최근 대용량의 지리정보시스템(geographic information system, GIS) DB 보안 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 GIS 네트워크 보안 및 데이터 암호화 기법에 대해 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 이와 같은 기법들은 GIS 벡터맵 데이터에 대한 원천적인 불법 복제 및 유통에 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 GIS 벡터맵 데이터의 불법 복제 방지 및 권한제어를 위하여 GIS 벡터맵 압축영역 상에서 레이어 단위의 선택적 암호화 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법에서는 벡터공간 상에서 벡터맵 압축 과정에서 생성되는 최소부호단위(minimum coding attribute, MCA)의 중점좌표와 방향 파라미터들에 대한 선택적 암호화를 각각 수행한다. 첫 번째 선택적 암호화에서는 MCA 레코드의 중점좌표 위치를 임의치환 함으로써 위치 암호화를 수행한다. 두 번째 선택적 암호화에서는 각 레코드 내의 좌표값들에 대한 방향 정보를 암호화함으로써 지형의 형태를 변화시키는 방향성 암호화를 수행한다. 실험 결과로부터 제안한 벡터맵 데이터 암호화 기법이 낮은 계산복잡도와 대용량 벡터맵 데이터를 효과적으로 암호화 할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 또한 제안 기법이 AES, DES 등의 일반적인 데이터 암호화 기법을 사용하는 콘텐츠 암호화 기술들에서 발생되는 압축효율의 저하를 최소화할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

There are stone sculptures diversely shaped in several parts of Gyeongbokgung. Geunjeongjeon is a place where the stone sculptures are intensively placed among the various palace buildings of Gyeongbokgung, and it is more important because it contains the phases of the age of the dynasty and the symbolism of governing philosophy. What can be seen in the structure of auspicious animal sculptures is based on the form of instinctive thought that the heavenly and human order systems are in an organic correspondence with each other, especially with regard to astronomical events such as Samwon Sasin 12jisin 28su. The parts that have been interpreted only in Sasin and 12jisin in the interpretations such as wild dogs, Gyoryong, camels, wolves, and apes were able to clarify the contents by revealing the form of 28su. In particular, as Beopsu Ssangbeopsu at the corner may be related to the guardian deity who governs water, called Yimun, Chimi, and Chimun, it is one of Bibo's ways to protect the palace that was vulnerable to fire. In addition, the shape of the existing 28su placed Dambi, but Ha Woldae at the Geunjeongjeon was assumed to have a camel statue and a planned arrangement of double meaning with the Bibo form of Pungsu Sasinsa, and it is also a feature of the arrangement of Woldae at the Geunjeongjeon. The actual composition of auspicious animals at the Nambogye of Geunjeongjeon was in the order of Haechi, wild dogs, horses and Jujak, and the contents of "Gyeongbokgung Construction Daily Record" were in the order of Haechi, horses, wild dogs, and Jujak. As to different composition layouts, based on the contents of the "Gyeongbok palace Construction Daily Record", the composition of Samjae Cheonjiin (天地人) was interpreted differently from the conventional interpretation of the arrangement of Woldae. All of these forms are associated with defense systems in the four directions and have become animal representations of each direction. The auspicious animal statues placed on the railing of Geunjeongjeon Woldae can be seen as reflected in a single building with the three dimensional personality that includes Pungsu's Bibo personality with the symbolic meaning that reveals the centrality as Jeong Jeon, the nation's best politics let alone the ideological system of the ancient astronomical of the East called Men Heaven Unity.

본 연구의 목적은 기록시스템이 갖추어야 할 기록관리 기능요건으로 널리 활용되었던 ISO 16175 표준의 개정을 알리고 주요내용을 분석함으로써 향후 기록시스템 분야의 연구와 업무활용을 촉진하는 것이다. 2015년부터 본 국제표준의 개발에 참여했던 경험을 바탕으로 본 연구는 표준의 개정배경과 개정과정, 주요내용을 분석하고, 이를 우리나라 기록시스템 실무와 연계하여 제한적으로나마 시사점을 도출하고 후속 연구를 제안하고자 하였다. ISO 16175 세트는 2010~2011년 ISO 16175-1, 2, 3으로 제정되었고, ISO 15489의 개정과 디지털환경의 변화에 맞추어 2020년 ISO 16175-1, 2로 재구성되고 내용이 수정되었다. 본 국제표준은 기록을 관리하는 소프트웨어를 위한 절차와 기능요건으로 제1부는 디지털기록을 관리하는 어플리케이션이 가져야 할 기본적인 기능요건 및 이와 관련된 지침을, 제2부는 기록 소프트웨어의 설계와 실행 및 유지관리에 대한 지침을 수록하고 있다. 본 표준은 기록시스템이 반드시 기록관리만을 위한 시스템이나 소프트웨어가 되어야 할 필요는 없으며, 어떤 형태로든 기록관리 기능을 수행할 수 있어야 함을 전제로 한다.

본 논문은 감은사 금당지 석재의 태극문양 의미를 기하학적 도형원리를 통해 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 감은사의 태극문양에 대해서는 수리천문학적으로 해석한 것이 고작인데, 본 논문은 문헌을 바탕으로 기하학적 의미를 통하여 호국정신의 감은사 창건유래가 역사기록과 일치할 수도 있음을 규명하고자 하였다. 특히 창건유래와 지리적 위치, 당시 최고 교육기관인 국학에서 『구장산술』을 교육과목으로 한 점과 수학 지식들이 당 농업과 건축, 예술 등 모든 분야에 영향을 준 점에 주목하였다., 그리고 발굴된 금당의 구조가 약 60cm 높이의 석조유구로 지하공간을 이루고 있어 금당 아래에서는 동해 바닷물이 바로 감은사지 아래까지 들어오는 '문무대왕 수중릉→용지→용당'으로 이어지는 용수로의 흔적과 역사기록 등을 고려하면, 이를 전설이나 고사로 치부하기 보다는 해룡이 머무를 수 있도록 감은사를 창건했다는 유래와 깊은 상관성이 있다고 추정할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 금당지 석재의 태극문양과 태극의 좌우로 톱날과 같은 삼각형문양 해석의 실마리를 동양 천원지방(天圓地方)과 서양 원(圓)도형의 원주율과 관련된 원적(圓積)에서 찾아보았다. 결론적으로 태극과 삼각형 문양은 음양조화의 상징인 용(龍)과 신(神)을 나타내는데, 이는 창건유래와 부합하는 상징도형으로 우리민족이 신비한 용을 음양조화의 상징으로 보았고 이에 대응한 음양조화 도형인 태극문양을 사용하여 신성시해 왔다는 것으로 결론 내릴 수 있다.

집합 기반 POI 검색 기법은 부정확한 질의어 입력 시 검색결과의 재현율과 정확도가 현저히 떨어지는 기존 하드매칭 기법에 비해 우수한 성능을 보인다. 하지만 집합 개념을 바탕으로 했기 때문에 한 POI 레코드 내에 중복으로 포함된 동일 글자들을 구분하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하여 한 POI 내에 동일 글자가 여러 개 등장해도 동작하는 개선된 집합 기반 POI 검색 기법을 제시하고 구현하였다. 또한 개선된 집합 기반 POI 검색 기법의 검색결과와 기존 집합 기반 POI 검색 기법의 검색결과를 비교하는 실험을 통해 레코드 내에 중복으로 포함된 동일 글자가 있는 레코드에 대한 검색 성능이 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

최근 국내외에서 주목을 받아 온 한국영화는 질적, 양적으로 성장하였지만, 제작비 상승으로 해외시장 진출을 고려하지 않으면 안 되는 시점에 와 있다. 본 연구는 한국영화 수출액의 50% 이상을 차지하는 일본 시장에 초점을 맞춰 수출된 한국 영화 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 일본에 수출된 영화들은 한국에서 흥행성적이 좋았던 영화, 일본에서 인지도가 있는 감독과 배우가 출연한 영화 비중이 높았고, 내용면에서는 일본 원작 영화의 수출 비율이 높았다. 장르에 있어서는 멜로 장르의 비중이 높고 코미디 수출은 저조하여 코미디가 문화적 할인율이 높은 장르임을 시사하였다. 본 연구는 실제 데이타에 의한 계량적 분석을 통해 해외 시장에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 일본에 수출할 영화를 기획할 때 프리프로덕션 단계에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공한 의의를 가진다.

플랜트 프로젝트의 배관공사는 플랜트 설비의 중요한 공종(工種)이다. 종래에는 시공 현장에서 작업자가 수백장의 배관스풀 도면과 문서를 가지고 다니면서 설치 확인 내용을 기록하고, 현장사무실에서 기록한 사항을 다시 시스템에 입력 혹은 문서작성을 해야 하기 때문에 중복 업무가 발생하여 배관 공사의 효율성 저하 및 공기지연을 초래한다. 또한, 각각 다른 장소에서 각 다른 작업자가 설치 이력 관리 업무를 수행하기 때문에 통합적인 공정관리를 하려면 전체적인 공기가 많이 소요된다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 배관스풀마다 서로 다른 QR Code를 부착하고 배관공사중에 배관스풀의 이력을 유무선망과 연계하여 QR Code로 통합 관리하는 안드로이드 어플리케이션을 구현하고자 한다.

Many people including teachers and students' parents must assist each student who will be a hero of future to develop their potential abilities and acquire various skills. Counseling is a fundamental thing to achieve this goal. But, in reality, it is usually difficult to do counseling which makes it possible to establish desirable self-view and world view expertly and systema tically because of burdensome task of teachers, spatial and time limit and students' extracurri cular activities. Taking advantages of computer networking, this research was designed to solve various problematic situations we can usually face with in school and home, to reduce limitations among three parties: teachers, parents and students, and to keep record continuously on the process and contents of counseling. And, also, this research is focused to web-based counseling network that makes possible to build database system easily adapts to specialty of each schools. Web based counseling system will provide these advantages: 1. Through analyzing and editing which will be done by expert In of accumulated database, to realize more systematic and expert database will be possible. 2. Owing to the physical characteristic of cyber space, counseling will be done any time and anywhere the computer is. 3. Because it is possible to minimize social limitations on physical condition, communication channel and anonymity of cyber space, counseling will be relatively easy to perform. 4. The contents of counseling will be automatically recorded on the database.

This study is a report on the restoration process and future projects involving the restoration of the medical records from 1914 to 1974. Cheong-Gang Young-Hoon Kim was born in 1882 and passed away in 1974. His times were the times when Korean Traditional Medicine was being neglected due to the introduction of Western Medicine through Japan. During this time Young-Hoon Kim put much effort into the Korean Traditional Medicine Restoration Movement and left over 150,000 medical records while consistently examining patients. Currently, this data can be found at the College of Oriental Medicine, Kyunghee University and is being compiled into a database as a part of the 2007 Knowledge of Oriental Medicine Web Service Project. The Preface and Chapter 1 introduce the author and the contents of the Cheong-Gang Medical Records, and Chapter 2 briefly discusses the necessity of providing digitalization and modernization to the medical records. Chapter 3 discusses the preservation process of the original medical records, chapter 4 describes the process of restoring and providing web access to the contents of the medical records, and chapter 5describes the main purpose of the medical records as well as future projects and an outlook involving the Knowledge of Oriental Medicine Web Service Project.

본 논문에서는 다양한 연구 활동을 유도하기 위해 구축된 지능형 학회 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 사례를 다루었다. 본 시스템은 회원 정보와 학회활동 기록 등의 데이터를 기반으로 데이터마이닝을 수행하여 데이터마이닝 과정에서 나타난 여러 유용한 학회활동 규칙들을 생성함으로서 회원들과 효과적으로 상호작용 할 수 있도록 했다. 데이터마이닝은 여러 기법들 중 의사결정나무알고리즘(Decision Tree Algorithm)을 사용했다. 분석된 정보를 이용해 사용자 위주의 운영정책과 동적 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 웹사이트 개인화 계획을 제시한다.
