  • Changes in society organization of rural villages in our country are caused by aging society and lessening of economic activity population aggravates the economy of rural villages. With this, it joins in with the aging of village community center, the representative center space of the rural village and therefore, it is a point of view where the change is necessary in the size and the side of function. The research which it sees is made on-the-spot inspection and literature investigation compensate in behalf of 25 administrative village community centers led in the object by grasping present status and drew up the layout sketches and plane surface degrees of the village community centers. By referring to the photographs and the topographical maps taken in the spot, it was able to divide the village community centers into side of arrangement, side of plane surface and side of form and managed to seize the characters, problems and improvable directions of each of them. The research result could be used as a guidable provision and be applied in the fundamental research in developing model of village community centers during space planning in the future.

  • Background: In view of the safety and effectiveness of butorphanol as a postoperative analgesic, we designed to compare its activity and side effects with those of ketoprofen, when administered intramuscularly. Methods: Ninety four patients, scheduled for elective total abdominal hysterectomy, received either ketoprofen 100 mg (ketoprofen group) or butorphanol 2 mg (butorphanol group) intramuscularly after surgery. For the first six hours after injection of butorphanol or ketoprofen, the patients were asked to reevaluate the intensity of pain, using numeric rating scale (NRS) and pain score. If the pain score was above 2, supplemental ketoprofen was administered IM. Incidence of side effects were also checked. Results: Butorphanol group showed lower NRS and pain score for the first four hours compared to ketoprofen group, but the incidence of drowsiness was higher in butorphanol group. There were no significant difference in the incidence of other side effects such as nausea and dizziness. In both group, there were neither respiratory depression nor pruritus. Conclusions: Butorphanol gave better relief of postoperative pain compared to ketoprofen. Butorphanol might be a useful drug for postoperative analgesia after hysterectomy with minor side effects.

  • Recently, Open Course Ware service area which offers free lecture materials has been steadily growing. This change comes from a paradigm shift of education service caused by the progress of ICT and a role change of consumers. Knowledge creation from higher educational institutions is slow compared to change of society. Therefore, consumers escape from one-sided education, and perform a new role of knowledge generation. Nevertheless, there is not much of academic research of Open Course Ware. Consequently, the paper is dedicated to empirical study on effect of perceived value, information system quality and brand trust on intention to continuous use. As implications for the research, as a practical point of view, the results-an economic side that offers contents for free of charge, a contents side that is fresh, various and substantial, a systematic side that makes customers to use the system easily, a service side which takes charge of customers support and brand trust affect satisfaction and intention to continuous use - can be used for establishment of executive strategies.

  • Perovskite type ceramic membranes which exhibit dual ion conduction (proton and oxygen ion conduction) can permeate water and can aid solving operational problems such as temperature gradient and carbon deposition associated with a working solid oxide fuel cell. From this point of view, it is crucial to reveal water transport mechanism and especially the nature of the surface sites that is necessary for water incorporation and evolution. $BaCe_{0.8}Y_{0.2}O_{3-{\alpha}}$ (BCY20) was used as a model proton and oxygen ion conducting membrane in this work. Four different catalytically modified membrane configurations were used for the investigations and water flux was measured as a function of temperature. In addition, CO was introduced to the permeate side in order to test the stability of membrane against water and $CO/CO_2$ and post operation analysis of used membranes were carried out. The results revealed that water incorporation occurs on any exposed electrolyte surface. However, the magnitude of water permeation changes depending on which membrane surface is catalytically modified. The platinum increases the water flux on the feed side whilst it decreases the flux on the permeate side. Water flux measurements suggest that platinum can block water permeation on the permeate side by reducing the access to the lattice oxygen in the surface layer.

The data was collected from classification and bisection kind, subdivision kind, and great classification composed to 17 items. User satisfaction side and Variable that is looked below satisfaction than average appeared to bench, pergola, sculpture facilities, pavement facilities, border facilities. And these facilities were analyzed dissatisfaction. When see satisfaction model, when make up culture art center or similar facilities in local government hereafter because parking facilities and rest area cause big effect in satisfaction, is judged that is item to consider most preferentially. In most case, parking lot security from outdoors space, resting place security, security of field performance facilities etc. taking a serious view because tendency that users see performance or use most vehicles except neighborhood walking area for a rest, a walk etc.. is trend. But, is judged that physical side so that can feel satisfaction as space security of quantitative side is important but users utilize substantially and side that is the program are more important in hereafter.

  • Nobody denies that to detect a view of children agreeable to us is one of our tasks. Studying the Early Buddhist Scriptures, for the purpose of finding and the view of children entered the priesthood of Buddhism rooted deeply in our culture, I can find out the following conclusions. 1. Buddha regards that adults and children are same in that both of them are equally able to attain Nirvana, and he recognizes the differences between adults and children appeared in body and mind in the process of spiritual discipline. 2. He consideres that parent's worldly love is needed to the children priests below the age of 12. 3. He called priests over the age of 12 to 20 children priests, and he said that they have to be under a certain guard in particular, because unlike adults they have a lot of problem in the discipline process. 4. In the view of human being's growth and development, it is assumed that the group of children priests played a part as a group of spiritual discipline for youths. 5. It's regarded that the group of children priests also had function as a group of child welfare of today. 6. In other side, we can see Buddha's strict view of education for children priests, that is, even though they were children they had to discipline themselves thoroughly according to the view of values of Buddhism as far as they are priests who entered the temple. 7. Even if they are children, only minimal living things are permitted to them, and an ascetic life is required to them. In modern sense, how can such views be accepted and used? I think, this is our new task deeply looked into again in the standpoint of education of whole man rooted in religions psychology.

  • CRA(Conditional Replenishment Algorithm) was proposed to improve the visual quality of SC-MMH(Service Compatible 3DTV using Main and Mobile Hybrid delivery) which is a kind of hybrid 3DTV system and has been standardized by ATSC. In SC-MMH system, reference view and additional view may have different resolutions and/or encoding methods. To reconstruct 3D view, additional view needs to be enlarged as same as reference view. Although the performance of CRA is quite satisfactory, there may exist some blocky artifacts in the enlarged view since it adopts block-shaped processing unit with quad-tree structure. In this paper, we analyze the main causes of blocky artifacts in CRA and show these artifacts can be successfully suppressed by applying the deblocking filter at receiver side.

  • Mammoplasty is currently increasing not only for cosmetic surgery, but as well as for the recovery after breast cancer surgery. The prostheses inserted into the breasts of women who have undergone mammoplasty, hide the breast substances and it is becoming increasingly difficult to diagnose breast disease, and fear is growing by the concern of the prostheses bursting by the strap. So we want to develop a strap applicable to women with prostheses inserted, to determine the usefulness, and we also want to compare the utility by comparing the total area of the Inner and Outer parts of the breast and Posterior Nipple Line (PNL), after obtaining video by applying the existing strap and the developed strap to phantom of the prostheses inserted patient shape. When the pressure by the developed pressure, the total area increased by 10.09% from CC view to $9,813.797mm^2$, 3.88% from CC-ID view to $7,621.531mm^2$, PNL increased by 3.41% from CC view to $90.916mm^2$, 1.64% from CC-ID view to$75.357mm^2$. And the breast tissue of the thorax side increased 3.53% from CC view to $177.725mm^2$, and 6.57% from CC-ID view to $152.510mm^2$, and we could verify that the prostheses were completely eliminated in the CC-ID images of developed strap, compared with the existing strap.

  • Evaluations and treatments of nasal bone fracture have been mainly focused on aesthetic aspect, but nose has an important role as an airway. The purpose of this study was evaluation of nasal bone fractures in the view of nasal obstruction and its improvement after reduction. Acoustic rhinometry was applied to the 77 nasal bone fractured patients who received closed reduction from August 2002 to July 2003 and received closed reduction. This was tested twice, before and 6 days after reduction, for all 77 patients and additional acoustic rhinometry was also possible in 26 patients after 6 months. The analysis of acoustic rhinometry were based on data of minimal cross-sectional area(MCA) according to fracture sites(one side, both side and tip) and septal displacement. Mean MCA for all cases before reduction was $0.43{\pm}0.21cm^2$, which was 19% decrease compared to normal adult data($0.53{\pm}0.12cm^2$). Depending on fracture sites the MCA were $0.45{\pm}0.16cm^2$ for one side fracture, $0.35{\pm}0.18cm^2$ for both side fracture, and $0.42{\pm}0.25cm^2$ for tip fracture. The patients with septal displacement showed more severe obstruction than ones without septal displacement, $0.26{\pm}0.26cm^2$ and $0.46{\pm}0.10cm^2$, respectively. The MCA was improved up to $0.50{\pm}0.22cm^2$ after reduction and showed slight decrease after 6 month($0.48{\pm}0.23cm^2$). Based on the results of this study, nasal bone fracture really caused airway obstruction(19% decrease). Both side fracture showed more profound decrease than one side fracture and septal displacement was an important parameter which causes nasal obstruction. Closed reduction improved MCA by 14% right after reduction, and 11% after 6 month follow up.
