  • ebXML (Electronic Business using extensible Markup language), sponsored by UN/CEFACT and OASIS, is a modular suite of specifications that enables enterprises of any size and in any geographical location to conduct business over the Internet. Using ebXML, companies now have a standard method to exchange business messages, conduct trading relationships, communicate data In common terms and define and resistor business processes. It is the mission of ebXML that provides an open XML-based infrastructure enabling the global use of electronic business information in an interoperable, secure and consistent manner by all parties for creating a single e1ectronic electronic market. This paper briefly overviews the concept of core component, context, assembly rule and context rule. Then, It designs by standard specifications of ebXML core component commonly used in an industry and among industries, and assembles business messages by using XML schema. Therefore, it suggests the mechanism which effectively exchanges business messages among the trading partners. This paper designs core component by using only three business messages of retail industry : orders, dispatch report, sales report.

DEA기법을 도입한 위탁 급식 점포의 효율성과 사업 전략에 관한 연구 (The Efficiency and Business Strategy of Contract-Foodservice Operations using Data Envelopment Analysis)

  • The aims of this study was to suggest a new efficiency measurement indicator for evaluating the management efficiency of decision making units(DMUs) in the contract foodservice industry. The data envelopment analysis(DEA) model which considers multiple inputs and outputs and looking for benchmarks, was used to compare the productivity of DMUs. We considered sales, profits, and customer satisfaction as output variables and it adopted food cost, labor cost and administrative expense as input variables. The results of applying DEA revealed relatively efficient types of business and service types. The efficiency of school units was highest and the mired service type was the most efficient one. In this study the CCR model efficiency was analysed with profit and the customer satisfaction index by the matrix method. DEA efficiency was correlated with profit but there was no correlation between DEA efficiency and the customer satisfaction index.

  • On a conceptual point of SCM, as a order of development, physical distribution, logistics management, basic supply chain management and advanced supply chain management etc. they are magnifying gradually, confusing with information and analysis techniques which seems possible. But on executing, it has a lot of problems because it is so complex and wide, so the enterprise which knows necessity of SCM, they don't have a total execution solution. On this paper, we will focus a proposal of alternatives with reasonableness of manufacturing and making a profit of sales department like most of enterprises to overcome carelessness and unready strategy of investment. And we will find a element through a analysis of cases, a statistical method of effective SCM, and actual survey to propose a alternative proposal. And, we will prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain.

  • 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 기업용 S/W 판매자들에게 새로운 판매 전량을 요구하고 있다. 즉, 기업용 S/W의 유형에 다양화 되고 고객의 니즈가 매우 정교화되고 있는바 이러한 요구사항을 충분히 고려하지 못할 경우 성공적인 판매전량을 수립할 수 없다. 그러나 이러한 기업용 S/W 판매전략에 있어서 고려해야 하는 다양한 요소들은 기업용 S/W의 유형에 따라 매우 다르고, 체계적으로 관리하기 어려운 암묵지인 관계로 지금까지 충분히 논의되지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인지지도를 이용하여 다양한 기업용 S/W 판매사례에 대하여 기업용 S/W 선정에 영향을 미치는 요인간의 관계를 도출하였다. 이를 통하여 유사한 사례별로 인지지도를 군집화 하여 그 특성을 도출하고 이를 이용하여 기업용 S/W 판매전략에 실질적으로 도움이 될 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 국내 온라인 게임 시장은 빠르게 성장하고 있지만, 게임사들은 이용자들의 심리를 파악하지 않고, 일괄된 컨텐츠 서비스 공급에만 급급하다. 이는 게임 컨텐츠 서비스에 이용자의 심리를 반영하지 못한다면 기업의 충성도가 낮아진다. 따라서 기존고객의 감소 및 신규고객의 유치가 어렵고, 시장 점유율이 떨어져 기업 매출에 큰 타격을 줄 것이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 게임 이용자들의 재이용 의도에 미치는 요인들을 찾아내어 게임사들의 게임 컨텐츠 서비스에 관한 마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study is intended to analyze the appropriate scope for 9.9MW biomass cogeneration, feasibility and sensitivity according to changing market situation. In the study, the heat load is classified into three types to predict heat sales and find out the appropriate scope of thermal business that is operated in CHP 34.42 Gcal/h, PLBwg 70 Gcal/h of cogeneration. the feasibility is estimated based on internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value(NPV). the sensitivity is analyzed in terms of biomass fuel cost, unit price of heating cost, investment cost, SMP unit price and REC unit price.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the commercializations and difficulties on the farm-food. For the activation of the farm-food, it is necessary to totally review the support of the government and prepare the supporting system like manual on the commercialization of farm-food that is helpful to the small farmers. It is also necessary to support small farms strategies customized for increase the sales and satisfaction on farm-food and build-up the promotion related to the green tour and/or farm experience. The results and finding of this study can be used to build-up the supporting system that reflects the rapid change of market and customer's preference. They can also be used to design rational policies that is helpful to the farm-food producers.

  • Digital leader caught seat by modern's everyday life tool now by popularization of smart device such as Smart phone and Tablet PC. Therefore, desire of readers about electronic book practical use is increasing based on convenience and economic performance of electronic book. 1971, Michael S. Hart established Project Gutenberg to produced first electronic book because inputs American Independence Declaration Statement by computer and produce more electronic books. After that, an electronic book technology repeats several times development and American electronic book take is increasing rapidly. Sales volume of electronic books is dramatically increasing in Korea since digital device such as Smart phone and Tablet PC became popular. This research attempts to analyze factors influencing on shifting from paper book to electronic book. Results of this research proposed grounds for building business strategy. Finding is the factor of social influence is only significant to acceptability intention. It means user of e-Book enhance their acceptability intention along social phenomena.

  • This research investigates the present situation of petroleum market and the potential strategy which help gas stat ion obtain compel it ive advantages. Specifically, this research chooses five factors (product quality, service, price, multi-function, easy entrance) which are believed to be extensively related to repurchasing intent ion. The findings are as follows ; First, four factors associated wi th gas stat ion choice (product quality, service, price, multi-function) are related to repurchase intent ion except easy entrance. Second, sex and age have moderating effects between factors and repurchase intention. To keep and preoccupy new customers, the administrators of petroleum industry and gas station should establish sales/administration strategies considering these above.

반복 구매제품의 재구매시기 예측을 위한 다층퍼셉트론(MLP) 모형과 순환신경망(RNN) 모형의 성능비교 (Comparison of Performance between MLP and RNN Model to Predict Purchase Timing for Repurchase Product)

  • Existing studies for recommender have focused on recommending an appropriate item based on the customer preference. However, it has not yet been studied actively to recommend purchase timing for the repurchase product despite of its importance. This study aims to propose MLP and RNN models based on the only simple purchase history data to predict the timing of customer repurchase and compare performances in the perspective of prediction accuracy and quality. As an experiment result, RNN model showed outstanding performance compared to MLP model. The proposed model can be used to develop CRM system which can offer SMS or app based promotion to the customer at the right time. This model also can be used to increase sales for repurchase product business by balancing the level of order as well as inducing repurchase of customer.
