지체장애 아동을 위한 옥외 놀이시설 (Playground Facilities for Physically Challenged Children)

  • The purpose of this paper is to study and propose playground facilities for physically challenged children to cultivate adaptability in society and advances the opportunity of participate in physical exercise. This study carried out site investigations by visiting and inspecting various facilities: a recreational walking path for physically challenged people, a care facility for physically challenged children, a special school for physically challenged children, and "Madel Park", a private-use playground for physically challenged children. The result of the site investigation found that, overall, play facilities are difficult to use for physically challenged children. In addition, because park space is often small and narrow, children who are restricted to wheelchairs find it impossible to access such facilities. By carefully inspecting each of the facilities, the author found suitable elements to apply for outside play space. These elements include the introduction of an essential slope way to allow for safe movement, the provision of special seats which support the body to outside play equipment and the adaptation of treatment room instruments that assist balance to outdoor playground facilities. On the basis of the site investigation the interview and the indoor education program for physically challenged children the author completed an outside play program. Each item in this program was classified as belonging to either a "sense play" program or and "exercise play" program. Finally, the author designed suitable play equipment for physically challenged children corresponding to each item in the exercise programs in order to research the appropriateness of the equipment to its intended use. This research is the first step. From this point the author expects that specific applications will be developed through a practical space plan and sufficient clinical experiments involving use of the new equipment.

섭식장애가 있는 뇌성마비아동의 사회성 증진을 위한 구강 감각 놀이 치료프로그램의 효과연구 (A Study on the Effect of Oral Sense Play Treatment Program on the Social Enhancement in Dysphagic Children with Cerebral Palsy)

  • Purpose : In this study, we would like to apply oral sensory play therapy program to children with cerebral palsy who have sensitive oral senses to find out the effect on oral sensory ability, oral function, performance ability and sociality. Methods : The subjects of this study were 20 children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups. Oral sensory play therapy programs, including oral sensory programs, were conducted in the experimental group, while only oral sensory programs were conducted in the control group. Oral Sensory Treatment Level was used to identify the sensory profile and the overall oral function of the oral function was used, and the performance and satisfaction of Canadian occupational performance measure (COPM) were examined to find out the performance of the work, and social skills were examined for social skills (SMS). Results : The level of oral sensory treatment, overall oral function, work performance and sociality all increased significantly in the experimental group, but the oral sense and oral function in the control group were significantly increased, but not significantly in the case of work performance and sociality. Conclusion : Through this study, we confirmed that oral sensory play therapy program is an effective arbitration method for oral sensation, oral function, work performance and social enhancement of children with cerebral palsy. Based on the results of this study, the study of arbitration protocols for children with cerebral palsy with oral sensory problems will have to be more active.

집단적 놀이치료가 발달장애아동의 사회성 기술 향상에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Group Play Therapy of Social Skills in Children with Developmental Disorders)

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of group play therapy program on improvement of social skills of children with developmental disabilities. Methods. With 4-year children with developmental disabilities with developmental problems, group play therapy program with 16 sections, 40minutes for each section for 16 weeks was conducted, and by using Korean infant social skills test (K-SSRSP), social skills index (SSQ) between before and after applying group play therapy program on children with developmental disabilities were compared. Results. When group play therapy are applied on children with developmental disabilities, it was found that there was improvement of social skills including problem solving, emotional expression, sense of order and self-confidence. Conclusions. According to the result of this study, if more specific studies regarding group play therapy program are conducted and they can reflect on other integrated programs, then it is expected that there will be greater synergy effects on improving not only children with developmental disabilities but also social skills of them.

전통놀이를 활용한 융복합 프로그램이 농촌 여성노인의 우울, 소속감 및 자살생각에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Convergence Program using Traditional play on Depression, Sense of Belonging and Suicidal Ideation in Rural Women Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 전통놀이를 활용한 융복합 프로그램이 농촌 여성노인의 우울, 소속감과 자살생각에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 K군의 마을회관을 이용하는 65세 이상의 여성노인 42명(실험군=20명, 대조군=22명)이다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 7월 17일에서 8월 23일까지였다. 실험군은 주2회 50분씩 총 12회기 전통놀이 프로그램에 참여하였고, 대조군은 사전조사와 사후조사 후 1회 30분씩 총 2회의 건강교육 프로그램에 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술 통계, $x^2$-test, t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 프로그램에 참여 후 실험군은 대조군에 비해 우울(t=-4.86, p<.001)과 소속감(t=4.611, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 전통놀이프로그램은 농촌여성의 우울과 소속감향상에 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. 추후 농촌노인의 성별과 도시지역의 노인을 대상으로 지역을 확대하여 프로그램의 유용성을 확인하기 위한 추후연구를 제언하였다.

애착문제 유아 가족을 위한 인형을 이용한 가족놀이치료 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (The Development and Effectiveness of a Family Play Therapy Program Using Puppets for Families with Children Having Attachment Problems)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a "Family Play Therapy Program" using puppets to decrease attachment problems for families with children having attachment problems and to examine its effectiveness. The participants were an experimental group of 16 individuals(8 children with attachment problems whose ages ranged from 4 to 5 and 8 mothers) and a control group of 16 individuals (8 children with attachment problems whose ages ranged from 4 to 5 and 8 mothers). The experimental group was treated through the Family Play Therapy Program, which involved the use of puppets and was held for twelve sessions twice a week. The changes in the participants were measured in order to examine the effects of the program. The researcher measured children's emotional and behavioral expression(TBP), the mothers' sense of self(Self-Differentiation Scale), personal relationships(ECR-R), and the perception of family functions(ICPS-FFS) both before and after the FPT program and compared their differences. The MIM Rating Scale and Marschak Behavior Rating Scale were administered to examine the interactions between mothers and children, and 1:1 interviews were also conducted. The data thus gathered were used for non-parametric analysis(Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon rank sum test)using SPSS WIN 17.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, the program had a positive effect on children's emotional expression. After the problem were over, negative emotional and behavioral expression in the experimental group decreased. Second, the program had a positive effect on mothers' self-differentiation and personal relationships. Third, the program had a positive effect on changes in the interaction behaviors between the mother and child. Fourth, the program had a partially positive effect on the responses from their group developmental stages, especially on the subscale of both a program for the reinforcement of mothers' emotions and family play program utilizing puppets.

윌리엄 & 멕켄지 운동을 이용한 스위스 볼 운동이 요부유연성, 근력과 균형감각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Improve the Waist Flexibility, the Waist Muscular Strength and the Waist Balance which Grafted in William & McKenzie Exercise with Swiss Ball)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this research was comparing and analyzing the exercise effect for the public who was not suffering back pain exercise in improving the waist flexibility, the waist muscular strength and the waist sense of equilibrium after grafted in William & McKenzie exercise with swiss ball. METHODS: 16 people who were not in progress of the chronic low-back pain were recruited. They were grouped into 8 for each experiment(GSBE=Group which play swiss ball exercise, GWME=Group which William & McKenzie exercise). RESULTS: The following result was obtained through measurement of three items in both pre and post examination. CONCLUSION: Comparing the average result of flexibility improvements of each group after 12-week exercise program, the result showed that GSBE was more effective than GWME with increase of muscular strength. Comparing the average result of muscular strength of each group after 12-week exercise program, the result showed that GSBE was more effective than GWME with increase of flexibility improvements. Comparing the average result of sense equilibrium of each group after 12-week exercise program, the result showed that GSBE was more effective than GWME with increase of sense equilibrium.

교육참여자 특성과 조직유효성의 관계 -커뮤니케이션의 매개효과- (Relationship of Participants' Characteristics and Organizational Effectiveness on Education Program -Mediating Effect of Communication-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기업 및 공공기관의 교육훈련 참여자 특성을 팔로워십, 공동체의식, 성실성으로 구분하고 이들 특성과 조직유효성과의 영향관계를 규명하는 것이며, 또한 커뮤니케이션의 매개효과를 검토해보고자 하는 것이다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팔로워십과 공동체의식은 커뮤니케이션에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나 성실성은 인과관계가 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육참여자의 특성과 조직유효성과의 관계에서 커뮤니케이션이 매개하는 것이 입증되었다. 따라서 기업의 교육프로그램은 직무중심 교육에만 치중하지 말고 팔로워십 및 공동체의식을 함양할 수 있도록 종업원 개인의 가치관을 확립하고 조직구성원 간의 의사소통을 강화하는 역할을 할 수 있도록 설계되어야 한다.

  • In this article, we discuss a Grobner basis algorithm related to the stability of algebraic varieties in the sense of Geometric Invariant Theory. We implement the algorithm with Macaulay 2 and use it to prove the stability of certain curves that play an important role in the log minimal model program for the moduli space of curves.

  • 최근 개발되고 있는 의료기기들은 사용자의 상호 복합적인 요구사항을 반영하기 위하여 모듈(Module)화되는 추세이다. 이는 환자의 상태를 관찰, 진단, 처리를 위해 여러 기기들로부터 데이터를 수집하고, 이에 따르는 동작을 제어하기에 가장 효율적인 방법이기 때문이다. 이와 같은 모듈화 경향은 여러 개의 단일 시스템들을 쉽게 통합 관리할 수 있기 때문에 더욱 일반화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모듈화된 의료장비들을 하나의 통신 시스템으로 묶어 중앙 집중형 제어를 할 수 있는 통신 프로토콜을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 구현된 시스템은 모든 기기들을 제어하고 통신을 관장하는 하나의 마스터(Master) 모듈과 각각의 의료기기들에 해당되는 여러 개의 슬레이브(Slave)모듈로 구성된다. 각 모듈간 통신은 데이터의 정확한 송, 수신을 위해 여러 동기 직렬 통신방식 중 SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface)를 사용하였다. 모든 통신은 패킷(Packet)형태로 이루어지고, 통신중 에러를 검출할 수도 있다. 또한, 마스터 모듈은 자동으로 특정 슬레이브 모듈외 연결 및 동작 유무를 알 수 있는 PNP(Plug And Play)기능이 있다. 본 연구에서 구현된 프로토콜온 컴퓨터와 연결하여 데이터 전송 확인을 통해, 1Mbps이상의 빠른 속도에서 정화한 송, 수신이 이루어지며, 인공호흡기와 같은 실시간 데이터의 송, 수신이 이루어져야하는 의료장비에서도 모듈이 수행하는 본래의 일에 방해하지 않고 실시간 통신이 이루어지는 것을 실제 호흡기 시스템에 적용하여 확인하였다. 또한, 중앙 집중형 제어에 의한 다양한 기능을 편리하게 구현할 수 있었다.이다.ure scheme based on KCDSA which is a domestic digital signature scheme and it apply a electronic cash system. Exploring the Meaning of College Students' Leisure Activity: Means-end Chain Analysis of Social Network Game Playing

  • Social network games (SNGs), a rapidly growing online game genre, are built and played on social network sites. SNGs provide an online world for enjoying leisure time and interpersonal communication, and an increasing numbers of college students are involved in such game-playing as a leisure time activity. Despite the popularity, relatively few studies have been conducted to investigate the nature of game players, especially the meaning of such leisure time behavior by college students. This paper's aim was to explore a subjective meaning structure of online social network game play. The means-end chain model was used to link attributes of SNGs to the underlying values of game playing as a leisure activity. The results revealed two emerging end-values: the need for bridging and a sense of belonging. This study sheds light on the meaning of college students' leisure activities when playing social network games.
