  • In this paper, we plan to introduce the class of the analytic functions called 𝒫 (b) and to investigate the various properties of the functions belonging this class. The modulus of the second coefficient c2 in the expansion of f(z) = z+c2z2+… belonging to the given class will be estimated from above. Also, we estimate a modulus of the second angular derivative of f(z) function at the boundary point 𝛼 with f'(𝛼) = 1 - b, b ∈ ℂ, by taking into account their first nonzero two Maclaurin coefficients.

  • In this paper, we present a Schwarz lemma at the boundary for analytic functions at the unit disc, which generalizes classical Schwarz lemma for bounded analytic functions. For new inequalities, the results of Jack's lemma and Hankel determinant were used. We will get a sharp upper bound for Hankel determinant H2(1). Also, in a class of analytic functions on the unit disc, assuming the existence of angular limit on the boundary point, the estimations below of the modulus of angular derivative have been obtained.

  • In this study, a Schwarz lemma at the boundary for analytic functions at the unit disc, which generalizes classical Schwarz lemma for bounded analytic functions, is considered. The results of Rogosinskis lemma and Jacks lemma have been utilized to derive novel inequalities. Also, these inequalities have been strengthened by considering the critical points which are different from zero.

  • This paper is devoted to the study of $Tur{\acute{a}}n$-type inequalities for some well-known special functions such as Gauss hypergeometric functions, generalized complete elliptic integrals and confluent hypergeometric functions which are derived by using a new form of the Cauchy-Bunyakovsky-Schwarz inequality. We also apply these inequalities for some sample of interest such as incomplete beta function, incomplete gamma function, elliptic integrals and modified Bessel functions to obtain their corresponding $Tur{\acute{a}}n$-type inequalities.

  • In this paper, a boundary version of Schwarz lemma is investigated. For the function holomorphic f(z) = a + cpzp + cp+1zp+1 + ... defined in the unit disc satisfying |f(z) − 1| < 1, where 0 < a < 2, we estimate a module of angular derivative at the boundary point b, f(b) = 2, by taking into account their first nonzero two Maclaurin coefficients. The sharpness of these estimates is also proved.

  • We consider a different version of Schwarz Lemma for λ-spirallike function of complex order at the boundary of the unit disc D. We estimate the modulus of the angular derivative of the function $\frac{zf^{\prime}(z)}{f(z)}$ from below for λ-spirallike function f(z) of complex order at the boundary of the unit disc D by taking into account the zeros of the function f(z)-z which are different from zero. We also estimate the same function with the second derivatives of the function f at the points z = 0 and z = z0 ≠ 0. We show the sharpness of these estimates and present examples.

  • In this paper, we improve a new boundary Schwarz lemma, for analytic functions in the unit disk. For new inequalities, the results of Rogosinski's lemma, Subordinate principle and Jack's lemma were used. Moreover, in a class of analytic functions on the unit disc, assuming the existence of angular limit on the boundary point, the estimations below of the modulus of angular derivative have been obtained.

  • The paper considers the algorithms of balanced realization from SISO transfer functions. Some methods which have been proposed to find a balanced realization from the companion form realization, are investigated. Then a new method is proposed which finds a balanced realization from the discrete Schwarz form realization. The process of computing the elements of Schwarz matrix from the transfer function is equivalent to the Schur-Cohn stability test procedure. Comparison of the proposed method with the previous works is also discussed.

  • In this paper, a boundary version of Schwarz lemma is investigated. We take into consideration a function f(z) holomorphic in the unit disc and f(0) = 0, f'(0) = 1 such that ${\Re}f^{\prime}(z)$ > ${\frac{1-{\alpha}}{2}}$, -1 < ${\alpha}$ < 1, we estimate a modulus of the second non-tangential derivative of f(z) function at the boundary point $z_0$ with ${\Re}f^{\prime}(z_0)={\frac{1-{\alpha}}{2}}$, by taking into account their first nonzero two Maclaurin coefficients. Also, we shall give an estimate below ${\mid}f^{{\prime}{\prime}}(z_0){\mid}$ according to the first nonzero Taylor coefficient of about two zeros, namely z = 0 and $z_1{\neq}0$. The sharpness of these inequalities is also proved.
