Coronary Intervention treatment has become the core that is the test of cardiac catheterization to conduct treatment with Coronary Arteriography. Operators must be careful in Coronary Intervention treatment because the stent is inserted into the point of narrowing of blood vessel. So, the operator must correctly recognize the path of blood vessel to deal with the problems which are damages and ruptures of blood vessel, and there would be some errors of finding the path of blood vessel by bad qualify of the image. Therefore in this paper, median filtering is conducted by preprocessing to evaluate the performance of the effect of noise of the image that affects quality of the image and Fuzzy Edge Extraction Techniques is tested by using Soble Edge Extraction Techniques to compare the performance with The Fuzzy Edge Extraction Techniques. In result, the performance, removing the noise and extracting the signal of Fuzzy Edge Extraction Techniques using median filtering, demonstrates the superiority.
Mathematics is the subject that requires high mental function such as the ability of logically thinking and investigating. Because of the reason there exists much greater difference in students' individual scholastic abilities in mathematics class than in other classes. Recently many schools organize students into two or three level-based mathematics classes according to each student's level to solve the problem. But in spite of its many merits the new system of class organization has some problems. The problem which is pointed out as the most serious thing frequently is that many teachers still use the same textbook and the same teaching method for all students, not considering student's level. Obviously it causes the reduction of students' interest and motivation. In this point of view, I tried to solve such a problem by development and application of level learning materials reconstructed text book according to students' abilities and levels through this research. As the result of the research to examine the changes of students' emotional factors such as the recognition, interest, and attitude which influence on improving self-educability in learning mathematics has occurred, the following conclusion comes out. 1. Through the mathematics class utilizing level learning materials reconstructed textbook, students come to recognize that level learning materials are more effective than uniformed contents of the same textbook and get more active learning attitude. 2 The application of level learning materials in a level-based class has contributed to increasing students' interest in mathematics. Furthermore it was also effective in the positive changes of students' emotional factors such as the recognition, interest, and attitude which influence on improving self-educability in learning mathematics.

In this paper, we design and implement an Android-based Hangul food menu recognition application that recognizes characters from images captured by a smart phone. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is divided into preprocessing, recognition and post-processing. In the preprocessing process, the characters are extracted using Maximally Stable Extremal Regions (MSER). In recognition process, Tesseract-OCR, a free OCR engine, is used to recognize characters. In the post-processing process, the wrong result is corrected by using the dictionary DB for the food menu. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, experiments were conducted to compare the recognition performance using the actual menu plate as the DB. The recognition rate measurement experiment with OCR Instantly Free, Text Scanner and Text Fairy, which is a character recognizing application in Google Play Store, was conducted. The experimental results show that the proposed method shows an average recognition rate of 14.1% higher than other techniques.

This study attempts to grasp the correlation between the image of bridges and bridge landscapes with their surroundings during day and nighttime viewing, and to understand the psychological influence of nighttime lighting through quantitative analysis. In addition, it presents a design to construct bridges in order to increase viewers enjoyment of bridge landscapes lit at night. To attain this objective and contrive generalization of the results, this paper selects 8 of 9 bridges with lightings in Seoul and excludes bridges constructed by 2004. The criteria for selection of the viewpoints is that each must be within easy reach of bridges, and must allow viewers to recognize surrounding landscape details both in daylight and at night. As well, the pictures of bridges are taken in the terraced land by the riverside. The study selects 16 pictures, judged to be of similar quality and angle, to establish the conditions of luminosity, color, definition and angle. The results are as follows. First, viewers preferences of night landscapes are higher than day landscapes due to the effect of lighting. By day, viewers preferred bridges with various structures such as cable-stayed bridges and arch bridges more than simple bridges like girder bridges. Viewers also indicated preferences for lightings which feature a unique color and which are harmonized with their surroundings. Second, components representing the images of bridge landscape are classified into three types, 'beauty', 'system' and 'agreeableness'. Third, the factors affecting preference are the shape of bridge by day and lighting at night. Esthetic appeal is the most important factor in visual preference so each bridges own esthetic appeal and surroundings must be considered. Thus, a complete plan must be created which considers safety, beauty and the local surroundings. In addition, when the lighting of a bridge is selected, the design of the bridge landscape must consider various lighting schemes to harmonize the upper and lower parts of the structure. At this point, the study reveals the basic elements of bridge planning in order to increase appreciation of the bridge landscape.
The Contemporary consumer society demands companies to emphasize more on the brand marketing that can deliver the brand identities distinguished from those of competing companies. In today's environment, the meaning of consumption is not only a simple purchase of a product, but also assimilation into images, experience and emotional aspects of the brand. The flagship stores of brands take the advantage of the tendency seriously and utilize the envelopes of the building as marketing catalysts to establish their brand identities. This paper aims to investigate the possibility of the architectural envelope as a marketing element to establish the brand identities, by analyzing the design techniques that enhance the visual effects utilizing innovative application of material, pattern and connection details. it is studied that the function of architectural envelope's change from past to recent date and role of architectural envelope as means of marketing for expression brand image in contemporary commerce space and elements that can be applied on architectural envelope with theoretical consideration about marketing and brand identity. Also this paper will research about experience elements because the process for consumers to recognize brand image with architecture is the process of visual experience. And through example research, this paper will study interrelationship between visual system of cognition to be expressed on architectural envelope.

According to seventh curriculum, new types of school design have been developed recently. However there are hardly any data of national status about plan and area organization, types and number of rooms of those. On this background, the purpose of this study is to provide fundamental resources for architectural designing and planning of high schools and to recognize national status of plan organizations of high schools through collecting 53 school's standard design drawings(arrangement, plan drawing) which city, province education office drafted for 4 years(from 1997 to 2000) and analyzing them into plan types, building area and type, number and area of rooms. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The range of class number of designed 53 high schools varies from 24 to 36 and 36-class-schools are 47.2% of all. Average number of class is 34.1. As a result we can find out large scale schools are mainly designed. 2. Among 53 schools, 21 schools have the department system but few of them equipped sufficient rooms and their features are very manifold. After recognizing utilization status of each schools, the standards of room type, number and plan organization should be proposed. In terms of plan type for fluent level based transferring class, most of schools are not apt. 3. In the status of type and number of rooms related to class number, range is very wide. So simplification is necessary. 4. The variations of building area, area per a class and area per a student are very large so that standard of adequate area should be established. 5. That every school which has different plan organization from conventional schools exceeds ministry of education's minimum area standards shows those standards cannot cover the diverse plan design of school. So more adequate standards should be proposed. 6. Area and number of Teacher's research room and Home Base are also very manifold from school to school. They are also considered to be simplified immediately.
The next generation mobile computing technology is recently attracting attention that smartphone and wearable device imbedded with various sensors are being deployed in the world. Existing activity and posture recognition research can be divided into two different ways considering feature of one's movement. While activity recognition focuses on catching distinct pattern according to continuous movement, posture recognition focuses on sudden change of posture and body orientation. There is a lack of research constructing a system mixing two separate patterns which could be applied in real world. In this paper, we propose a method to use both smartphone and wearable device to recognize activity and posture in the same time. To use smartphone and wearable sensor data together, we designed a pre-processing method and constructed recognition model mixing signal vector magnitude and orientation pattern features of vertical and horizontal. We considered cycling, fast/slow walking and running activities, and postures such as standing, sitting, and laying down. We confirmed the performance and validity by experiment, and proved the feasibility in real world.
This study was carried out to analyze different types of information services to industries, provided by the Technical Information Department of government-supported research institutes. Today, demands on information of new technology have been rapidly increased with the expansion of information mind in enterprises. Managers, specially in profit organizations, are hunting for the technological information since they recognize that acquisition of information is directly connected with the success of business and technological innovation. However, it is not easy for them to get appropriate information due to such factors as competition, information blocking among profit organizations, shortage of holding library, etc. The roles of SciTech libraries can be divided into two parts; the first one is to promote information exchange among organizations, and the second one to supply users with proper information, processed and analyzed by the specialists. In this study, fifteen Technical Information Department of government-supported research institutes are surveyed to investigate their information services to industries. The results of survey show that their services are not enough to support industries successfully.

This study aims to find out the dimension of consumers' shopping values in internet clothing purchase, and the relation of their relational quality with shopping malls and their shopping behavior depending on the type of their shopping values. For this purpose, this study surveyed 343 male and female consumers in their 20s or 30s for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet shopping malls. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through internet survey in July 2008. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and $X^2$-test are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows. First, consumers' shopping value dimensions in internet shopping for clothes are found 4 factors of fun, economic utility, information, and shopping convenience. Second, based on shopping value dimensions, consumers are categorized into an practicality-seeking, an economic utility/fun-seeking, a fun-seeking, and an information/fun-seeking group. Third, there are significant differences in relational quality, customer loyalty, favorable word of mouth, and repurchase intention depending on shopping value-based consumer types. In particular, the economic utility/fun-seeking and information/fun-seeking group have higher values on relational quality and shopping behavior variables than other groups. Thus internet shopping mall businesses need to recognize these group of consumers as their core customers and develop programs to maintain a long-term relationship with them.

The purpose of this research is to accomplish the goal of science education based in the seventh science course of study by suggesting the plan for development of executable method in the learning process of Earth Science education and establishing a practical model to evaluate its achievement. Furthermore, the idea of this research is to recognize a way of using and consideration at practical use of the model. Since the purpose of the educational evaluation is to maximize the efficiency of school studying, there are some negative aspects in our current method of evaluation to achieve the purpose. New system has been introduced into the educational evaluation to resolve such a critical issue. Despite some positive aspects in the system, it could not be escaped from the multiple choice and pens examination. This could be caused by in various limitations, especially the insufficiency of teachers' awareness and the data about the Performance assessment. This research is to develop and use the practical model for the Performance assessment in consideration of current educational circumstances of Junior and High school. The model of the Performance assessment in this research is to sufficiently evaluate student's ability and skill in the learning process of Earth Science education. Hence, it is dedicated to the education for human being and improve quality in the learning process of the Earth Science education among the modern society, which is characterized globalization and information. Furthermore, it may promote the growth of various character of students and increase creativity and skill for the problem solving.
