In this paper, we implemented a mobile application of location-based augmented reality that combines self-sensing technology and various safety information using technological advancements of the smartphone. Vessel navigation is a suitable area for augmented reality because it requires accurate knowledge of the distance and location of destinations, danger zones, AtoN, and adjacent vessels. Current smartphone applications only provide 2D images and location information. Such applications do not include information about the surrounding environment, and as a result, they can only function using their own sensing information and surrounding information into a location-based augmented reality. If you provide a variety of sensor information embedded in the smartphone to 'BadaGO', the implemented application through this study, 'BadaGO' can provide safe navigation information to the user device in real time with a variety of its own formed information. The user has a high practicality and applicability of a small ship that is supplied with safe navigation information in a changing marine environment only by providing information through the application on the smartphone.

본 연구는 상급종합병원의 간호 간병통합서비스 병동에서 근무하는 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직무만족도, 이직의도를 파악하기 위한 서술적조사연구로서 상급종합병원 두 곳을 편의추출하여 이 두 의료기관의 간호 간병통합서비스 병동에 근무하고 있는 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 대상자의 일반적 특성, 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 이직의도는 서술통계로, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스, 직무만족, 이직의도의 비교는 Mann-Whitney U test를 이용하였다. 본 조사연구가 실시된 상급종합병원 두 곳의 간호 간병통합서비스 병동에서 근무하는 간호사는 모두 여성으로 30세 미만이며 미혼이 대부분이었다. 학력은 학사가 대부분이었다. 간호사 월수입은 93.8%가 150이상 300만원 미만으로 응답하였다. 직무스트레스가 높게 나타난 하위영역은 '의사와갈등', '보호자와 환자', '대인관계갈등'이었고, 직무만족이 가장 낮은 영역은 '보수및승진' '필수적직무'였다. 높은 이직의도를 보인 경우는 '본인이 원하지 않는 부서이동이 되었을때 이직하고 싶다', '부서이동을 인해 업무수행에 어려움이 심할 때 이직하고 싶다', '업무에 비해 월급이 적다고 느낄 때 이직하고 싶다' 등이었다. 간호 간병통합서비스 본래의 취지에 부합하도록 이 서비스를 정착하고 확대하기 위해서는 이 서비스를 제공하는 주요 의료인력인 간호사의 근무환경에 대한 체계적인 평가가 필요하다. 간호 간병통합서비스를 제공하는 간호사의 직무스트레스를 낮추고, 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 적절한 보상, 명확한 업무에 대한 규정, 일반병동과 간호 간병통합서비스 병동 중에 선호하는 곳에서 근무할 수 있는 여건 등이 고려되어야 하며 이를 위해 정책적인 지원이 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 수술실 실습경험을 이해하고 설명하기 위해 수행된 질적 연구이다. 본 연구의 참여자는 경상북도 C군 일개 대학에 수술실 임상실습에 참여한 간호 대학생 3, 4학년 67명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집기간은 2019년 1월14일부터 2020년 1월 13일까지였으며, 자료 수집은 개방형 자기보고서식 성찰일지를 통해 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 Krippendorff [21]의 내용분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 수술실 실습 경험을 분석한 결과, 27개의 하위주제, 12개의 주제, 그리고 5개의 범주로 도출되었다. 5개의 범주는 '복잡한 심경에 휩싸임', '펼쳐진 인체와 직면함', '수술실의 특성을 터득함', ' 임상실습의 한계와 맞닦드림' '자기성찰''이다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 수술실 실습 경험에 대한 이해를 제공하였으며, 간호대학생의 임상실습의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용될 것이라고 기대한다.

국민들의 삶의 수준이 올라감에 따라 자연 친화적인 수공간 조성을 갈망 하게 되고, 이른바 녹색기술(Green Technology)이 각광을 받고 있다. 이러한 녹색공간에 문화적 콘텐츠를 도입하여 물, 음악, 자연을 정서적 언어표현의 도구로 활용한다. 현재 수경관은 시나리오 제작자에 의해 단독으로 만들어져 피동적인 연출만 하는 추세이다. 하지만 비용적인 면과 연출의 한계성에 국한되어, 기존 및 신설되는 수경 사업에 인터넷 기반 및 PC기반의 통합 제어 시스템에 대한 관심과 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분수대 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로 기존의 programmable logic controller (PLC)나 산업용 PC에 국한되어 운영하던 제어방식을 PC방식의 그래픽 화면으로 각종 분수(음악분수, 바닥분수, 생태연목 등)를 통합적으로 운영 관리, 제어할 수 있도록 개선된 지능형 녹색통합제어시스템 개발을 하였다. 또한 자동 기상 감시 시스템을 구축하여서 주로 실외에 설치가 되는 녹색경관시스템을 시변적인 실외 상황에 대해서 예측 제어 할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

지식정보 기반 사회로의 진입이 가속화 됨에 따라 유한 자원인 전파의 활용이 국민 생활과 산업 전반에 폭발적으로 확산되고 있다. 이에, 주파수 자원의 효율적 활용과 급변하는 전파기술 환경변화에 조응하는 시장친화적인 무선국 관리제도의 중장기적 대안 마련 필요하다. 본 연구는 이동통신 무선국 허가 및 사후관리 제도 개선방안 제안을 위해 국내외 법령·제도를 문헌 조사 분석하여 무선국 포괄면허제도와 전파품질 자율규제 제도 도입 및 무선국 검사제도 개선안을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 전파품질의 관리와 사업자의 자율권을 부여하는 전파관리 규제개선을 위한 법 개정 및 시행방안을 제공하는데 의의를 가진다.

The RT(Robot Technology) has been developed as the next generation of a future technology. According to the 2002 technical report from Mitsubishi R&D center, IT(Information Technology) and RT(Robotic Technology) fusion system will grow five times larger than the current IT market at the year 2015. Moreover, a recent IEEE report predicts that most people will have a robot in the next ten years. RCP(Robotic Cellular Phone), CP(Cellular Phone) having personal robot services, will be an intermediate hi-tech personal machine between one CP a person and one robot a person generations. RCP infra consists of $RCP^{Mobility}$, $RCP^{Interaction}$, $RCP^{Integration}$ technologies. For $RCP^{Mobility}$, human-friendly motion automation and personal service with walking and arming ability are developed. $RCP^{Interaction}$ ability is achieved by modeling an emotion-generating engine and $RCP^{Integration}$ that recognizes environmental and self conditions is developed. By joining intelligent algorithms and CP communication network with the three base modules, a RCP system is constructed. Especially, the RCP interaction system is really focused in this paper. The $RCP^{interaction}$(Robotic Cellular Phone for Interaction) is to be developed as an emotional model CP as shown in figure 1. $RCP^{interaction}$ refers to the sensitivity expression and the link technology of communication of the CP. It is interface technology between human and CP through various emotional models. The interactive emotion functions are designed through differing patterns of vibrator beat frequencies and a feeling system created by a smell injection switching control. As the music influences a person, one can feel a variety of emotion from the vibrator's beats, by converting musical chord frequencies into vibrator beat frequencies. So, this paper presents the definition, the basic theory and experiment results of the RCP interaction system. We confirm a good performance of the RCP interaction system through the experiment results.

본 연구에서는 공적급여 보조기구 전달체계에서 전문보조기구센터가 개입함으로써 실제로 효과성이 있는 지를 장애인보조기구 교부사업을 중심으로 검증하고자 하였다. 2011년 하반기, 2012년 상반기 1년간 광주광역시에 장애인보조기구 교부사업 신청자 253명을 대상으로 상담, 평가 과정을 진행하여 적합 197명, 부적합 28명, 품목변경 28명의 결과를 도출하였다. 전문보조기구센터 개입 전에는 신청자 253명이 모두 지원을 받을 수 있었지만 개입 후에는 28명이 자신에게 맞는 보조기구를 변경하여 지원을 받을 수 있게 되었고 28명에게는 불필요한 지원을 피하게 되어 또 다른 사람에게 지원받을 수 있는 기회가 주어졌다.

본 연구는 외식업체 조리사들의 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관계를 확인하기 위하여 부산지역 외식업체 조리사 260명을 대상으로 통계 프로그램 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인 및 신뢰도분석, 다중(단순)회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 보면 임파워먼트는 3개의 요인(자기권한, 의미성, 역량성)으로 분석되었으며, 직무만족과 조직몰입, 고객지향성은 각각 1개의 요인으로 분석되었다. 가설검정을 변수들의 구조를 파악하기 위한 상관관계분석에서는 모든 요인들이 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 가설검정을 위한 다중(단순)회귀분석에서는 임파워먼트 하위요인들은 자기권한(${\beta}$=.372, p<.001), 의미성(${\beta}$=.451, p<.001),역량성(${\beta}$=.240, p<.001)으로 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 임파워먼트 하위요인들은 자기권한(${\beta}$=.433, p<.001), 의미성(${\beta}$=.473, p<.001), 역량성(${\beta}$=.302, p<.001)으로 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 직무만족은 (${\beta}$=.775, p<.001)으로 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었으며, 직무만족은(${\beta}$=.467, p<.001)으로 고객지향성 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었고, 조직몰입${\beta}$=.567, p<.001)으로 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다.

데이터 경제는 현대 사회에서 디지털 혁신과 함께 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 기업은 다양한 유형의 데이터를 수집·활용하여 새로운 수익을 창출하길 희망하고, 개인정보를 포함한 데이터의 가치는 더욱 높아지고 있다. 하지만 데이터 산업 정책에 대한 연구 중 정보 주체에 대한 논의는 부족한 상황이다. 개인정보는 보호 가치를 넘어서 높은 유용성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 데이터 신탁제도는 개인정보의 안전한 활용을 위한 좋은 해결책이다. 데이터 신탁을 활용한 구글의 토론토 스마트시티 구축 사례, 일본의 정보은행 사례, 국내 최초의 데이터 배당을 시도한 경기도의 사례를 소개한다. 데이터 신탁 사례와 동향 파악을 통해 데이터 신탁 개념을 명확히 하고 제도 활성화에 필요한 기술적 요인을 추출하고 비즈니스 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 시사점으로 하여 데이터 신탁제도를 통해 안전한 데이터의 활용과 새로운 서비스 시장 창출뿐만 아니라 새로운 데이터 경제를 구성하는데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

It is certain that EC(Electronic Commerce) applying the internet will be activated in the knowledge society of 21 century based on IT(Information Technology). Though this change of social environment helps the useful information resource available to expand, it looks like that the rapid inclease in lots of information to gather makes colleges, reseach laboratories and public institutions to spend more man power and money on work of book purchases than before and now. Therefore the most urgent part for the business process reengineering in work of information service center is the business of book purchases. The business of book purchases is the core part in organizations and facilities. It should construct the books which the organigation and facility need in the most economical and efficient way within the range of physically receptive capacity with the limited budget. These organigations and facilities have to establish the policy of the book stock which they should possess and also librarians should endeavour to configure the kernel book stock constantly. I assert that they need to ensure a specialty with the improvement of business process accompanying choosing and purchasing the books. Especially, in a case of purchasing foreign books by request of members like professors, students, researcher and so on they have to replace the business of book purchase using agency with direct dealing using EC. This Business Process Reengineering will cut down on expenses, offer the transparency of book purchases and also give the users confidence. Moreover the Business Process Reengineering make it possible to build well constructed main books and information resource. The people in charge are enabled to acquire the knowledge of subjects with contiuous search for books of a spcial area and self-study. These experts in work will raise the quality of information service. Information service center will be the core in the 21c knowledge industry. To streng then value of it, efficiently run it and control it the existing business of book purchasing should be replace with direct dealing using EC applying the internet.
