Purpose: In Oriental medicine, menstruation is a significant index of women's health. Especially high school girls often have various menstrual problems. We think that students who have menstrual problem have some symptoms in relation to an etiological cause. So we had carried out this study to investigate association of DSOM scores and an abnormality of menstruation in oriental medicine. Methods: First we have 2137 high school girls answer to menstrual questionnaire that we made and DSOM, next investigated the pathogenic factor of DSOM which effect dysmenorrhea and menorrhagia using regression model. Logistic regression analysis indicate as follows. Results: 1. In comparison with dysmenorrhea, Qi depression(氣滯), blood stasis(血瘀), dampness (濕), phlegm(痰) is associated positively and liver(肝) negatively. The sensitivity is 64.3%, and the specificity is 75.1%. 2. In comparison with menorrhagia, Blood deficiency(血虛), Qi depression(氣滯), blood stasis(血瘀) is associated positively and liver(肝) negatively. The sensitivity is 53.9%, and the specificity is 76.1%. Conclusion: In this study, that has been carried out to organize the diagnosis of dysmenorrhea and menorrhagia in Oriental medicine, we can see that the disease factors of them were correlated with our Medical theory.

Purpose: In oriental medicine, doctors have mainly made diagnosis and treatment with amenorrhea or delayed menstrual period based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs patients have. We think patients with amenorrhea or delayed menstrual period to have symptoms that are classified into one differentiation of syndromes, and then studied to make the index. This study has been carried out to investigate pattern identifications and classify symptoms according to them. Methods: We examined 52 patients who visited Dong-eui university oriental medical center from June 2005 to February 2009 for undergoing treatment for amenorrhea or delayed menstrual period and made OB & GY questionnaires up Results: We investigated whether the patients had symptoms concerned with symptom types by analyzing the result of DSOM(Diagnos System of Oriental Medicine, hearafter DSOM). It came out 51 cases among 52 with pathogenesis that was related to the symptom types. The symptom types of were surveyed into Insufficiency of Kidney and Liver(肝腎不足), Insufficiency of Qi and Blood(氣血虛弱), Insufficiency of Yin & Dryness of blood(陰虛血燥), stagnation of Qi and Blood(氣滯血瘀), phlegm and damp(痰濕阻滯), coldness of Blood(血寒), Heat of Heart(心火). Conclusion: As a result of the investigation, one case did not have symptoms of differentiation of syndromes of amenorrhea or delayed menstrual period. 29 cases had 1 or 2 differentiation of syndromes. 21 patients had such complex symptoms of diverse differentiation of syndromes that it was difficult to diagnose a differentiation of syndromes in clinical survey. It is necessary to put the priority among the differentiation of syndromes in diagnosis in the future.

Objectives : This study was to investigate the association of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI), Insomnia Questionaire(IQ), Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and Diagnos system of oriental medicine(DSOM) in the Insomnia Patients. Methods : For this study, we carried out PSQI, IQ, BDI and DSOM of 37 patients with insomnia who have come to Donguei oriental hospital of Donguei university from November 2008 to May 2009. And Using cross tabulation analysis, verified the association of PSQI, IQ, BDI and DSOM. Results : 1. The most Frequent Pathogenic Factor is blood-deficiency(血虛) in total patients. 2. The score of BDI has positive correlation with sc10 of deficiency of qi(氣虛), damp(濕), kdney(腎) in total patients. 3. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with zp of liver(肝) in total patients. 4. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with sc10 and zp of insufficiency of Yin(陰虛), and the score of BDI has positive correlation with sc10 of blood stasis(血瘀) and zp of liver(肝) in female patients. 5. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with sc10 of deficiency of qi(氣虛) and zp of heart(心), and the score of IQ has positive correlation with sc10 of liver(肝) in male patients. 6. The duration from onset in the group of 22-59years are longer than the group of 60-80 years and the duration of using hypnotics have positive correlation with total sleep time in 22-59years group. 7. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with zp of liver(肝) in 22-59years group. 8. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with the score of BDI in 60-80years group. 9. The score of BDI has positive correlation with sc10 of deficiency of qi(氣虛) and zp of blood-deficiency(血虛), and the score of IQ has positive correlation with zp of coldness(寒) in 60-80years group. 10. The score of IQ has positive correlation with sc10 and zp of dryness(燥) in below 6 Months Group. 11. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with the score of BDI in over 6 Months Group. 12. The score of PSQI has positive correlation with zp of liver(肝) in over 6 Months Group. 13. The score of IQ has positive correlation with sc10 of dryness(燥) in BDI 2nd Grade Group. 14. The score of BDI has positive correlation with sc10 of kidney(腎) and the age has positive correlation with zp of heart(心) in BDI 3rd Grade Group. 15. The age has positive correlation with sc10 of damp(濕) in BDI 4th Grade Group. Conclusions : This study provides insights into the complicated associations of the pattern of insomnia with depression and Diagnos system of oriental medicine. And especially this study showed apparent correlation between insomnia and depression in 60-80years group and over 6 months group.

A robust fuzzy controller is designed to stabilize a class of solvable nonlinear descriptor systems with time-varying delay. First, a new modeling and control method for nonlinear descriptor systems is presented with a fuzzy descriptor model. A sufficient condition for the existence of the fuzzy controller is given in terms of a series of LMIs. Then, a less conservative fuzzy controller design approach is obtained based on the fuzzy rules and weights. This method includes the interactions of the different subsystems into one matrix. The effectiveness of the presented approach and the design procedure of the fuzzy controller are illustrated by way of an example.

최근 DC 전력 전송의 관심이 고조되면서 DC-transformer(DCT)-type 컨버터에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 DCT 컨버터는 고효율 동작이 가능하나, 부하에 따라 출력 전압 강하가 일어나는 단점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보조용 공진 컨버터를 사용해 DCT의 부하 증가에 따른 전압 강하를 보상할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 컨버터 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 이중구조 공진형 컨버터의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 Psim을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 행하였다.

The unmanned tandem helicopter, which is a MIMO nonlinear system with complexity and inherent instability, exists in unstable zero dynamics. In this paper, approximate linearization is presented to design the controller for output tracking of an unmanned tandem helicopter based on the dynamic augment method, and the simulation results are encouraging.

To control the tip position of a flexible-link manipulator, a neural network (NN) controller is proposed in this paper. The dynamics error used to construct NN controller is derived based on output redefinition approach. Without the filtered tracking error, the proposed NN controller can still guarantee the closed-loop system uniformly asymptotically stable as well as NN weights bounded. Furthermore, the tracking error of desired trajectory can converge to zero with the proposed controller. For comparison an NN controller with filtered tracking error is also designed for the flexible-link manipulator. Finally, simulation studies are carried out to verify the theoretic results.

The powder propellant rocket which uses micron-sized particles as fuel is storable and costly. Functions like thrust control and multiple-ignition can be realized by changing powder mass flow rate. In this paper, we discuss the theoretical performance of bi-propellant and mono-propellant powder rocket. When used as the fluidization gas, helium can improve specific impulse dramatically. The stability of the powder feeding device is preliminarily quantified through metal/N2O powder rocket hot fire tests.

이동통신의 발달과 함께 모바일을 통한 VoD서비스 요구 또한 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 모바일 VoD서비스는 언제, 어디서든 비디오 정보를 쉽게 액세스할 수 있는 편리함과 교육, 연예, 비즈니스와 같은 많은 어플리케이션 영역에서 유용하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 모바일 시스템의 특성상 클라이언트의 빈번한 이동과 끊어짐으로 원활한 VoD서비스를 제공하기에는 많은 어려움이 존재하고 있다. 보다 안정된 모바일 VoD서비스를 위한 방법으로 브로드캐스트 기법의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며 본 논문에서는 모바일 VoD환경에서 효율적인 브로드캐스트를 위한 채널 할당 기법을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 스마트 모바일이 성장하면서 다양한 서비스들이 이루어지고 있다. 그 중에 모바일 오피스를 사용할 때 내부 망을 방문해야 한다. 그에 대한 보안 문제는 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 모바일 기기가 내부 망에 방문할 때 사용자를 인증하기 위하여 통신의 보안 터널과 VPN(Virtual Private Network)기술을 사용하고, 모바일 기기가 내부 망에 방문할 때 OTP(One-Time Password)와 같은 동적인 패스워드 인증을 통해서 안전한 터널과 인증 서비스를 제공한다.
