A Study on Design of Reducer Using Hypoid High Ratio Gear (하이포이드 하이레이셔 기어를 이용한 감속기 설계에 대한 연구)

  • A hypoid gear is a type of spiral bevel gear whose axis does not intersect with the axis of the meshing gear. The size of a hypoid gear is compact and the ratio of contact is high; therefore, the noise is lower than in other types. Due to these characteristics, the hypoid gear is commonly used in manufacturing processes such as those of escalators and subway screen doors. The purpose of this paper is to develop a reducer using the hypoid gear. In order to check the stability of the proposed reducer, 3D modeling is carried out by CATIA, and a structural analysis is performed using FEM (a finite element method).

  • We present SCOTS test simulation for on axis segment of the GMT secondary mirror that is ellipsoidal shape surface of 1.064m in diameter, 4.166747m in radius of curvature, -0.7154 in conic constant and $18.023{\mu}m$ P-V in asphericity. SCOTS test comprises a screen(diffusing sinusoidal fringe source), test surface(GMT secondary mirror), and a camera(CCD detector). We report ray tracing simulation result that is distorted sinusoidal fringe pattern detected at the camera. This simulation is to be used for analysis of experimental design, sensitivity from uncertainty, errors on fabrication and design.

  • It this paper the multilayer chip band pass filter for next generation mobile communication phone is fabricated and designed. For the design the multilayer chip filter of non-contented equivalent circuit and contented equivalent circuit with attenuation pole is presented. Finally it is fabricated and designed using the multilayer chip filter of contented equivalent circuit with attenuation pole. The size insertion loss center frequency and band width of multilayer chip filter are 4.5$\times$3.2$\times$2.0[mm], 3.0[d.B] and 1945$\pm$25 MHz respectively. The multilayer chip filter was fabricated by screen printing with Ag electrode after tape casting. Simulation results of multilayer chip filter are compared with experimental results and found to be in excellent agreements.

  • The rapid exchanges of mobile computing environment and development of wireless communication are providing many effects for learning activity of students. Recently, PDA system developers which are studying memory capacity, communication speed and size of screen support techniques to be capable of learning from students in the wireless or moving environment. In this viewpoints, this paper has a purpose to design multimedia learning system to be able to do with sound lecture contents. The implemented system largely consists of two parts which have the teacher module and students module. The one manages learning progress of students, class management, bulletin board and etc. The other is capable of using studying and bulletin functions. The main idea of this research is focus to upgrade the effect of learning without almost treating the existing studies, which can be listening sound lecture and also seeing text and image at the same time.

  • This thesis determines the research framework and scale design of leisure food E-Commerce consumer satisfaction degree by referring to previous theoretical model of customer satisfaction degree, the universal satisfaction evaluation index system, and the characteristics of leisure food E-Commerce in China. In this research, consumers who have bought leisure food online are taken as the research object, data are collected by questionnaires, and exploratory factor method is used to screen valid sample data. Through the Empirical Analysis which includes Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, it is concluded that website design, logistics delivery service, commodity quality, and after-sales service are the main service quality on which the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises should take focus. The service quality has significant positive influences on satisfaction degree. On the other hand consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, which will create more earnings for the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises.

  • Schedule management of construction work is important in order to complete construction projects within a given period of time. Many efforts have been made and many tools have been developed in order to manage construction projects by a smart device such as smart phones and smart pads. This research proposed a basic design to manage construction schedules via a smart device using Flash. The interactive and graphic property of Flash enables a field manager to manage schedules easily and efficiently. A basic structure was designed for a user to be able to make and change a schedule by touching the smart device's screen. And a prototype was implemented by Adobe Flash/Flex Builder, it is applied to a sample network in a smart phone.

  • Recently many TV have much interest in Network Design to get an advantage in the competition of the multi channels as part of the channel brand strategy. Since the Network Design was introduced in Korea in 1997, the major cable channels and satellite channels began to display Network Design on their screen competitively. But the production of Network Design has many problems in the field due to the lack of research information. The style guide is considered very important to succeed in Network Design execution as an indispensible process for a consistent planning and concrete production. This paper studied the Network Design Style Guide to establish a theoretical system of Network Design for a TV channel image promotion. First, this paper discussed the concept of Network Design and the necessity of the Network Design Style Guide, Second, this paper systemized the main component through the case study of the Network Design Style Guide and defined the concept of each element.

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the direction of improving kiosk design for convenient use by all users by increasing the usability of kiosks based on universal design principles. The direction of design improvement was studied by deriving essential improvements through additional surveys verifying the results of age-specific surveys and analysis related to the use of kiosks. The results of the study are as follows. High contrast between kiosk screen background and design elements, yellow color, and outline design elements increase readability. Then, reduce and enlarge the font based on 10pt. In addition, in consideration of wheelchair passengers, the area where the lower part cannot be designed and the minimum height of adjusting the height of the kiosk were derived. In the future, kiosk design requires a design and system that can diversify the functions of kiosks according to individual characteristics, and design should be focused on the application of universal design. Since this study has limited research subjects, further studies on various samples are required, and verification studies related to color and readability will also be conducted.

  • To find out characteristics of TV home shopping's virtual space deepness styling, this study had analysis characteristics of space deepness which is showed on flat TV screen with actually aired 6 dinnerware sales case, at $C^*$ home shopping, March.2005~November.2010, and survey consumer's emotional verbal image according to space styling character to get space deepness, which were shown on flat TV screen with camera angle, and research mutual relation with consumer preference. Also consumer's typical emotional verbal images for each space styling images for brand dinner ware sales had been extracted with reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multi dimensional scaling MDS using SPSS. Styling characteristics of space deepness were contrast of size, layering, vertical arrangement, and perspective arrangement, and used camera angles were bird's eye view, hi angle, and eye level. Result from the research is, highly marked consumer preferred styling material had a deep corelation to material's main factor and perceived emotional verbal images. Therefore this research could bring forward to new consumer preferred styling characteristics according to camera angle. Furthermore, it will be possible to make a study of preferred styling material through evaluation of quantitative spectators of in this area.
