Strategic agility plays an important role in maintaining a competitive advantage for companies, where information systems are introduced. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the introduction of the information system on the strategic agility of the company through the analysis of the "H" resort, which has recently built the information system. Research shows that the introduction of resort management information systems promotes the level of strategic sensitivity, collective commitments and resource liquidity, which are key elements of strategic agility. This study confirmed that the establishment of resort information system has a positive effect on practitioners who want to create strategic agility. However, this study is a single case study and it is difficult to argue that the introduction of information systems is a positive for the strategic agility approach.

Small islands in humid and hot climates have received less attention development due to lack of resources and difficulties for in-situ construction. This paper addresses this problem by presenting a modular system for sustainable construction of a resort hotel in accordance with the international tourism standards, in addition to, minimizing undesirable effects on nature. This has been achieved by review of literature in the scope of off-site construction and identification of the natural geographical features of Herndurabi Island. According to the information acquired, a feasibility study and design practice have been conducted to achieve a reasonable solution to equip Hendurabi Island as a sample with a self-sufficient prefabricate resort hotel. Findings indicate that the volumetric prefabricated modules would be a solution to devising a framework for design and construction in remote regions.

이 논문은 강원도의 u-Sports 시범 사업 일환으로 진행된 강원도 용평 스키장의 사각 지역 감시 시스템을 위한 효율적인 USN을 제안한다. 스키장의 사각 지역은 사람의 왕래가 뜸한 슬로프 외곽이나 관제의 시각 영역에서 벗어난 급경사 지역 등을 말하는데, 이런 지역에서 사고를 당하여 거동이 어려워지면 관제 센터에서는 이에 대한 신속한 대응이 어렵다. 이 논문의 사각 지역 감시 시스템은 다섯 개의 이미지 센서 노드가 설치된 사각 지역의 현재 모습을 제안된 USN을 통하여 중앙 관제 센터에서 실시간으로 관찰할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사고 당사자가 주변에 설치된 긴급 버튼을 누를 경우에는 긴급 이미지 및 경보가 관제 센터로 즉시 전송되어 신속한 구조를 가능하게 한다.

As the state of the art for handling Multimedia on the internet is developed a new system called WebCAM which services video and image came out. However, WebMIC site for audio services are still rare. In this work, we developed a system which enables anyone to listen audio in real-time through the internet. WebMIC system is implemented by connecting a server with a microphone and the recorded audio files are stored in a Database system. Because the microphones can be distributed sporadically, the developed system can be utilized for managing and advertizing a location. It also can be used to reduce the cost for the existing management system which is almost met by personnel expenses. Anyone who can connect to the internet can get this WebWIC service, so this system can produce a good effect if used in advertising any tourist resort.

Continual attempt to accumulate and apply information eventually gives birth to the concept of the 'Semantic Web'. Thus, the 'Semantic Web' can be defined as a product of mankind's desire to standardize information. A term of knowledge is used as information or data in computer science. These are regarded and are divided sometimes each other in terminologies that have similar meaning. If it is divided, knowledge is different from information. However, some kind of information in Knowledge Representation is called knowledge often if it can be expressed in computing system. Therefore, knowledge representation can talk as information representation. The purpose of the study is systematizing knowledge through knowledge representation that uses Delphi technique and ontology is designed by utilizing assistance editor called protege-2000 to construct semantic web environment's ontology. Level of interest regarding the construction and evaluation of search systems based on ontology is set to increase. If defined well, semantic can reflect human's thinking to knowledge information on web. Furthermore systematizes knowledge, search of information and comprehension about Jeju tour using present computer may be done intelligence.

현재 전국주요관광지의 관광해설사의 해설은 관광지를 이해하는데 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 그러나 주로 해설사의 활동공간은 실외이므로 육성으로 모두 알아들을 수 있는 상태가 아니다. 그러므로 마이크와 스피커 등을 이용하계 되는데 대부분의 관광해설의 경우 해설사의 움직임이 많아 의류 등에 부착하여 사용하는 부착식은 사용하기에 번거로움이 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 설치형 고정식 마이크를 사용하고 입력되는 음성을 적응형 필터를 이용하여 잡음을 최소화하도록 MCU(ATmega128), MSM7731-02 Oki-Dual Codec을 활용하여 On-board 시스템으로 구현하고, 필터 코덱과의 시리얼 통신방식으로 제어 프로그램을 구현하였다. 그 결과 가청방향을 최대 59ms, 회선반향 최대 27ms, 반향 감소 최대 35dB, 등의 적응형 잡음을 제거하는 시스템을 구현하였다.

본 연구는 수학여행과 같은 단체 테마 현장체험학습의 사고 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 안전관리에 대한 개선점과 안전관리대책을 제시하여 안전사고를 예방하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 단체 현장체험학습에서의 안전사고 사례인 세월호침몰사고, 경주 마우나 오션리조트 체육관 붕괴사고를 분석하는 사례 연구방법과 지금까지 연구되었던 선행연구들과 신문, 인터넷 검색자료, 관련 법률 등을 참고하는 문헌고찰을 주로 활용하였고 또한 관계 부처와 협조하여 자료를 수집하고 안전관리의 방안을 모색하였다. 두 가지 사례를 분석한 결과 각각의 문제점에 대한 개선점(법제도의 체계적인 개선, 국민 안전의식 고취, 안전관리자의 육성 및 교육, 재난대응 조직구성, 중앙구조본부 및 구조 구급대 설치, 재난대응체계의 혼선에 따른 정비, 국가의 자체적인 대응능력 강화, 재난훈련의 의무화 및 제재강화, 대비 대응절차의 특성에 따른 평가절차의 마련 등)을 바탕으로 안전한 사회를 위한 법제도적 기반 마련 및 재난관리체계 및 위험관리시스템의 정비를 기여할 수 있다는 결론을 내렸다.

이 연구는 국내 및 해외의 스쿠버다이빙리조트 활성화 요인을 도출하고 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 국내와 해외 스쿠버다이빙리조트의 경영대표, 교육팀장 등 운영에 관련된 전문가 30명을 대상으로 3차례에 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 국내와 해외의 활성화 요인을 비교 분석한 결과 공공다이빙 장소의 편의시설 확충, 다이버들을 위한 안전시설 및 의료시설 설치, AED, 산소 등 응급처치 시스템 구축, 다이빙 보트 내 입·출수 리프트, 화장실 등 편의시설 필요, 다이빙 보트 스크루 안전망 설치, 지역 보트 운항 가이드 라인, 스쿠버다이빙 정규 코스 교육 프로그램, 전문 스쿠버다이빙 강사 및 가이드 고용, 다양한 SNS를 이용한 소통 및 홍보, 다이버의 입소문을 통한 홍보, 지역 다이빙 리조트 연합회 활동, 한인 다이빙 연합회 활동, 지역 어촌계와의 소통 및 상생 정책, 지역 관광산업과 연계정책이 공통적인 중요 활성화 요인으로 나타났다.

지식기반의 경제사회가 도래하고 있다. 그것은 모든 중요한 과학기술정보를 수집ㆍ배포ㆍ보존하는 인프라, 즉 국가정보시스템의 성능이 그 국가의 존망과 생존을 결정하는 인자로 부상하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 그 구심체로서의 역할이 KISTI에 부여된 이상, 국내외 과학기술정보에 대한 최초의 관문과 최후의 보루로서의 위상을 확보하고 제기능을 수행하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 과학기술정보의 체계적 수집, 완벽한 보존, 그리고 적시적 제공이 국가의 정보경쟁력을 확보하고 궁극적으로 KISTI의 존재이유와 정체성을 결정하는 요체라는 전제 하에 현주소를 SWOT 분석하여 수집규모의 최적화 방안을 모색하였다.

For nuclear power plants (NPPs) to have long lifetimes, ageing is a major issue. Currently, ageing management for NPP systems is based on correlations built from generic experimental data. However, each system has its own characteristics, operational history, and environment. To account for this, it is possible to resort to prognostics that predicts the future state and time to failure (TTF) of the target system by updating the generic correlation with specific information of the target system. In this paper, we present an application of particle filtering for the prediction of degradation in steam generator tubes. With a case study, we also show how the prediction results vary depending on the uncertainty of the measurement data.
