Among the stressors, task assignments(3.74) were identified as the greatest stressor, followed by the curriculum(3.25), learning environments(3.16), prospects of employment (3.07) and test anxiety(2.95). 3. They got a mean of 2.02 in stress-adaptation method. They got 2.31 and 1.72 in long-term and short-term adaptation respectively, which showed that long-term stress adaptation method were more prevailing than short-term ones. 4. As a result of analyzing whether there would be any gaps in self-efficacy according to general characteristics, statistically significant gaps were found in that regard according to experience of preparing for college admission after leaving high school, academic standing, satisfaction with the department of dental hygiene and prospects of employment(p<.05). 5. As a result of checking the relationship of their self-efficacy to their stressors and ways of stress adaptation method, there were statistically significant differences in that aspect according to examinations and prospect of employment(p<0.05). As for ways of stress adaptation method, there were statistically significant differences in long-term adaptation method (p<0.05). Conclusions : As it's found that the level of the self-efficacy of the dental hygiene students was linked to the efficiency of their ways of stress adaptation method, the development and implementation of programs geared toward boosting the self-efficacy of dental hygiene students are required to teach them to successfully cope with various kinds of stress that they are likely to face after getting a job.
The recent introduction of working from home due to COVID-19 has created a situation where it is difficult for organizational leaders to face their members in person, making it difficult for leadership in the general meaning to exert influence on subordinates. In this situation, this study attempted to suggest a self-leadership in which members of the organization motivate themselves and lead themselves as an alternative. In particular, this study attempted to confirm that self-leadership can be useful to MZ generation. In order to verify the effectiveness of self-leadership, job engagement was used as a dependent variable, and the mediation effect of loneliness was verified to determine how members' self-leadership affects their job engagement. In addition, it was confirmed how the self-leadership of members affects loneliness differently depending on the situational factors of overall justice. This study suggests that self-leadership can play a positive role in the current COVID-19 situation and generation MZ, and that the value of justice should be considered more important in each organization.
This paper tried to investigate the moderating effect of chemyon sensitivity and usage situation in the relationship between self-presentation and brand preference. Data were collected from students of universities located in Chungnam. The analysis results can be summarized as follows. First of all, the effect of self-presentation on symbolic brand preference was not significant in both public and private use situations. On the other hand, the effect of self-presentation on functional brand preference was found to be significant in both situations. Second, the main effect of chemyon sensitivity was significant only when it had a negative effect on functional brand preference in public situations, but was not significant in other cases. Third, looking at the interaction effect of self-presentation and chemyon sensitivity, the brand preference did not show significant changes in those with relatively low chemyon sensitivity, regardless of the level of self-presentation, whether in public or private situations. This study is meaningful in that it reveals that chemyon sensitivity affects brand preference through interaction with self-presentation, whether the consumption situation is public or private.

This study focused on the comparison of satisfaction with and perception about their bodies by Korean and American women. The respondents included 242 Korean and 145 American female student volunteers, aged 18 to 27, who were enrolled at Kwangju and Catholic University and Cornell University in the United States. The questionnaire was composed of three sections; a body cathexis, perceived body shape-self, perceived body shape-ideal. Twenty items of 30 items showed a significant difference between Korean and American women. Korean student females were more dissatisfied with 20 items than American women. Even though Korean women were smaller in body build than the American women, the Korean women were more negative about their large type, shoulder, hands, arms, hips, neck, face, and skin color than the American women. There were many significant differences between perceived body shape-self and perceived body shape-ideal responses for Korean and American respondents. The exceptions were that a fuller bosom, and longer legs than perceived body shape were desired in both cultures, longer arms were desired by Korean women and darker skin color was desired by American women.
Health behavior constitutes the single most important factor in an individual's health maintenance program. Pender's health promotion model emphasizes the positive aspects of health-seeking behavior hut omits some negative ones. Although Pender's work does include the concept of barriers, the main focus is upon health habits rather than upon the interaction between the consumer and the health care system. Therefore, since individuals actually do face many barriers in their health-seeking behavior, the present study deals with negative concepts-the barriers to health and healthy behavior. For this reason the expression health-seeking behavior was chosen over health promotion. In conclusion, the results show that barriers to health-seeking behavior are causal factors that could explain and predict the health-seeking behavior of middle life women. Midlife women shows that they have barriers to health-seeking behavior especially in inconvenience, cost, healthcenter site-related problem, relationship, fear. These findings suggest the need to develop a nursing strategy to improve the empowerment of self-determination in middle-aged women. Consequently, a goal of nursing care for middle-aged women should be to help them pursue health care with a greater degree of self-sufficiency.

The study aims to analyze the adaptation strategies and resilience of tobacco farmers to face unfavorable trading system. The research method refers to a qualitative approach with phenomenological models and case studies. The findings revealed tobacco farmers in Jember developed various adaptation strategies and resilience through farmer group organizations, partnerships, self-capacity building and access to financial institutions based on economic, social, cultural, and experience values from various sources and interactions among fellow tobacco farmers. The tobacco trading system, which is left to the market mechanism, results in low bargaining power of farmers, this encourages tobacco farmers to develop various adaptation and survival strategies, namely through collective activities of farmer groups, partnerships and self-development and access to financial institutions. Dealing with the unfavorable tobacco trading system, tobacco farmers do not switch to other commodity farming but adapt and make Jember a center for tobacco production in East Java and Indonesia. From this findings, it suggests to the government as the regulator does not only provide subsidies for tobacco farmers, but also must provide various technical assistance to increase the ability of tobacco farmers. More importantly, regulations must be made benefit tobacco farmers other than corporations so that equality can be enjoyed by tobacco economy players.

A violin plays an essential role among string instruments. It has an extremely strong expressive power that can be conveyed through beautiful timbre when played correctly. However, a beginner who attempts to play the violin will be most likely to face difficulties in placing his or her fingers on a specific point of the fingerboard or in bowing the violin on a specific string. In order to resolve this difficulty, the database of a professional violinist's bowing skills were inserted beforehand. By doing so, a beginner can emulate professional's violin by comparing his playing with the constructed database that is programmed in the computer. Accordingly, the results are displayed on the monitor after being evaluated by the performance evaluation function using a fuzzy logic.
The primary purpose of this study was to employ an ecological model to analyze relative magnitudes of significant predictors affecting school life satisfaction in Korea Science Academy. The instruments used for this study were school life satisfaction Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, Relationship Skill Scale, Internal Control Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale, and FACE IV Scale. Data were collected by purposive sampling of 180 students of the Korea Science Academy in Busan, Korea. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation, Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, Pearson's productive correlation, hierarchical regression and stepwise regression, using SPSS 15.0+WIN program package. The results were as follows: 1. The level of school life satisfaction in Korea Science Academy was found to be high(Mean = 4.24, SD = 0.57). 2. Model IV was the most powerful. It explained 49.7% of the school life satisfaction. 3. Relationship with friends(${\beta}$ = .443), with teachers(${\beta}$ = .273), and self-efficacy(${\beta}$ = .201) were significant factors in explaining the school life satisfaction.
