중년기의 가족스트레스가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 : 가족탄력성과 우울의 매개효과 (The Effect of family stress on psychological well-being in middle-aged: mediating effects of family resilience and depression)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of family resilience and depression in a relation between family stress and psychological well-being among middle-aged. Method: The subjects were 409 of men and women between 40 to 59 living in D and G province. They completed the questionnaire on family stress, family resilience, depression, and psychological well-being. Correlation and structural equation models of SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used to examine the relations between the variables. Results: The results are as follows. First, family stress had no significant effect on psychological well-being of middle age men and women, while it directly influenced on family resilience and depression. Second, family resilience and depression had direct influence on psychological well-being. Third, there were significant mediating effects of family resilience and depression in a relationship between family stress and psychological well-being. Conclusions: Family stress has an indirect effect on psychological well-being among middle age men and women mediated by family resilience and depression. The result suggest that psychological well-being influenced by family stress can be improved by enhancing Family Resilience and reducing Depression.

부모로부터의 심리적 분리 및 부모에의 애착이 중학생의 학교적응 유연성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Psychological Separation and Parental Attachment on School Resilience of Middle School Students)

  • This study attempted to investigate the influence of psychological separation and parental attachment of school resilience of middle school students. Although six hundred forty two middle school students participated in this study, final subjects of this study were 492(male, 243; female, 249) ones. Participants completed Psychological Separation Inventory, Parental Attachment Inventory and School Resilience Scale. Collected data were statistically analyzed using t-test, product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results of analyses revealed psychological separation statistically significantly predicted school resilience of middle school students and parental attachment statistically significantly predicted school resilience of middle school students. Based upon above results, it is concluded that psychological separation and parental attachment can be useful protective factors for school resilience. The implications of these results were discussed and future research questions were suggested with several comments on limitations of this study.

애착이 아동의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 : 자아탄력성과 친구지지의 매개 역할 (The Pathways from Attachment to Children's Psychological Well-being : The Mediating Effects of Children's Ego-resilience and Peer Support)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the pathways from attachment to children's psychological well-being in addition to the mediating role of children's ego-resilience and peer support. The participants, 297 fifth and sixth grade students from Seoul and other cities, completed questionnaires on attachment, ego-resilience, peer support and psychological well-being. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficients, factor analysis, and path analysis. The findings are as follows. Attachment didn't appear to directly influence children's psychological well-being, but showed a number of indirect effects in two ways. First, attachment indirectly affected children's psychological well-being by ego-resilience as a simple form of mediation. Second, attachment influenced children's psychological well-being through children's ego-resilience and peer support as a dual mediation. Ego-resilience demonstrated the strongest effect on psychological well-being among all the factors examined. These results highlight the way in which children's personal internal resources play an important role in the pathways from attachment to their psychological well-being.

Investigation into the Possible Genetic Role of Serotonin and Dopamine Transporters in Psychological Resilience

  • Objectives Psychological resilience is the ability to cope with stress. The genetic background behind psychological resilience is not much known. The serotonin transporter and dopamine transporter are implicated in stress related psychology and emotional processing. The aim of this study is to investigate a possible genetic role of functional polymorphisms of serotonin and dopamine transporters for psychological resilience. Methods A total of 951 healthy adult subjects were included. Psychological resilience was measured using Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Genotyping was performed for serotonin transporter gene(SERT) promoter variable number tandem repeat (VNTR) and dopamine transporter gene(DAT1) 3'-untranslated region (UTR) VNTR. Genetic association analysis was conducted between genotypes and the CD-RISC score. Results No genetic association was observed for SERT promoter VNTR or DAT1 3'-UTR VNTR with CD-RISC score. No genetic interaction between SERT promoter VNTR and DAT1 3'-UTR VNTR with CD-RISC score was detected. Conclusions Either serotonin or dopamine transporter did not seem to play a significant role for psychological resilience in this sample.

간호대학생의 인성, 긍정심리자본이 학업탄력성에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Personality and Positive Psychological Capital on Academic Resilience of Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality, positive psychological capital, and academic resilience of nursing students and to identify the factors affecting academic resilience of nursing students. Data were collected from 199 nursing students in their first and second year at C nursing college in M-gun, J-do, and a survey was conducted from July 10 to July 28, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearsons correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression analysis was conducted. Personality had a significant positive correlation with positive psychological capital(r=.62, p<.001) and academic resilience(r=.68, p<.001), and positive psychological capital had a significant positive correlation with academic resilience(r=.79, p<.001). The major factor influencing the academic resilience of nursing students was positive psychological capital, followed by personality, interpersonal relationship, and college life satisfaction, and their total explanatory power was 72% (F=102.85, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop an educational program that can increase positive psychological capital in order to strengthen the academic resilience of nursing students, and efforts should be made to introduce and manage it in the nursing curriculum.

간호대학생의 투지(Grit), 학업탄력성 및 심리적 안녕감 (Grit, Academic Resilience, and Psychological Well-being in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among grit, academic resilience, and psychological well-being among nursing students. Methods: The participants were 271 nursing students, enrolled in C university. Data were collected from September 5 to 30, 2016 and analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: The mean scores for academic resilience were above average. The mean score for grit and psychological well-being presented an appropriate level. Psychological well-being in nursing students was significantly correlated with academic resilience (r=.65, p<.001) and grit (r=.52, p<.001). The significant predictors of psychological well-being for nursing students were academic resilience (${\beta}=.47$, p<.001), grit (${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), and major satisfaction (${\beta}=.20$, p<.001) which explained 53.1% of the variance in psychological well-being. Conclusion: The results indicate that it is necessary to develop grit and academic resilience enhancement programs to improve the psychological well-being of nursing students.

병원간호사의 극복력과 긍정심리자본이 전문직 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Resilience and Positive psychological Capital on the Professional Quality of Life in Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병원간호사의 극복력과 긍정심리자본이 전문직 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 2021년 6월 1일에서 30일까지 221명의 종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 세 하위영역(공감만족, 소진, 이차 외상성 스트레스)으로 구성된 전문직 삶의 질과 극복력, 긍정심리자본 도구를 사용하여 자료수집을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 극복력이 높을수록, 긍정심리자본이 높을수록 공감만족에서는 높은 점수를, 소진과 이차 외상성 스트레스는 낮은 점수를 보였다. 공감만족의 주요 영향요인은 극복력과 긍정심리자본으로 나타났으며, 공감만족을 47% 설명하였다. 소진의 주요 영향요인은 극복력, 긍정심리자본, 근무형태로, 소진을 36% 설명하였다. 특히 극복력은 공감만족을 높이고, 긍정심리자본은 소진을 낮추거나 예방할 수 있는 주요요인이므로, 병원간호사의 내적자원 강화를 위한 극복력 증진 프로그램 및 긍정심리중재 프로그램의 개발과 효과검증을 제언한다.

중년 여성의 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계: 적응유연성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Middle-aged Women's Gender Role Conflict and Psychological Well-being: Focused on Mediating Effect of Resilience)

  • 본 연구는 중년 여성의 성역할 갈등, 적응유연성 및 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 분석하고, 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 적응유연성이 매개하는지를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 만 40-65세 중년 여성 302명을 대상으로 2021년 7월 28일부터 8월 5일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 이 연구를 위해 한국 중년 여성에게 특화된 성역할 갈등 척도, 적응유연성 내적 요인 척도 및 Ryff의 심리적 웰빙 척도를 사용하였다. 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모형 4로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중년 여성의 성역할 갈등은 적응유연성 및 심리적 웰빙과 부적 상관이 있었다. 중년 여성의 적응유연성은 심리적 웰빙과 정적 상관이 있었다. 중년 여성의 심리적 웰빙에 대한 성역할 갈등의 직접효과와 적응유연성을 통한 간접효과 모두 통계적으로 유의하여 중년 여성의 적응유연성은 성역할 갈등과 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Kindergarten Teachers' Resilience in the Relation Between Job Stress and Psychological Burnout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유치원교사의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 유치원에 근무하는 유치원교사 164명이다. 연구대상의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진 및 회복탄력성은 설문지를 사용하여 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석했으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 위계적중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 회복탄력성은 심리적 소진과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 유치원교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 영향을 미쳤으며, 이와 같은 영향은 회복탄력성에 의해 조절되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

목회자 사모의 심리적 안녕감이 영적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (The Influence of Psychological Well-being on Spiritual Well-being: Mediating Effets of Resilience and Social Support)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 목회자 사모가 지각한 심리적 안녕감과 영적 안녕감과의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 목회자 사모 236명을 대상으로 심리적 안녕감, 영적 안녕감, 사회적 지지, 회복탄력성 척도를 실시하고 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관련 요인들의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 모든 요인들이 정적인 관계를 나타냈다. 특히 회복탄력성은 심리적 안녕감과 .82, 영적 안녕감과는 .63의 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 목회자 사모의 심리적 안녕감과 영적 안녕감과의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 매개 효과는 없었고 회복탄력성은 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 특히 심리적 안녕감이 영적 안녕감에 미치는 영향은 회복탄력성이 매개할 때의 총효과가 더 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 회복탄력성의 하위요인들이 영적 안녕감에 주는 영향을 분석한 결과 자기조절 능력, 대인관계 능력, 긍정성 요인들이 대부분 유의미한 영향을 주었으며 긍정성이 가장 높은 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 목회자 사모의 영적 안녕 향상을 위한 교육적 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
