The purpose of this study was to present a plan on the effect of non-face-to-face services on library anxiety facilities by analyzing the library anxiety factors of university library users. To this end, we look at the cases of university library user service response activities in response to the COVID-19 crisis and select 40 schools with the highest number of library visitors per student from among domestic four-year university libraries with 5,000 or more and less than 10,000 students. Methods of information service and program cases were analyzed, and K-LAS was reconstructed and surveyed for current students using the K university library, and frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the library anxiety factors of users. Identify the relationship between 5 library anxiety factors and non-face-to-face service activation factors, such as physical/environmental factors of the library, data search selection factors, digital information system factors, librarian (staff) factors, and psychological/emotional factors, and activate non-face-to-face services. The influence of these factors on library anxiety factors was examined, and as a result, it was found that non-face-to-face service activation factors had the greatest influence on library digital information system anxiety factors. Based on the analysis results, it was attempted to derive a plan to relieve users' library anxiety by activating non-face-to-face services.
This study was designed to identify organizational commitment and influencing factors in clinical nurses. A cross-sectional design was conducted with a sample of 322 clinical nurses randomly selected from university hospital in Korea. The tools used for this study were scales measuring organizational commitment(15 items), job satisfaction(41 items). The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 employing pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The mean score for organizational commitment in clinical nurses was 3.77 points. Factors influencing organizational commitment in clinical nurses were identified as job satisfaction(${\beta}$=.388), belief presence level(${\beta}$=.206). These factors explained 13.4% of organizational commitment reported by clinical nurses. The results indicate which factors are major factors influencing organizational commitment in clinical nurses. Therefore, these factors may serve as predictors of organizational commitment in clinical nurses.

The purpose of this study was to derive the factors that affect the development cost and the priority/weight of effectiveness in the pre-development stage of a service robot to estimate the development cost. In particular, the functions of service robots vary according to the field of application, and their prices are not only different but most of them are small-scale production; hence, a cost estimation is necessary. In this research, the factors affecting the service robot development cost in the process of service robot development and adding functions are classified as a functional factor while the factors that affect the entire development cost due to environmental causes, in which the service robot is operated or in the development process, are classified as an adjustment factor. The FGI was conducted to derive the factors and a Delphi survey was conducted among 84 domestic experts to determine the weights of the factors. As a result of the analysis, six functional factors (41 detailed criteria) and five adjustment factors (17 criteria) were derived, the cost weight and rank of the factors were suggested. This study suggests that the development cost of the service robot can be used as a decision-making strategy to select the operation functions in the development process, and can be utilized as an essential tool for the service robot development.

IT security service provides customers with the capability of protecting the networked information asset and infrastructures, and the scope of security service is expanding from a technology-intensive task to a comprehensive protection system for IT environment. To improve the quality of this service, a research model which help assess the quality is required. Several research models have been proposed and used in various service areas, but few cases are found for IT security service. In this work, a research model for the IT security quality has been proposed, based on research models such as SERVQUAL and E-S-QUAL. With the proposed model, factors which affect the service quality and the best quality measure have been identified. And the feasibility of using quantitative measures for quality has been examined. For analysis, structural equation modeling and various statistical methods such as principal component analysis were used. The result shows that satisfaction is the most significant measure affected by the proposed quality factors. Two quality factors, fulfillment and empathy, are the main determinants of the service quality. This leads to a strategy of quality improvement based on factors of emotion and perception, not of technology. The quantitative measures are considered as promising alternative measures, when combined with other measures. In order to design reliable quantitative measures, more work should be done on target processing time and users' expectation. It is hoped that work of this research will provide efficient tools and methods to improve the quality of IT security service and help future research works for other IT service areas.

This study surveyed how retirees' evaluation of starting food service business affects the effectiveness their new business and quality of life, based on personal factors such as entrepreneurship and business-starting capability and environmental factors by using questionnaires. Bootstrapping was carried out in order to find out factors affecting rapidly changing new business environments and retirees' initial intent to start a business so as to verify basic hypothesis about relation between retirees' evaluation of starting food service business (social, economic, and psychological effects) and the effectiveness of their new business and quality of life and confirm whether the effectiveness of the new business acts as a medium between the evaluation of starting food service business and quality of life. In addition, PLS-MGA was performed in order to verify whether the correlations among test factors can be varied according to the kind of job the target retirees had. Having examined the basic thesis, it was found that social and economic factors had significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the new business, and social and psychological factors had significant positive effect on the quality of life. Having analyzed whether the effectiveness of new business acted as a media between evaluation of starting food service business and quality of life, there was no significant effect as a medium. Having studied whether the kind of job of the retirees controlled or affected the relations among evaluation of starting food service business, effectiveness of new business and quality of life, the results were as follows: in the office job retiree group, the greater economic factor led to increase of effectiveness of new business, while social and psychological factors influenced the quality of life; In the physical labor group, the higher social factor resulted in higher effectiveness of new business, which showed significant positive effect on the quality of life. Having researched about which element is considered to be most important in starting food service business, the most important element was found to be dish/menu, followed by staff management, accounting management, business management, and service education. Having analyzed relation between accomplishment and important consideration for starting food service business, "managers with entrepreneurship," "appropriate distribution of time to prepare for starting business," and "operation of practical field education programs" showed higher importance compared to the degree of satisfaction, so it is needed to more concentrate on the above matters. This study intends to raise retirees' awareness of starting business and help them live better life based on the analysis results, and further suggest detailed mechanism and specific operations of factors affecting retirees' decision making on starting business, such that they can use the information as basic materials to make better choices that can lead to successful business.

The online service platform as combination of technology and services is one of growth drivers for service innovation. Thus, it is worthwhile to note that we need to investigate the success factors of online service platform. To to this, this study delves into MyMusicTaste.com of JJS media as a case of online service platform. By doing so, we can suggest a success factors for online service platforms.
Purpose - This study was intended to find the selection attribution factors and service satisfaction determinants of third party logistics suppliers in Dongdaemun wholesale market. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire survey was performed, and the retailers and wholesalers in Dongdaemun wholesale market were asked to fill in it. Company employees using third party logistics service were selected by a random sampling method. Results - It is easy for both retailers and wholesalers to use third party logistics service. The logistics companies in Dongdaemun wholesale market have paid more heed to the security of freight and the operability. That is, the freight safety and operating service are the most important factors in selecting third party logistics suppliers, and they both have a close relationship with user satisfaction. There is no relation between service level and recognition in selection factors of third party logistics suppliers. All the responsiveness, operability and informativeness of third-party logistics providers has a significant relationship with user satisfaction. Conclusions - Third party logistics service is entirely different from the existing delivery or transport service. The most market vendors' wish for third party logistics suppliers is the stability of freight and robust operating service. They also demand the responsiveness for special or emergency situation with having information strength.
This study was performed to measure the nursing service quality being used SERVQUAL model and satisfaction that the admitted patients perceived. Method: The questionnaire founded on the SERVQUAL was developed and distributed to 300 patients at the three general hospitals in three provincial city, Korea. For data analysis, Cronbach's α, frequencies, percentages, paired t-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient were used. Result: In expectation, patients most highly perceived the assurance factor that was one among the 5 factors being constituted nursing service. In performance, patients most highly perceived the responsiveness factor. The performance degrees of the 5 factors and 20 attributes being constituted nursing service did not exceed the expectation degree of those. So the calculated figures for nursing service quality of the three subjected hospitals were all minus. In relation of the patients' demographics and nursing service characteristics to their general satisfaction, patients' sex, age, income and the all factors and attributes of nursing service had relation to their general satisfaction. Conclusion: It could be concluded that the nursing service quality of the three subjected hospitals was poor and the patients' demographic and nursing service characteristics had relation to their general satisfaction.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate which decision factors continue to use the service based on the online simple payment service. In this study, we will examine how to activate the service from the continuing factors through the dual-model theory consisting of personal dedication and constraint dedication which are frequently used in relation marketing. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we investigated the activation of online simple settlement service using factors affecting the preference of the simple payment service based on the dual-model of dedication-based mechanism and constraint-based mechanism. Findings This study confirmed that customer satisfaction and convenience under the dedication -based mechanism were found to be linked to the preference of the simple payment service. Switching cost under the constraint - based mechanism showed that the customer had no binding ability to continue using the service of the current provider. Likewise, preference was found to have a direct effect on the actual frequency of use of the simple payment service, the number of uses compared to the total number of online payments, and willingness to use more.
The purposes of this study were to identify the service quality, quality of relationship, and relationship continuity intention of rental clothing store. Questionnaires developed by researcher were collected from 212 consumers who experienced rental clothing. Data was analysed by use of factor analysis, path analysis, and covariance structure analysis. The results were; 1. Factors of service quality of clothing rental store were tangibility & promotion, shop assistant & store atmosphere, customer empathy, customer reliability strategy, customer management, and customer convenience. And factors of relationship quality were satisfaction, trust, emotional involvement, and calculational involvement, and factors of relationship continuity intention were longitudinal relationship propensity & word-of-mouth and rerental intention. 2. Service quality of rental store affected significantly on relationship quality, and relationship quality affected significantly on relationship continuity intention. And service qualify of rental store affected significantly on relationship continuity intention through relationship qualify.
