  • This study aims to verify the feasibility of design by developing pressure flow-controlled swash plate type pump with the use of SimulationX, a computer analysis program. Developing analysis model based on design drawing data has a cost-saving effect because it is possible to figure out the effectiveness of design through the work and it never falls into repeated inaccuracies in the production process. Analysis model is developed in the following order. First, the structure of each part such as valve and rotating unit which have dynamic factor is analyzed and the modeling of single component is carried out, reflecting drawing data. Second, the modeling of pump assembly is carried out with the combination of each analysis model and a work is conducted to determine whether the modeling can perform pressure flow control function according to load condition smoothly based on design intent. At the end of the modeling process, the feasibility of design is verified by showing the parts which are moving as expected mechanism.

  • This study examined the factor structure of the Child Behavior Checklist Dysregulation Profile(CBCL-DP) for school-aged children in Korea identified differences in the level of maladjustment and problematic behaviors between the clinical group which had characteristics of CBCL-DP and the control group which did not. Confirmative factor analysis was performed on three alternative models from the literature to determine which was the most appropriate factor structure for the CBCL-DP. The result showed that the bi-factor model fit the sample data better than both the one and second-factor models. To confirm that the bi-factor model was the most appropriate factor structure, regression paths with relevant variables examined. The showed that CBCL-DP with the bi-factor model was associated with executive function difficulty as reported by parents and with school adjustment and all sub-factors of strength and difficulty as reported by teachers. The results also showed that this model had a different relationship with anxiety/depression, aggressive behavior, and attention problems than the other models. The clinical group was shown to have more executive function difficulty, worse adjustment of school life and to be less likely to engage in desired behaviors than the control group. These results indicate the CBCL-DP is more related to negative outcomes than any other factor, and that the bi-factor model was found to best fit the sample data, consistent with other studies. The early discovery of CBCL-DP can be used to provide interventions for high-risk children who exhibit emotional and behavioral problems, making its detection a significant diagnostic tool. The implications of these result, the limitations of this study, and areas for future research are discussed in this paper.

  • In Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) compared to major, competence of CEO relatively has a large impact on management performance, so the biggest factor to strengthen the competitiveness is the competence of CEO. Meanwhile, a consultant is defined as a subject of execution that directly and indirectly participates in management by inducing objective and rational decision-making on various management issues and problems facing companies. The management expertise, problem-solving skills, communication skills, insights, and leadership that a consultant must have in order to perform his or her duties are the same as the role and capabilities that the CEO must have in enhancing the company's performance and competitiveness. Therefore, through previous studies, this study divided consultant competences of CEO into job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence and tried to understand whether those competences affect corporate's innovation performance and management performance. The survey was conducted on SMEs and the analysis techniques were reliability and validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation analysis. As a result, it was found that the CEO's job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence had a significant effect on innovation performance of the company, and second, innovation performance had a significant effect on the management performance. Through, this study derived a common factor of consultant competences of SMEs CEO, and derived implications for the competence characteristics of the CEO necessary to improve the performance of SMEs.

Design/methodology/approach AHP analysis model was designed with 3 layers in order to recognize the relative importances priorities of IT services and the ways developing the IT services in Smart tourism. The factors in the top layer consist of Pre-trip IT services, During-trip IT services and Post-trip IT services. The lower factors in second layer of the Pre-trip IT services consists of Tourism information search, Online reservation and Price comparison. The lower factors of the During-trip IT services consists of Context recognition, Virtual Reality and Drone Application. The lower factors of the Post-trip IT services consists of Interactive Sharing and Tagging. The factor of third layer, the ways of developing the IT services consist of Company leading, University leading and Industry-University Collaboration. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP analysis model was designed and used to survey experts in IT and tourism areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique. Findings The importance priority of During-trip IT service was highest among in the three type IT services of tourism life cycle. The importance priority of Price comparison service was highest among IT services for Pre-trip. The importance priority of the Context recognition service was highest among IT services for During-trip. The Interactive sharing service was highest among IT services for Post-trip. It would be confirmed for the IT service development ways of Company leading to be suitable for most of the It services, such as Tourism information search, Online reservation, Price comparison, Context recognition, Virtual reality, Drone application, Interactive sharing.

  • This study made frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 for 225 culinary employees working for super deluxe hotels in Busan and Ulsan areas in order to analyze the effects of job embeddedness on job satisfaction, career commitment and turnover intention. Results are as follows: first, as a result of testing the effects of hotel culinary employee's job embeddedness on job satisfaction, it was found that fitness, sacrifice, and links have positive (+) effects on job satisfaction. Second, it was found that fitness and sacrifice of a hotel culinary employee's job embeddedness have positive (+) effects on career commitment. Third, this study showed that fitness and sacrifice have negative (-) effects on turnover intention. Fourth, it was found that job satisfaction has a negative (-) effect on turnover intention. Fifth, it was found that career commitment has a negative (-) effect on turnover intention. These findings indicate that the higher hotel culinary employee's job embeddedness is, the less their intention to change jobs becomes by increasing job satisfaction and career commitment.
