science class. We are lacking in the strategies and materials for teaching NOS. So we designed the science drama teaching, and investigated the effects on pupils' perceptions about NOS. The subjects of this study were 185 third graders from a elementary school. The treatment group was provided with science drama lessons and the control group was provided with traditional lecture-type lessons. Their perceptions about NOS were investigated before/after the science lessons and after 3 months following them, and both of two groups were compared. The pretest results revealed that the pupils of both groups were found to have similar views on NOS. Dey had traditional views of the most items except for social construction of theories, mathematical knowledge and decision-making. After science lessons, they tended to change their views toward modem views, but the pupils of the treatment group showed more modem views than those of the control group on the observation, model, social construction of theories, predictions. After 3 months, the pupils of the control group tended to come back to their traditional views, but those of the treatment group showed tendencies that their changed views were kept up on the observation, scientific model, scientific knowledge, scientific methods, decision-making, social construction of theories, mathematical knowledge. Therefore this study suggests that science drama teaching could be one of the effective ways for teaching NOS.

본 연구는 소극적 TV 시청 집단과 적극적 TV 시청 집단의 차이를 시청자의 거주지역의 특성을 중심으로 조사하였다. 플로우 이론과 사회비교 이론을 적용하여 드라마 스토리의 상류 계층 묘사 여부가 각 집단의 드라마 시청률에 미치는 영향력에 대해 살펴보았다. 2016년 2월부터 2019년 3월까지 방영된 드라마 중 상류 계층 묘사 스토리를 가진 것으로 평가되는 4개 드라마와 대조군의 4개 드라마를 선정하여 지역케이블 서비스 업체인 딜라이브 방송의 서울/경기 15개 권역 11만 가구를 대상으로 하는 권역별 평균 시청률 자료를 이용했다. 드라마 시청률에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 권역별 여성비율과 소득수준 등 변수들을 통제하고 분석한 결과 상류 사회 스토리를 담은 상류 계층 묘사 드라마는 적극적 시청 집단의 시청률에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면 소극적 시청 집단의 시청률에는 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 시청자의 패턴에 따라 상류 계층을 묘사한 드라마 시청률에 미치는 상이한 영향력을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

본 연구는 서사물 장르와 사회 사이의 공진화(共進化)를 분석하기 위한 도구로 바흐친의 크로노토프(Chronotope) 개념을 제안한다. 바흐친은 크로노토프 개념을 통해 문학작품이 시간과 공간 축이 교차되는 토대 위에 있으며, 그러한 교차 위에 서 있는 문학작품이 언제나 사회적이고 역사적인 크로노토프와 대화하고 상호 침투하고 있다고 말한다. 따라서 문학작품, 또 그것에서 확장된 영화나 드라마 등 서사물 일반의 크로노토프를 찾아내고 분석하는 일은 서사물의 크로노토프와 사회의 크로노토프가 어떤 공명 과정을 통해 특정한 사회적 실재들을 만들어왔는가를 밝히는 일이다. 이러한 개념을 분석적으로 활용하기 위해 '크로노토프 드라마 분석 방법'을 제안하고 구체적으로 한국 메디컬 드라마 장르를 분석했다. 의료와 건강, 질병이라는 자연화된 범주들은 실제로 사회적으로 구성된 실재들이며, 이러한 사회적 구성 과정에 큰 영향을 미치는 대중서사물에 대한 분석은 중요하지만 과소하게 이루어진 작업이다. 분석 결과, 한국 메디컬 드라마의 크로노토프는 <종합병원> 이래로 등장한 '학교의 크로노토프'와 <하얀거탑> 이래로 등장한 '밀실의 크로노토프'를 변주하며 발달하고 있었다. 이때 장르적 크로노토프는 공간적으로는 확장되고 시간적으로는 응집되어가고 있었다. 다시 말해 장르 내 구조와 체계의 영향력은 커지고, 개별 주체들의 역량은 작아졌다. 이러한 크로노트프의 변화는 신자유주의적인 공간 팽창과 동시적 생산이라는 사회적 현실의 크로노토프와 공명하는 것으로 해석되었다. 한국 사회를 지배하고 있는 신자유주의적 흐름은 의료라는 범주를 포섭해 나갔으며 나아가 드라마 텍스트의 크로노토프에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 메디컬 드라마 장르가 만들어내는 의료에 대한 대중적 이해는 다시 의료라는 사회적 실재를 구성하는 과정에 틈입했을 것으로 짐작할 수 있다.

This study focuses on semiotic significance of clothing, showed in visual mass media. This study will look into what general public understand from clothing and what influence clothing on visual mass media exert on fashion. This study employs an example, "Aein(sweetheart)", which was televised from 09/02/1996 till 10/23/1996. Some specialists(master′s degree or doctoral degree holders, or professors) of Clothing and Textile picked and analyzed scenes with specific clothing. The theoretical grounds of the analysis are 1) in what procession the significance operate from the view of mythological symbols by Bart, 2) what influences clothing on TV dramas exert on fashion. The outcomes of the study are followings: First, clothing′s signifying proces hs two dimensions; linguistic dimension and mythological dimension. Linguistic dimension which is regarded as general and unvariable and is related to the reproductive signifying operation, contributes to the creation of the characters including the characters′ social activities, professions, social or economic position. Mythological dimension which is related to the cultural and implicative signifying operation, played an important role in the development of the drama. Thus, it operates to create and deliver images including that atmosphere of he drama and the development of the story. Second, the TV media which is characterized with the form of centralized transmission and individual reception and the ability tro readily lead the fashion, has huge influence upon the fashion by properly creating mythological or linguistic dimension of the clothing in the drama, arousing the public′s sympathy, and stimulating the public′ immitation or conformity mentality.

Purpose - This study aims to examine the analysis of pattern on Arab countries consumers' preferences of the Korean Contents using social media, Facebook since Korean entertainment contents have been distributed in the global marketplace. Then we focus on developing Predictive model using a Data Mining Technique. Research design, data and methodology - In order to understand preference growth of Korean contents in Arabic countries, we- collected data from two popular Facebook pages: 'Korean movies and drama' and 'K-pop'. Then, we adopted a data-driven approach based on Data Mining techniques. Results - It is obvious that the number of likes for K-pop will increase for all North African and Middle Eastern countries, however concerning Korean Movies and Drama except Tunisia it is decreasing for Algeria, Egypt and Morocco. Also, concerning Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, the number of likes will decrease for Korean Movies and Drama which is not the case for Iraq. Conclusions - It is noted in this study that K-contents such as drama, movie and music are sometimes a gateway to a wider interest in Korean culture, food and brands. Moreover, this study gives significant implications for developing predictive model to forecast Korean contents' consumption and preferences.
