The Relationship among Trust of Instructors, Exercise Flow and Psychological Happiness for Golf Participants (골프참여자의 지도자신뢰와 운동몰입 및 심리적 행복감의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf leader trust, exercise flow and psychological happiness for golf practice users. This study surveyed 256 golfers. The data were used to examine the causal relationship between variables using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First trust of Instructors had a positive effect on exercise flow. Second, exercise flow had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Third, trust of Instructors had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Fourth, exercise flow mediated the relationship between golf participant trust of Instructors and psychological happiness. If golf participants have higher confidence in their leaders and more commitment to exercise, the quality of life will be higher.

A Study on the Effect of Mother's Psychological Control and Teacher-Child Interaction on Youth Children's Self-Regulation (어머니의 심리적 통제와 유아-교사 상호작용이 유아의 자기조절능력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the effects of mother's psychological control and of teacher-child interaction on young children's self-regulation. Data were collected by surveying 358 young children, their mothers and their 28 teachers. Data were analyzed with statistics using the SPSS Win 18.0 version. The study results are as follows. Mother's psychological control and teacher-child interaction had a significant effect on infant self-regulation. Between them, the child-teacher interaction had a greater effect than the mother's psychological control, affecting emotional regulation more than behavioral regulation. The study results confirmed the mother's psychological control and the interaction of the child-teacher as the variables affecting the children's self-regulation. These results highlight the necessity of continuing education on mother's discipline and teacher's interaction and development of educational program for early childhood pre-service teachers.

The Effect of Authentic Leadership on Creativity: the Multiple Mediating Effection of Psychological Safety and Cooperation Behavior (진성리더십이 창의성에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안전과 협력행동의 다중매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effects of authentic leadership on creativity, psychological safety, and the mediating effects of cooperative behavior in order to enhance the creativity of personnel as a means of innovation in enterprises. The hypothesis was established based on the theory and prior study of authentic leadership, creativity, psychological safety, cooperation behavior. The data collected from 353 employees of domestic enterprises were verified for reliability and validity through CFA, SPSS 25, and AMOS 25. Macro Process 3.0 was used for hypothesis testing. Verification of the hypothesis of the study model showed that authentic leadership had a significant positive effect on psychological safety, cooperation behavior and creativity, and that the mediating effect of psychological safety and cooperation behavior was also significant. The significance of this study can be found in the fact that the impact of authentic leadership has been verified based on motivation among the CMC (Componential Model of Creativity) and that it has suggested that creativity of an organization's personnel may be enhanced by changing organizational culture through leadership.

Consumer Perception of Chatbots and Purchase Intentions: Anthropomorphism and Conversational Relevance

  • In this study, we aimed to define the effects of anthropomorphism and conversational relevance of chatbots on user experience. In specific, the chatbot designed for this study was an online shopping assistant that recommends items for consumers. Levels of anthropomorphism was manipulated by the name, profile picture, word choices, and emojis, while conversational relevance was adjusted by the depth and accuracy of the recommendation. Three categories of user experience were measured: psychological distance, usability, and purchase intentions. The results implied a significant main effect of conversational relevance on all variables for the high anthropomorphized conditions, while all but psychological distance was significant for low anthropomorphized conditions. Although there was no significant main effect of anthropomorphism observed for the variables, the main effect of anthropomorphism on responsibility was marginally significant for a specific item. The results of this study may function as a guidance for future studies regarding usage of chatbots within a marketing setting.

  • In this study, production of the psychological characteristics of college, and work values, and adjusting to college by examining the relationship between the impact and importance of college life was to become the basis of map. The results of this study First, the psychological characteristics of college production to adjust to college has a positive effect. In particular, self-esteem, how the formation of ego identity doeneunyae adjustment to college so well that the results could be obtained.   • The purpose of this study, the type of rooftop learn more about the psychological benefits to users has been carried out, and healthy college students were examined in 40 patients. Conduct research to make the rooftop of the type of lawn, trees, ecological garden, wetland biotope, flowering plant in Seoul were divided into six groups. Measurement methods based on the type designation of the Planting and landscape photography by once the participants for each 10 minutes to watch and mood state tests (POMS) and the mean fractionation (SD), based on survey information about the psychological effects were correlated. Mood States test lawn, tree-oriented type, flowering plant stability in type, kindness, openness, and the effect of raising warme there was a tension, anxiety, depression, anger inhibition was effective. In contrast, depression and fatigue are common rooftop greening, respectively. The results in terms of the psychological effects of the type of rooftop garden ecology and wetland biotope than lawn, tree-oriented type, flowering plant types of users with a positive psychological effect seemed to be better.

  • This study focused on the parent.child relationship and its, which has effect on the newly.wedded marital adjustment. Based on the relationship with analyzing attachment to parents, psychological separation, and newly.wedded marital adjustment, the research was conducted focusing on explored the relationships influences among these influences things. The subjects of this study were 216 in the newly-wedded couples with less than 5 years since of marriage. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, as a result of analysis of differences in marital adjustment according to attachment to parents revealed that, the group with stable attachment to parents showed the more a smoother adjustment in their relationships with the spouses after marriage. Second, as a result of analyzing analysis of the difference in marital adjustment according to psychological separation from parents indicated that, the higher psychological separation from parents showed the related to higher marital adjustment.

Moderating Effect of Parental Acceptance on Psyshological Adjustment of Adolescent's Perception of Interparental Conflict (청소년이 지각한 부모간 갈등이 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향에 있어서 부모 수용성의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of adolescent's perception of interparental conflict and parental acceptance on psychological adjustments(self-esteem, depressive mood). Data were collected using self-administered questionnaire method with 554 middle and high school students. The major results of this research were as follows. First, there were significant differences in interparental conflicts, parental acceptance and psychological adjustments according to adolescents' sex and perceived level of living standard. Second, interparental conflict was negatively correlated with parental acceptance and self-esteem, and were positively related to depressive mood. Parental acceptance was positively related to self-esteem, and was negatively associated with depressive mood. Third, results of multiple regression analyis showed that both indices of psychological adjustments(self-esteem and depressive mood) were influenced by sex, perceived level of living standard, and parental acceptance. Specifically, the most powerful variable affecting psychological adjustments was parental acceptance. Finally, the parental acceptance moderated the influence of interparental.

  • Recent advances in technology are evolving to enable individuals to perform various activities necessary for their lives, without being constrained by physical, temporal, and spatial constraints. The online services and experiences that originated from solving the discomfort in the actual offline space have created the newness that can only be experienced in the digital world and furthermore uniquely new experiences in actual space as well. While many previous studies have suggested several interpretations of unique individual behaviors in virtual environments, a recent research approaches virtuality as an interesting perspective of the change of thinking style. Virtuality is defined as how far apart we are from everyday reality, and if the individual faces a situation far from reality, the psychological distance of the individual becomes distant and ultimately leads to the thinking style of high construal level. Otherwise, it is said to have a relatively low construal level of thinking style. In this study, I try to confirm the virtual distance as the role of psychological distance in new virtual contexts. Simultaneously considering temporal distance, which are most used in psychological distance, and virtual distance based on virtuality, this study tries to find whether the effect of virtual distance on product attitude is the same as that of temporal distance and check the relationship between virtual distance and temporal distance in the context of consumers' product evaluations depending on product information type.

Relationships of Family-of-origin Functioning with Self-differentiation and Psychological Well-being among College Students (대학생이 지각한 원가족 기능과 자기분화 및 심리적 안녕의 관계)

  • The main purpose of this research was to examine a causal model concerning the direct and the indirect effect of family-of-origin functioning on psychological well-being through self-differentiation. The gender differences in the levels of the variables and the correlations among the variables were also examined. Participants were 587 female and 268 male students enrolled in nine different universities. The causal model was tested through structural equation model by using AMOS 8.0 program. The result showed that the levels of self-differentiation and psychological well-being were higher for males than for females, and that the three variables were positively associated to each other for both males and females. The result also indicated that male students' perception of family-of-origin functioning directly influenced their psychological well-being as well as indirectly through self-differentiation, while females' family-of-origin functioning had only a direct effect on their well-being. Results were discussed in terms of the applicability of self-differentiation to Korean college students and of the importance of family-of-origin functioning to improve students' mental health.
