국도건설공사 도로분야의 공종별 환경부하량 특성분석 (Analysis of Environment Emission Characteristics Each Construction Type for Road Field)

  • 최근 기후변화에 대응하기 위해 새롭게 체결된 파리협정에 따라 우리나라는 2030년까지 기준대비 37%의 탄소배출량 감축목표를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 28개 산업분류에서 3번째로 많은 이산화탄소를 배출하는 건설산업에서 보다 적극적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 완공된 국도건설사례들 중 터널과 교량을 제외한 도로분야만을 이용하여 전과정평가(LCA)를 실시하여 환경부하량을 산출 하였다. 산출된 환경부 하량을 기반으로 대공종의 대표공종을 선정한 결과 토공, 배수공, 포장공이 전체의 84%를 차지하였으며, 세부공종별 대표공종을 선정하여 각 세부공종별 환경부하량 특성을 분석하였다. 국도건설공사 시 환경부하량 공종별 배출특성을 이용한다면 환경부하량을 기반으로 하는 친환경적인 국도건설공사 의사결정에 도움이 될 것이다.

교량 상부구조 형식에 따른 보수공법 비용 비교분석 (Comparative Cost Analysis of Repair Method according to Bridge Superstructure Type)

  • The need for maintenance of bridge infrastructure is increasing due to aging, and the cost of maintaining the infrastructure must be calculated for effective budget distribution. Therefore, in this study, representative defects according to bridge superstructure type are derived to calculate the cost for each repair method. First of all, the representative bridges, PSCI girder bridge, Rahmen bridge, Steel box girder bridge, and RC slab bridge, were selected as superstructures using BMS data, and repair methods for defects were presented. In addition, the cost of the repair method by superstructure type was compared. This result is expected to predict total maintenance costs in consideration of the maintenance cycle.

모핑 기법을 활용한 40대 남성 하반신 가상모델 생성에 관한 연구 (A Study of 3D Virtual Fitting Model of Men's Lower Bodies in Forties by Morphing Technique.)

  • With rapid expansion in e-retailing of apparel business, personalized fitting model service shows the possibility as the differentiated marketing strategy in cyber shopping. According as necessity of personalized fitting model construction rises, it is tried personalized fitting model creation in several fields such as computer engineering, mechanical engineering, information engineering. But, because existent study was concentrated only on human body modeling, it does not reflect average morphological characteristics of human body properly. In this study, we wish to examine if morphing is fit for expressing characteristic of average human body shape and suggest desirable morphing. We used 3-D scan data of 254 Korean middle aged men collected by Size Korea 2004. The result of this study are as follows: Lower body types were categorized by height hip girth and lower drop(hip girth-navel girth) which were main factors of lower body shape. Then each factor was divided into 3 groups respectively, 30% in the middle, over 30%, under 30%. In 27 groups, the group which belonged to 30% in the middle of height, 30% in the middle of hip girth, 30% in the middle of lower drop was selected as a representative group. We tested geometrical figure by differ volume, tilt, position of point. And we created a representative type of men's lower bodies by morphing the representative group and analyzed it's horizontal, vertical sections. A representative type which was created by morphing reflected a real body and changed realistically at the part of hip, crotch, calf muscle and so on. A cross sections of a representative type were similar to average cross sections of the representative group in size and shape. So it was proved that morphing was successful.

Case Study of Slope Investigation on the Cretaceous Sedimentary Rocks Using the Geological Cross-Sections

  • The subjects of the study are the sedimentary rock slope of the Mesozoic Gyeongsang Supergroup, which has a high risk of failure. The orientation of the slope-face represents a variety of changing characteristics. The rocks of the slope shall be sandstone, siltstone and dacite, and discontinuities shall develop beddings, shear joints, extension joints, and dacite dyke boundary planes. The type and scale of failure varies depending on the type of rock and the strike/dip of the discontinuities, but the toppling failure prevails. Based on the face-mapping data, SMR, physical and mechanical testing of rocks, analysis and review of the stereonet projections and the critical equilibrium analysis, all four representative sections required a countermeasure method because the acceptable safety factor during dry and rainy seasons were far below Fs = 1.5 and Fs = 1.2. After applying the countermeasure method, both the dry and wet conditions of the slope exceeded the allowable safety factor. In particular, the face-mapping data of the slope-face, the geological cross-sections of several representative sections perpendicular to the slope-face, and the critical equilibrium analysis and the presentation of countermeasure methods that have been reviewed based on them are expected to be reasonable tools for the slope stability. In addition, it will be possible to use it as basic data for performance evaluation for slope maintenance.

  • The construction industry is a representative high levels of hazardous work environment, and the number of disasters in the construction industry is the highest compared to other industries. Information & Communication Technology(ICT) convergence technologies are being introduced worldwide, and this study considers ICT-based safety management cases at domestic and foreign, resulting in a list of technologies to recognize and resolve to construction site hazards. Technologies such as 「Development of hazard map considering cause, age, proficiency, type and timing of accident in construction industry」, 「Development of hazard map-based accident prediction platform using AI」, 「Development of smart safety management plan for whole construction work cycle」, 「Development of intelligent safety devices and smart safety equipment for mitigating hazard factors」 were derived as smart construction technologies that could solve this problem.

모듈러 건축의 현황과 활용에 관한 기초연구 - 사례조사 분석을 중심으로 - (A Basic Study on the Application of Modular Construction - Focused on the Analysis of Case Study -)

  • This research was for the investigation and analysis of the illustration of modular construction application which is different use by each school facility since modular construction related examples are rare in domestic situation, and it has a limitation because of its being basic research material for generating the basic form of modular construction. The research results are as followings. First, in case of school facility from illustration investigation results, module measurement of class modulation is as similar as $3m{\times}10m$, but in resident facility the planning of more flexible plane shape can be possible since modules of 6 cases are free and various, and facade form of various types can be appeared by combination of module unit. Second, as a result of the generated characteristics in compared analysis of representative examples, school facilities were highly indicated for movability and duration reduction areas, and the flexibility, economic efficiency, and environment-friendliness was indicated low relatively. Third, the basic planning types of modular construction can be largely divided into layered type, horizontal (straightway) type, and compound type. The layered type has a short traffic line and facility system and is appropriate for the low-rise form unless separate construction method is used since it is susceptible to load. The horizontal type is advantageous for securing an opening since it has wide extent in light but has a long traffic line and facility system. Finally, the compound type can be possible for planning of various forms but needs the combination of various unit modules and traffic line and facility plan for it can be difficult.

도로공사 대표공종의 생산성 정보 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Work-Crew based Daily-Productivity for Representative B.O.Q Item in Road Project)

  • 2004년 예정가격 산정방법으로 실적공사비 적산제도가 본격적으로 시행되면서 상대적으로 표준품셈 적산제도의 적용이 하락하였다. 그러나 2010년 하반기 예정가격 산정시 표준품셈 적산제도의 적용비중은 45%이며, 여전히 높은 적용비중을 유지하고 있다. 현행 표준품셈은 예정가격의 산정에 과도한 시간이 소요되고, 시공계획과 자원분배에 적용하기 어려운 단점이 있다. 이와 같은 단점을 개선하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 국내외 품셈의 형식을 고찰하여 이를 국내 도로분야 대표공종에 적용하여 기존 품셈을 일단위 작업조 기반 생산성 정보로 산출하여 유사한 조건하에서 일본 미국의 생산성 정보 및 현장자문을 통한 정보와 비교하였다. 본 연구를 통해 적용된 작업조기반 생산성 정보 산출 방법과 산출 정보의 효용성을 확인하고자한다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 표준품셈을 통한 작업조기반 생산성 정보 산정 방법'과 일단위 작업조 기반 생산성 정보를 제시하고자 한다.

  • Apartment houses are now a popular form of general housing, and the construction techniques and materials quality used to construct apartments are also continuously evolving as if they were representative. However, issues concerning flaws are constantly being reported in the press. This study attempts to analyze the trend of conflicts related to defects and to analyze the types of defects received in the apartment building, to suggest the development of the integrated defect management system, and to develop the construction based on the development of the system.

변단면 하로판형교의 계획 및 설계 (The Plan & Design for Through Plate Girder Bridge of Variable Section)

  • Recently, the railroad route plan is trying to minimize the damage of the local resident which is caused by railroad construction. For this reason, reducing the banking height of soil roadbed, lowering the bridge girder height of a solid intersection and a part of cross river, the through bridge type which can achieve a required span length must apply. The representative through bridges of railroad are arch bridges, truss bridges and plate girder bridges, the through plate girder bridge of variable section can apply that the span length of these bridges is about $30{\sim}50m$, namely, middle span length bridge types, and that can satisfy structural capacity and beauty of railroad at the same time. This paper introduces plan and design process of the Su-eo cheon bridge applied by a through plate girder bridge type of the Jinju-Gwangyang double track 6th construction ordered at Korea Rail network Authority in 2005.

하천공사 대표공종의 작업조 구성 및 생산성 정보 개발 (A Study on the Development of Work-Crew Based Daily-Productivity for Representative B.O.Q Item in River Conservation Project)

  • 표준품셈은 공공기관 및 민간기관의 공사비를 책정하는 기본적인 자료로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 하천공사에서 선정된 대표공종을 대상으로 새로운 형식의 표준품셈 및 장비의 작업량 산출방식을 제안하고자 한다. 품셈에서 작업조 구성의 정보 및 1일 생산성 정보의 제공이 가능하도록 함으로써 공정계획 단계에서 품셈의 적용성을 향상시키고 장비의 작업량 산출과정을 간소화하여 사용자의 편의성을 증대할 수 있기를 기대한다. 하천공사의 경우 작업조건이라는 변수가 매우 크게 작용하기 때문에 생산성 정보 및 기계의 작업량을 일반화 하는 것은 많은 어려움이 존재하지만 지속적인 생산성 정보와 기계의 작업량 정보를 개선하여 정확도를 향상할 수 있다면 품셈을 통한 공정계획 수립 및 적산과정의 간소화가 가능할 것이다.
