This study evaluated the effect of image type of the beauty trainer on satisfaction and stress regarding the major. The data were analyzed by spss 18.0. Frequency analysis, causal analysis, reliability analysis, T-test, one-way variance analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried out, and the result is as following. First, as the result of analysis the image of beauty trainer, we defined inner, outer, and social image. Second, the difference between images of beauty trainers revealed that people with high interest in the major ranked the inner image of beauty trainer the highest. Respondent with the lowest and the higher class satisfaction also deemed inner image important. The same was for respondents with beauty awareness. For outer image, people with the lowest class satisfaction ranked outer image the highest. And people with beauty awareness recognized beauty trainer's outer image more important. Respondents who said the major have bleak future deemed outer image even important. While the social image was recognized the highest by respondents with lowest class satisfaction. Third, as we analyzed the correlation between the image type of beauty trainer and major stress/satisfaction, the higher the satisfaction for the trainer's outer and social image gave higher class satisfaction. And less stress about the major resulted in higher major satisfaction. Fourth, we evaluated the effect of trainer's image on the class satisfaction and stress. Fifth, the lower the awareness of inner image and the higher awareness of social image resulted in higher major stress. Lower inner image gave high major satisfaction, while high social image resulted in high major stress.

Objectives: This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the VR-applied head and neck anatomy class and to be used as basic data for the development of a teaching method using VR in the basic dental hygiene field. Methods: A convenience sample was extracted from 128 students and graduates who completed the head and neck anatomy class at the department of dental hygiene at a university in Gwangju. From June 1 to July 31, 2021, an online survey was conducted on class attitude and satisfaction, and statistical analysis was performed using frequency analysis and independent sample t-test. Results: Class attitude (3.79), interest (3.64), attention (3.88), learning motivation (3.80), and achievement motivation (3.84) were all high in the head and neck anatomy VR application group (p<0.01). Satisfaction (3.99), relevance of class content (4.06) and class achievement (3.96) were high in the head and neck anatomy VR application group (p<0.01). The suitability of class attitude (3.65) and class content (sub-item of class satisfaction) (4.13) was high in the group with the 4th industrial revolution education experience (p<0.05). Conclusions: The effect of VR application in the head and neck anatomy class was confirmed to increase students' class attitude and satisfaction. In the basic dental hygiene curriculum, it will be necessary to develop and utilize teaching methods related to the 4th industrial revolution and VR application classes.

2020년 처음 발생한 코로나는 사회 전반에 많은 변화를 초래했다. 이러한 변화에 있어 교육 역시 예외가 아니었다. 학교에서는 사상 유례없는 온라인 개학을 시행했고 학생들과 교사는 충분한 준비 없이 원격수업에 참여해야 했다. 원격수업과 관련하여 관련 자료 개발, 만족도 조사와 같은 연구들이 수행되었으나 실제 학교 현장을 기반으로 한 연구는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구는 2020년부터 원격수업에 참여한 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 하여 원격수업의 방식 및 만족도를 조사하고 원격수업 만족도와 수학학습과 관련된 하위요소들과의 관계를 탐색하였다. 연구결과 수학 교과에서는 원격수업이 대체로 실시간 쌍방향 수업의 형태로 이루어졌으며 학생들은 수학학습에 만족을 느꼈다. 하지만 원격수업을 지속해야 하는 것의 문제에 있어서 어느 정도 상반된 의견을 표명하였다. 또한, 통계분석 결과 원격수업에 대한 만족도에 따라 수학학습 의지, 전략, 수학에 대한 가치, 학습의욕 등에서 차이가 나타나는 것으로 드러났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between the possibility of socioeconomic class elevation of wage earners, happiness and organizational commitment, and life satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: Data from the 24th fiscal year (2021) of the Korea Labor Panel data were used for analysis. Only wage earners who measured job satisfaction and organizational engagement were analyzed, and a sample of 9,138 respondents was finally used, excluding missing values. Structural Equation Modeling was performed using AMOS 23.0, and Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) was used as a model estimation method. Results: First, the hypothetical structural model set up for the study was found to be suitable. Second, the Possibility of Socioeconomic Class Elevation of wage earners, happiness, and organizational commitment were found to have a direct impact on life satisfaction. Third, the possibility of improving the socio-economic status of wage earners affects life satisfaction, and happiness and organizational commitment appear to have a partially mediating effect. Conclusions: This study is significant in that it has increased interest in organizational participation and life satisfaction, which were not covered in previous studies on the possibility of wage workers moving up the socioeconomic class.

이 연구는 강의평가의 대상에 학업성취도를 추가하여 평가의 타당성을 높이고, 수업태도에 대한 통제정당성을 검증하고 수업태도 보정지수를 개발하여 평가의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 수업태도는 강의만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 수업태도가 긍정적일수록 강의만족도가 높아지고, 수업태도가 부정적일수록 강의만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생의 수업태도는 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 수업태도가 긍정적일수록 학업성취도가 높으며, 수업태도가 부정적일수록 학업성취도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강의만족도는 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 강의만족도가 높다고 해서 강의품질이 높다고 할 수 없으며, 강의만족도가 낮다고 해서 강의품질이 낮다고 할 수 없다는 의미이다. 넷째, 수업태도로 인해 왜곡될 수 있는 강의만족도 결과를 보정하기 위한 강의만족도 보정지수를 개발하였다. 결론적으로 강의만족도외에 학업성취도를 평가대상으로 추가하여 강의평가의 타당성을 제고하고, 강의만족도 보정지수를 적용하여 강의평가의 신뢰성을 제고해야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data needed for analyzing the factors needed for students' positive participation in physical education class and developing the leadership skills needed for effective class guidance by analyzing what relationship there exists between a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and students' trust in physical education teachers and class satisfaction; thus, this study drew the conclusions as follows: First, in the relations between a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and students' trust, it was found that a physical education teacher's charisma and intellectual stimulus had a positive influence on high school students. Second, it was found that a physical education teacher's charisma and individual consideration had a positive influence on a physical education teacher-exercised transformational leadership and the subordinate factor in class satisfaction-a sense of accomplishment while individual consideration and intellectual stimulus were found to have a positive influence on evaluation. Third, as for the trust in a physical education teacher and class satisfaction, the trust was found to have a positive influence on both a sense of accomplishment and evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to resolve the factors that affect happiness levels and leisure life satisfaction of middle-class and to find way to incorporate them into policy. In this study, a status analysis on leisure life and One-Way ANOVA conduct a study on leisure resource and income levels that affect the happiness level and leisure life satisfaction. To recap briefly, to reduce the social and cultural polarization caused by economic disparity and to promote leisure life satisfaction and happiness level is possible quantitative-qualitative growth and maturation of middle class. The most important thing here is increasing in leisure time and leisure costs that consumed in real leisure life. In other words, leisure life satisfaction and happiness levels in the middle class has seen a significant difference in depending on whether and how much to spend on leisure time and cost, rather than differences of the monthly average household income. More particularly, analysis results seem to hoping of the extra leisure costs about 50,000 won per person and increasing the leisure time on weekdays and long weekend holiday. Above all, It is important to redefine the middle class that meets the recognition of the people and it should reflect government policy. Ultimately, The state of the socio-economic-welfare policies will be further expanded in the direction for the middle class, thinking of themselves as middle class and leading national consciousness.

이 연구는 경호학을 전공하는 대학생을 대상으로 무도수업에 참여하는 학생들의 학습양식을 파악하여 이러한 특성이 전공 만족도와 대학 생활 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는 지를 분석하였다. 경호학 전공 남녀 재학생들을 대상으로 총 285명을 대상으로 무도학습 참여양식, 전공 만족도, 대학생활적응 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 무도학습 양식이 전공 만족도와 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 무도학습 참여 양식의 하위요인 협동적, 참여적 양식이 전공만족도의 일반만족, 교과만족, 관계만족, 인식만족 모두에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 무도학습 참여 양식은 하위요인인 협동적, 경쟁적, 참여적 양식이 학교생활적응의 학업적, 사회적, 대학 환경적 적응에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전공만족도의 하위요인인 일반만족이 대학생활적응의 학업적응, 사회적 적응, 대학 환경적 적응에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

최근의 고객만족도 조사에서는 만족응답으로의 쏠림현상이 발생함으로써 만족고객의 비율이 높아져 고객만족 개선안 도출이 어려워지고 있다. 게다가 이로 인한 데이터 분석의 구조적 한계로 인해 고객만족도 조사의 실제 적용을 효과성이 감소하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 만족고객을 재분류하여 보다 전략적인 의미를 도출하고 만족 고객의 불만족 요인을 찾아내기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서 는 Latent Class Analysis(LCA)를 이용하여 만족 고객의 세분화에 초점을 두어 수행되었다. 초고속인터넷 서비스의 만족고객만을 대상으로 LCA를 적용한 결과 3개의 집단으로 세분화된 결과를 얻었으며 각 집단별 만족요인과 불만족 요인을 분석하여 궁극적으로 고객만족경영을 달성할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구결과는 고객만족도 조사가 다양하고 입체적으로 분석되어 고객만족조사의 활성화는 물론, 고객 만족경영 향상을 위한 유용한 방법으로 활용되리라 기대한다.

Capstone design is a creative and comprehensive educational program requiring practical adaptation skills for the industry. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of design development, lectures and curriculum satisfaction for textile fashion products based on four years of capstone design curriculum from 2015 to 2018. The curriculum consists of 26 groups of 72 students and a total of 26 final results were obtained via industry-university cooperation. The materials for product design development included differentiated clothing, leisure goods, bags, dog goods, smart goods, interior goods and recycled products based on textiles. The degree of satisfaction with lectures involving the capstone design class was very high, with 4.2 out of 5.0 when the number of students was less than 10. However, when the number of students was 20 or higher and the number of students was large, the level of satisfaction was below 3.88. Therefore, the capstone design class comprising less than 10 students was better at individual teaching and teamwork. In terms of satisfaction with capstone design curriculum, the respondents indicated that the teaching method addressing the needs of industry and academia facilitated practical learning. It was very helpful in improving competency related to the design and development majors and future employment. The capstone design curriculum was effective in the training for practical design development and planning.
