The complex [Zn(L)₂(H₂O)₄] (1) (L = isonicotinate) has been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1, with a = 6.9062(4) , b = 9.2618(7) , c = 6.3313(3) , α = 104.986(6)°, β = 112.865(4)°, γ = 96.213(6)°, V = 350.41(4) , Z = 1, R₁(wR₂) for 1225 observed reflections of [I > 2σ(I)] was 0.0209 (0.0591). The coordination environment of the zinc atom can be described as an octahedron in which the isonicotinato ligands are mutually trans. Compound 1 is also connected into a two-dimensional chain via hydrogen-bonds.

Purpose: ((R)-1-(2-chlorophenyl)-N-1-[$^{11}$C]methyl-N(1-propyl)-3-isoquinoline carboxamide ((R)-PK11195) is a specific ligand for the peripheral type benzodiazepine receptor and a marker of activated microglia, used to measure inflammation in neurologic disorders. We report here that a direct and simple radiosynthesis of [$^{11}$C](R)-PK11195 in mild condition using NaH suspension in DMF and one-step loop method. Materials and Methods: (R)-N-Desmethyl-PK11195 (1 mg) in DMSO (0.1 mL) and NaH suspension in DMF (0.1 mL) were injected into a semi-prep HPLC loop. [$^{11}$C]methyl iodide was passed through HPLC loop at room temperature. Purification was performed using semi-preparative HPLC. Aliquots eluted at 11.3 min were collected and analyzed by analytical HPLC and mass spectrometer. Results: The labeling efficiency of [$^{11}$C](R)-PK11195 was 71.8$\pm$8.5%. The specific activity was 11.8:$\pm$6.4 GBq/$\mu$mol and radiochemical purity was higher than 99.2%. The mass spectrum of the product eluted at 11.3 min showed m/z peaks at 353.1 (M+1), indicating the mass and structure of (R)-PK11195. Conclusion: By the one-step loop method with the [$^{11}$C]CH3l automated synthesis module, [$^{11}C$](R)-PK11195 could be easily prepared in high radiochemical yield using NaH suspension in DMF.

We consider a generalization of [1. theorem 2.5]. We give a description of the element of $_{\mathcal I}^l$(resp. $_{\mathcal I} ^r$), where A and B are left (resp. right)${\mathcal I}$-ideals of an IS-algebra X. For a nonempty left (resp. right) stable, we obtain a condition for $_{\mathcal I}^l$(resp. $_{\mathcal I}^l$) to be closed. We give a characterization of a closed $\mathcal I$-ideal in an IS-algebra, and show that in a finite IS-algebra, every $\mathcal I$-ideal is closed.

This experimental study was designed to investigate the effects of FOENICULI FRUCTUS freeze dry powder (FF) on the change of cerebral hemodynamics [regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure (MABP)] in normal and further to determine the mechanism of action of FF. The results in normal rats were as follows ; FF significantly increased rCBF in a dose-dependent, but decreased MABP, This results were suggested that FF significantly increased rCBF by dilating PAD. The FF-induced increase in rCBF was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with 1H[1,2,4]oxadizolo[4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ, 10 ${\mu}$g/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase and indomethacin (IDN, 1 mg/kg, i.p.), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and propranolol (PPN, 3 mg/kg, i.p.), a blocker of adrenalic f receptor and Lu-Nitro-L-Arginine (L-NNA, 1 m9/kB, i.p.), an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase. The FFE-induced decrease in MABP was significantly increased by pretreatment with L-NNA and was increased by pretreatment with PPN, Dut was inhibited by pretreatment with ODQ and IDN, This results were suggested that the mechanism of FF was mediated by nitric oxide synthase and adrenalic ${\beta}$ receptor.

Electronic structure calculations have become a powerful foundation for computational materials engineering. Four major factors have enabled this unprecedented evolution, namely (i) the development of density functional theory (DFT), (ii) the creation of highly efficient computer programs to solve the Kohn-Sham equations, (iii) the integration of these programs into productivity-oriented computational environments, and (iv) the phenomenal increase of computing power. In this context, we describe recent applications of the Vienna Ab-initio Simulation Package (VASP) within the MedeA$^{(R)}$ computational environment, which provides interoperability with a comprehensive range of modeling and simulation tools. The focus is on technological applications including microelectronic materials, Li-ion batteries, high-performance ceramics, silicon carbide, and Zr alloys for nuclear power generation. A discussion of current trends including high-throughput calculations concludes this article.

Insulin-like growth factors (IGF-1 and IGF-2) play an important regulatory role in premplantation embryonic development. To study the role of IGF-1 during premplantation embryonic development in mouse, the presence of mRNA transcripts for IGF-1 and IGF-lR in the oocytes and preimplantation embryos was examined. In this study, the transcripts of IGF-1 was detected in oocytes using primers for IGF-1. The PCR products were identified by Msp I restriction enzyme digest. We revealed that the transcripts of IGF-1 and IGF-1R were presented in the oocytes and preimplantation embryos. The highest mRNA levels in GV stage oocytes were decreased at 4- or 8-cell stage and then reincreased upto blastocyst. The presence of IGF-1 and IGF-lR in GV-oocytes suggests that the transcripts in the early stage embryos were derived from maternal genome. Additionally, the presence of IGF-1 and IGF-lR in the oocytes and preimplantation embryos suggests that IGF-1 plays an autocrine role during preimplantation embryonic development through IGF-lR as a signalling pathway.

Then for 0 < r ≤ R ≤ k, Aziz and Zargar [4] proved $${\max\limits_{{\mid}z{\mid}=R}}\;{\mid}p^{\prime}(z){\mid}\;{\leq}\;{\frac{nR^{{\mu}-1}(R^{\mu}+k^{\mu})^{{\frac{n}{\mu}}-1}}{(r^{\mu}+k^{\mu})^{\frac{n}{\mu}}}\;{\max\limits_{{\mid}z{\mid}=r}}\;{\mid}p(z){\mid}}$$. In this paper, we obtain the L^q version of the above inequality for q > 0. Further, we extend a result of Aziz and Shah [3] into L^q analogue for q > 0. Our results not only extend some known polynomial inequalities, but also reduce to some interesting results as particular cases.

1. Result As the study for standardization of EAV's measurement values according to constitution and sex and age, the questionnaire on QSCC and QSCC(I) and EAV were carried out to 603 general patients in east : west promotion health center affiliated to Kyung Hee Medical center. The following conclusions were reached as the result of statistical handling of the data of questionnaire and EAV. 1) Each standard scope of BAZ and CMP was suggested. 2) BAZ and CMP examined about constitution did not show any statistical difference. 3) The result of examination by sex on BAZ and CMP is such as followings. A meaningful difference was showed at the level of p<0.001 in HH, HEL, HFR, and FF in case of male on BAZ. meaningful difference were showed at the level of p<0.001 in R3, R4, R18, L3, L16 and L18 and at the level of P<0.01 In R5, R8, R12, L7, L9, L10, L11, and L13 and at the level of P<0.05 in R1, R2, R6, R11, R13, R14, R16, R17, R19, R20, L1, L2, L4, L5, L14, L17, and L19 in case of male on CMP. There was no statistical difference in R7, R9, R10, R15, L12, and L15. 4) In every measure point of both BAZ and CMP a meaningful difference was notified at the level of P<0.01 by age. 2. Suggestion 1)Environmental, examinee and examiner's factors which may cause error in EAV measurement should be excluded. 2)The factor of change by time and space should be clarified. 3)The correlation between disease and meridian should be learned. And scopes of BAZ and CMP according to disease should be studied.

La situation de la $r{\acute{e}}gion$ rurale et maritime de la province de Jeollanam-do en $Cor{\acute{e}}e$ du sud se $caract{\acute{e}}rise$ par une relative $p{\acute{e}}nurie$ de population. Le projet 'Ces ${\hat{I}}les$ que l'on aime visiter', $g{\acute{e}}r{\acute{e}}$ par la province de Jeollanam-do, s'articule autour de villages insulaires lieux de bien- ${\hat{e}}tre$ pour viser une augmentation de la population. Il s'agit de $d{\acute{e}}velopper$ le tourisme durable en s'appuyant sur la $beaut{\acute{e}}$ des paysages naturels, l'histoire, la culture et les traditions de cette $r{\acute{e}}gion$ insulaire. Pour cela, la participation active des habitants est essentielle. Cette ${\acute{e}}tude$ a pour but de $r{\acute{e}}fl{\acute{e}}chir$ aux moyens de $d{\acute{e}}velopper$ la participation des habitants en se fondant sur une $enqu{\hat{e}}te$ $men{\acute{e}}e$ dans la campagne. Nous avons mutuellement $analys{\acute{e}}$ entre les moyens de la participation des habitants et l'apanage $d{\acute{e}}mographique$ ${\grave{a}}$ cause de leurs $r{\acute{e}}sultats$ $diff{\acute{e}}rentes$. Voici les moyens de la participation des habitants $fond{\acute{e}}s$ sur la $caract{\acute{e}}ristique$ communautaire: $l^{\prime}activit{\acute{e}}$ $r{\acute{e}}mun{\acute{e}}ratrice$ communautaire; $l^{\prime}am{\acute{e}}lioration$ de l'habitat; les loisirs dans la $r{\acute{e}}gion$. Nous proposons plusieurs exemples pour $d{\acute{e}}velopper$ des programmes $fond{\acute{e}}s$ sur la participation des habitants de $l^{\prime}{\hat{i}}le$ de Nangdo, d'un rite communautaire maritime et des programmes ${\acute{e}}ducationnels$ d'explication touristique.

Let $S_{i}$ be the numerical semigroup generated by the set ${a,\;a{\;}+{\;}d,{\cdots},\;a+(i{\;}-{\;}l)d,\;a+(i{\;}+{\;}l)d,{\cdots},{\;}a{\;}+{\;}rd}$. In this paper, we will formulate the number of nonmembers of each set $S_{i}$ and find the if and only if conditions under which $S_1$ and $S_{r-1}$ are symmetric.
