Due to the enhancing environmental concerns worldwide with the need of increasing demand for sustainability of building design, maintenance and operation, key stakeholders including the government and developers in many countries strike for the benefits in implementing the green design and building concepts in constructing, infrastructure as well as the buildings. Different countries have their standards or certifications for green buildings while the adoption rate of BEAM-Plus in HK is relatively less compared with other developed countries such as Europe, USA and Japan. Therefore, in the present research, BEAM-Plus, the beginning assessment method of green standard implemented in HK, will be mainly discussed. Current situation of BEAM-Plus implementation in HK will be reviewed and then adopt a systematic approach via literature review and research paper, questionnaire with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to depict the opportunities and challenges from the perspective of government and developers regarding implementing BEAM-Plus in HK and thus investigate the implementation gaps. It is found that for both the macro level of opportunity and challenge, the most important criterion is political, in which the weighting value are 0.3114 and 0.2321 respectively. It is obvious that government plays a critical and significant role in affecting the development of BEAM plus. Technological difficulty is also an important factor that challenging and hindering the implementation of BEAM plus, the weighting value is 0.2194 under challenge hierarchy. More experts and professionals should be imported to Hong Kong to enhance the technique is building green buildings. At the end of this paper, solutions and actions will also be suggested and concluded in alleviating the challenges. Finally, solutions and actions are suggested and concluded in alleviating the challenges. Findings from this research can guide developers to consider adopting green elements, government and Green Building Council in HK to review green buildings' policy.
Recently, South Korea has prepared laws and systems to systematically manage rural spaces in response to the era of population decline and is making various efforts to promote related policies. However, various basic studies that can support this are still insufficient. In particular, in this study, the functions and roles of each settlement class were established along with the classification of the sedentary classes in rural areas, and the classification system for rural living services was established, and the hierarchy by functional facilities and the minimum standards for vulnerable areas (accessibility) were established. Specifically, in this study, the settlement class was divided into 4 classes of "central area - midpoint area - small point area - hinterland", and each function and role was presented, and the rural living service classification system was finally reestablished as 10 sectors and 31 functional facilities. In addition, the hierarchy and accessibility standards of rural living service functional facilities was set within 5 to 15 minutes for 'lower and basic services', within 10 to 20 minutes for 'medium and basic services', within 15 to 30 minutes for 'intermediate and complex services', within 20 to 60 minutes for 'high car/complex service' and within 10 minutes for 'urgent service'.

This study, the effect of organizational culture perceived by millennial Naval Personnel working on naval ships on organizational citizenship behavior was empirically analyzed. First, it was found that OC(group/hierarchy) had a positive effect on OCB. Second, affective commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between OC(group/hierarchy) and OCB. It was confirmed that organizational culture has a direct effect on OCB, but also indirectly through affective commitment. Third, Coworker social loafing had a negative moderating effect in the relationship. Therefore, in order to improve organizational citizenship behavior, it is necessary to improve a balanced organizational culture suitable for changes in the organizational environment, Strengthen the key influencers for organizational members to affective commitment themselves in the organization, and promote improvement in social loafing.

Purpose: This study aumed to identify the effects of job satisfaction, nursing organizational culture and social support on intention retention among general hospital nurses. Methods: The subjects were 254 nurses working in one general hospital. Data were collected from January 1 to 30, 2023. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: (a) In this study, the mean value of job satisfaction was 3.07±0.43, relation-oriented culture was 3.45±0.51, hierarchy-oriented culture was 3.39±0.49, task-oriented culture was 3.35±0.48, innovation-oriented culture was 3.00±0.46, social support was 3.75±0.49, and intention retention was 4.98±1.39. (b) Intention retention had a positive correlation with job satisfaction (r=.41, p<.001), social support (r=.29, p<.001), innovation-oriented culture (r=.29, p<.001), relation-oriented culture (r=.20, p=.001), and hierarchy-oriented culture (r=.18, p=.002). (c) Factors that affect intention retention include job satisfaction (β=.41, p<.001), Working type (Non-shift) (β=.18, p=.001), Nursing job selection (Recommendation, employment) (β=-.16, p=.003), and the explanation power was 23.1% (F=9.43, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that job satisfaction plays a significant role in the intention retention of nurses. It is important to strengthen job satisfaction to increase the retention of nurses. The results of this study may serve as basic data for the development of strategies to improve intention retention in nurses.
Knowledge mining is a research field that applies various techniques such as data modeling, information extraction, analysis, visualization, and result interpretation to find valuable knowledge from diverse large datasets. It plays a crucial role in transforming raw data into useful knowledge across various domains like business, healthcare, and scientific research etc. In this paper, we propose analytical techniques for performing knowledge discovery and data mining from various data by extending the Formal Concept Analysis method. It defines algorithms for representing diverse formats and structures of the data to be analyzed, including models such as many-valued data table data and triadic data table, as well as algorithms for data processing (dyadic scaling and flattening) and the construction of concept hierarchies and the extraction of association rules. The usefulness of the proposed technique is empirically demonstrated by conducting experiments applying the proposed method to public open data.
The purpose of this study is to establish the identity of the traditional residential space in Korea and Japan as analyzing the spatial characteristics and sociocultural roles of the 'in-between space' shown in their traditional dwelling space. Although they share culture area, it is meaningful to clarify the identity of both countries with many differences as the point of localization In globalization and the point of presenting the current and future directions of residential culture in both countries. Records and field studies have been carried out for the spatial characteristics and the sociocultural role focused on Ma-dang and Dae-chung in case of the 'in-between space' in Korean traditional dwellings and Inner housing, Doma, and Engawa in Japan. According to these findings, the spatial characteristics in common between Korea and Japan are open, half-open, separation, mitigation, integration, variation, continuation, hierarchy, mediation, and expansion. The 'in-between space', built by the separate Chae and Kan, of Korean traditional dwellings shows the separation by closed walls and the exclusive use by the fixed walls. In case of Japan, the integrated in-between space built by the separation of Kan shows open and connective tendencies and the variableness of walls has the tendency making ambiguous space with spatial softness. The sociocultural role of the 'in-between space' in Korean traditional dwelling space functions as the mitigation between the interior and exterior of the house as well as the male and female. Because the conception for protecting the private life is too weak, the sociocultural role of the 'in-between space' in Japanese traditional dwelling space seldom forms the space for an individual or the specific person among family. The space to welcome a guest functions as the mitigation between residents and outsiders as it is located in the inside of the private dwelling space.
Geographic Information System(CIS) deal with data which can potentially be useful for a wide range of applications. The information needed by each application can be vary, specially in resolution, detail level, application view, and representation style, as defined in the modeling phase of the geographic database design. To be able to deal with such diverse needs, GIS must offer features that allow multiple representation for each geographic entity of phenomenon. This paper addresses on the problem of formal definition of the objects and their relationships on the geographical information systems. The geographical data is divided into two main classes : geo-objects and geo-fields, which describe discrete and continuous representations of spatial reality. I studied the attributes and the relationship roles over geo-object and nongeo-object. Therefore, this paper contributed on the efficient design of geographical class hierarchy schema by means of formalizing attribute-domains of classes.

This study was performed to determine the central place hierarchy in Daejeon metropolitan city by examining its central place systems for the existing central place analyses through formation of urban spatial structure and GIS method. The central place structure and hierarch for the year of 2000 and 2005 were analyzed by using the model of W. K Davis modified, in which $1km{\times}1km$ GRID was applied. The analysis results showed the establishment of one CBD(existing center of Eunghaeng-dong and Sunhwa-dong) and two Subcenters (tourist resort of Yusung-dong and administrative center of Dunsan-dong) in Daejeon metropolitan city for the year of 2000. For the year of 2005, established were two CBD(existing center of Eunghaeng-dong and Sunhwa-dong and administrative center of Dunsan-dong) and two Subcenters (tourist resort of Yusung-dong and bus-terminal of Yongjeon) in Daejeon metropolitan city. The analysis results are expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the urban spatial policies in near future.
Mobile applications (apps) play a significant role in the proliferation of smartphones. According to statistics from Apple, 100 million apps were downloaded in 2008. Since then, the number of cumulative app downloads have increased exponentially. By October 2014, 85 billion apps had been downloaded worldwide. Many studies have attempted to determine the factors that drive app downloads. However, unlike previous studies, we examine the effects of app updates on app rankings. To achieve this goal, we collected data on rankings (gross rankings and category rankings), update contents, reviewer ratings, and number of reviews on apps listed in the App Store. We then categorized app updates into functionality, reliability, and convenience updates following the buying hierarchy model. We found that functionality updates had a positive effect on app gross ranking whereas reliability updates had a positive effect on category ranking. Our study is the first to explore the effects of update content on app ranking. Moreover, our study provides a practical implication for mobile app developers, who should consider app updates in their product development strategy.

The present study is a conceptual replication of O'Grady, Lee, and Choo's (2003) earlier study designed to investigate two hypotheses (linear distance hypothesis vs. structural distance hypothesis) in relation to L2 Korean learners' processing of Korean subject and object relative clauses (RCs) in a scholarly attempt to explicate Keenan and Comrie's (1977) Noun Phrase Accessibility Hierarchy (NPAH). In addition, the current study is intended to explore any potential role of working memory capacity (WMC) in the processing of Korean subject and/or object RCs. Chinese-speaking learners of Korean taking a language course offered at a local university in Korea participated in this experimental study. Among those recruited, only 23 learners completed the experimental tasks appropriately according to the specific instructions provided on each task, and thus, subsequent statistical analyses were conducted on their data. Fifteen Korean NSs were also recruited for the control group. Two experimental tasks were administerd to the participants: one picture selection task containing the same test items used in O'Grady et al.'s study to measure their processing of subject-object RCs and an operation span (OSPAN) task to measure their WMC. Somewhat differently from O'Grady et al.'s findings, the participating Chinese learners of Korean performed significantly better on object RCs than on subject RCs, seemingly lending support to the linear distance hypothesis. Further analyses, however, suggested that the results in favor of, or relative ease of processing, object relative clauses were due, most likely, to the learners' excessive use of the canonical sentence strategy, which also led to nonsignificant correlations between WMC and learner performance on the picture selection task.
