In the most current Turn-key bidding and Alternative design, is going to establish maintenance plan along with a economical assessment (VE/LCC assessment etc). Generally, establishment of maintenance plan is based on past experiences that are decided upon sensor position and amount with analytic or mechanical control section. But, it is more reasonable that maintenance plan based on level of significance for Probabilistic Risk, with presuming damage probability assessment of structural fracture scenarios. Therefore, in this study it is considered about the technique that an improved maintenance plan of railroad structures using PRA (Probabilistic Risk Assessment) on the basis of structural reliability theory. For this, in the paper, Preventive maintenance plan based on PRA is suggested with an application example of Pansong-Line (Line number 3) railway in Pusan works that actually executed Turn-key design.

EPC seeks to minimize variability by transferring the output variable to a related process input(controllable) variable, while SPC seeks to reduce variability by detecting and eliminating assignable causes of variation. Tn the case of product control, a very reasonable objective is to try to minimize the variance of the output deviations from the target or set point. We consider an alternative EPC model with second-order autoregressed disturbance. We compare three control systems; EPC, EPC combined system with EWMA, CUSUM and Shewhart. This paper shows through simulation that the performance of the integrated model of EPC and SPC is more preferable than that of EPC.

In construction work, safety accidents often occur in combination with unstable physical and human conditions during preparation and execution of work. In Korea, the accident rate is higher to that of any country in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures by fundamental prescription. In this paper, in the case of construction safety management, we tried to find a reasonable alternative through a questionnaire survey to apply to subcontracting and small-scale construction. In conclusion, workers who are well aware of the task could be able to reduce the accident rate by deploying them as safety management officers after receiving the training.

The deteriorted high-rise apartments make a social problem in now days. As a result, and new alternative plan for deteriorted high-rise apartments such as the remodeling concept must be considered. This study aims to develop the remodeling items which is the guide lines when remodeling of the apartment will be conducted. Thorough the case studies of maintenance and repair status of the deteriorted apartments in seoul, reasonable guidelines for selection of remodeling items were developed. Physical maintenance items includes those that need major repair activity like wall painting, water proof roof, change/repairs/implement of heating system, boiler, city gas pipelines, cold and hot water pipes, elevators, cleaning of water tanks. The period of repair is shorter than the durable year of law or codes. As a result of the study, basic maintenance items and actual repair period were proposed. This result will be the basic guidelines for remodeling items.

This paper presents the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to evaluate water resources plan for agricultural reservoir. Preference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to estimate weight and priority of alternatives to find out the most reasonable and efficient way of water resources assessment. The 6 criteria that both decision maker and beneficiary are satisfied have been identified to secure agricultural water resources and then the priority of 10 subcriteria was set. An enhanced PROMETHEE-AHP model was used to perform pairwise comparison and find out the priority of each alternative because the existing decision making model have uncertainty and ambiguity. Comparison analysis of decision making models was carried out to find a way of suitable decision making and validity of PROMETHEE-AHP model was suggested.

Users' demands on the space are changing in variety. These demands include reasonable space and form, harmonious composition with surroundings and esthetic satisfaction that could be brought by personal tastes and preferences. In addition, models that are introduced from designing process and from various forms tend to lack objective decision making standard. Accordingly it is difficult to find a clear alternative plan and process. In an effort to solve these problems, the objects of this study are; to propose an analysis model of image and space by using image process techniques that are on study in the field of artificial intelligence based on acquisition of digital image and to verify the application possibilities of such analysis model, 'Isovist' on quantitative analysis. The model can be applied with variable analysis model, as digital image process and other analysis model such as 'Isovist' It is possible that further study can complement problems from this study.

The ECO2 building energy simulation program is used on the assessment project for building energy certification of non-dwelling buildings in Korea. In the design of energy efficient buildings, it is beneficial to identify the most important design parameters in oder to more efficiently develop alternative design solutions or reach optimized design solutions. The sensitivity analyses will be used at a reasonable early stage of the building design process, where it is still possible to influence the most important design parameters. In this study, the sensitivity analysis is focused on building envelope parameters such as U-values, SHGC and Wall-window ration.

In the democratic country, it is the very natural principle that political party makes the candidate. In spite of that the nomination of political party abolition issue is not in the local election the problem of is being easily solved. Therefore, the recent argument about the nomination of political party of the basic local election and overseas case were organized and the reasonable alternative was sought for. As to the argument related to the nomination of political party, the discussion in which the groping of the waste paper or new alternative is needed stops so that the existing politicians can overcome the nomination of political party evil in spite of the opposition position. In the positive investigation, the populations which are many in the waste paper of the system of public nomination by party agree.
