유아교사의 대인관계능력과 자아탄력성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Early Childhood Teacher's Interpersonal Relationship Ability and Ego-Resiliency on Psychological Well-Being)

  • 본 연구는 유아교사의 대인관계능력 및 자아탄력성과 심리적 안녕감과의 관련성을 알아보고 대인관계능력과 자아탄력성이 심리적 안녕감에 어느 정도의 영향력을 미치는지에 대해 알아보는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 B시에 위치한 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 유아교사 243명을 대상으로 대인관계능력 척도, 자아탄력성 척도, 심리적 안녕감 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 대인관계능력 및 자아탄력성과 심리적 안녕감 간에 각각 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 중다선형 회귀분석 결과, 유아교사의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 대인관계능력과 자아탄력성 하위변인들의 상대적 중요도는 자아탄력성이 대인관계능력에 비해 설명력이 높았다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 제한점 및 시사점을 논의하였다.

  • 본 연구는 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리 자본이 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향의 차이를 파악하여 헤어미용 서비스 교육의 활성화를 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해 연구는 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고자 광주·대구·경북지역 헤어미용 서비스에 종사하는 280명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리자본은 직무성과와 직무만족에 영향을 미치며, 긍정심리자본 하위요인 중 희망과 낙관주의는 직무성과와 직무만족 모두에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리자본을 강화하기 위해 직무성과와 직무만족을 증진할 수 있는 융합적인 프로그램 개발과 전략을 마련하여 헤어미용 서비스 분야에 적용해야 할 것이다.

Physiological and psychological effects of forest healing focused on plant fragrance therapy for maladjusted soldiers

  • Background and objective: This study verified the physiological and psychological effects of plant fragrance therapy to analyze whether the therapy has a forest healing effect on maladjusted soldiers. Methods: This study was conducted from March 14 to May 31, 2020 according to the Green Camp curriculum for 2 weeks per recruit class. Thus, plant fragrance therapy was implemented twice each for three recruit classes. Each session of the program was carried out for 4 hours from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The venue was the garden within the camp and the forest nearby. Forest healing activities using plant fragrances were led by 1 forest education specialist and 1 assistant. The effects of plant fragrance therapy for maladjusted soldiers were analzed analyzed by quantifying physiological and psychological changes through measuring brain waves and stress levels before and after the therapy. Results: As a result of analyzing BRQ and SQ to determine the physiological and psychological healing effect of plant fragrance therapy, both the left and right brain showed higher BRQ and SQ after the therapy with statistical significance. This indicates that plant fragrance therapy on maladjusted soldiers helped positively stabilize their negative psychological and behavioral dispositions, and stabilization of brain waves lowered physical and mental stress and improved self-regulation and immunity. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in ATO. This is the result of analyzing the stress-coping mechanism. Troubleshooting (t = -2.702, df = 61, p = .009), emotional remission (t = -2.173, df = 61, p = .034), pursuit of help (t = -3.286), df = 61, p = .002), and wishful thinking (t = -3.714, df = 61, p < .001) showed statistically significant results. Conclusion: Applying plant fragrance therapy to maladjusted soldiers positively stabilized their negative psychological and behavioral dispositions and helped their self-regulation. Thus, plant fragrance therapy has psychological and physical forest healing effect on maladjusted soldiers.

  • 코로나-19가 종식되지 않은 시점에서 위험을 감수하면서 운동을 지속하고 있는 필라테스 고객들의 열정을 살펴봄으로써 고객이 느끼는 심리적 행복감과 운동지속의도를 규명하고자 한다. 대상은 필라테스 고객 285명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하였고, 빈도분석과 신뢰도, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 SEM 사용하여 경로분석을 실행하였으며, 부트스트래핑을 활용하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 열정적 행동은 심리적 행복감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 열정적 행동은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 심리적 행복감은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 열정적 행동과 운동지속의 관계에서 심리적 행복감이 부분적 매개 역할을 하였다.

공공병원 간호사의 심리적 자본, 간호업무환경이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Public Hospital Nurses' Psychological Capital and Nursing Work Environment on Job Embeddedness)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of public hospital nurses' psychological capital and nursing work environment on job embeddedness. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted from October 21 to 31, 2022. A total of 200 participants working at a public hospital in Gyeonggi-do were recruited. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The mean scores of psychological capital and nursing work environment were 3.32±0.60 out of 5 and 2.43±0.48 out of 4, respectively. The mean score for Job embeddedness was 3.14±0.72 out of 5. Psychological capital showed a significant positive correlation with nursing work environment and job embeddeness, and nursing work environment also showed a significant positive correlation with job embeddedness. The factors affecting job embeddeness of public hospital nurses were positive psychological capital, nursing work environment, and age. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that in order to increase job embeddedness, it is necessary to develop education and programs that can strengthen positive psychological capital of public hospital nurses. In addition, the nursing work environment must be improved by providing appropriate manpower and resources.

임상간호사의 학습민첩성, 그릿, 긍정심리자본이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Learning Agility, Grit, and Positive Psychological Capital on the Performance of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The goals of this study were to identify the relationships among learning agility, grit, positive psychological capital, and nursing performance and to determine the impact of these factors on clinical nursing performance. Methods: Between November and December 2021, a descriptive survey design was conducted with a convenience sample of 260 clinical nurse participants from two regional hospitals. Data were collected using the Learning Agility Scale, Grit Scale, Psychological Capital Questionnaire, and the Nursing Performance Scale. Data from 248 nurses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27.0. Results: Results revealed significant positive correlations between nursing performance and learning agility, grit, and positive psychological capital. Stepwise multiple regression analysis identified positive psychological capital as the strongest predictor of nursing performance, followed by work experience, learning agility, grit, and educational level. These variables accounted for 51% of the variance in nursing performance. Conclusion: This study underscored the importance of positive psychological capital, learning agility, and grit in improving nursing performance. Healthcare organizations should prioritize the development of these attributes among nurses. Implementing strategies to enhance these factors in nursing practice and education could improve nursing performance, potentially resulting in better patient outcomes and increased job satisfaction. Future research should explore specific interventions to cultivate these qualities and assess their long-term impact on nursing practice.

비대면 교육이 의학 교육에 미치는 영향에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 (Systematic Literature Review on the Impact of Remote Education on Medical Education)

  • Since the onset of COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, universities have hastily transitioned to entirely remote learning, often overlooking considerations for academic achievement and mental health. This study aims to assess the effects of remote education in health and medical disciplines during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research systematically reviewed published articles focusing on the academic achievement and mental health of remote education for health and medical students during the COVID-19 crisis. Five academic databases were searched for medical papers incorporating survey responses about the academic achievements or mental health of health and medical students published from March 2020 to December 2023. Out of 31 papers, 25 addressed academic achievement of class satisfaction, self-directedness, engagement in learning, academic achievement, and self-efficacy, while 11 focused on mental health indicators of depression, fear, and psychological wellbeing. It was observed that satisfaction with remote classes was higher compared to traditional face-to-face classes, except for the practical sessions where the opposite was true. A correlation was found between positive psychological health indicators and higher self-directed learning capabilities among students. This study revealed the effectiveness and challenges of unplanned remote medical education initiated due to the pandemic. Based on these findings, the development of a hybrid medical education model, integrating both face-to-face and remote learning, is recommended.

남녀 고등학생의 부모통제 및 학교생활만족도와 교복만족도의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between the Student Satisfaction Level of School Uniforms Compared to the Amount of Parental Control and Their School Life Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of the satisfaction with school uniforms according to demographic variables and to investigate the causal relations of parental control, school life satisfaction, and demographic variables to the satisfaction with school uniform. The research method was a survey method using a questionnaire. The subjects were 407 high school students (191 male, and 216 female) residing in Seoul and the suburbs of Seoul. Students were very satisfied with the convenience of not having to choose what to wear every morning, but the satisfactions with uniform cost and design were lower. The aesthetic, psychological, and status symbol satisfaction of school uniforms were higher as parents and adolescents had more communication, and the psychological and status symbol satisfaction of school uniforms were higher as the level of parental supervision for adolescents was higher. The female students had higher psychological satisfaction with school uniforms than the male students were. The aesthetic satisfaction of school uniforms was lower as mother's education level was higher. The adolescents from upper class families had lower aesthetic, psychological, and status symbol satisfaction with school uniforms than the adolescents from middle and lower class families. The satisfaction with school uniform was influenced by school life satisfaction the most, and the next in the order by grade (-), the social class (-), and the communication with parents. The factors that influenced school life satisfaction for students were parental supervision, school records, the discipline consistency of parents, and their communication with their parents. Therefore, the 4 variables had indirect effect on the satisfaction with school uniform through school life satisfaction.

차명상 프로그램이 우울성향 중년여성의 마음챙김과 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Tea-Meditation Intervention on the Mindfulness and Psychological Well-being of Middle-aged Women with Depression)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우울성향을 가지고 있는 중년여성을 대상으로 차명상 프로그램이 마음챙김과 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 효과성을 파악하기 위함이다. B시 B대학 평생교육원에 자발적으로 등록한 경도-중등도의 우울증을 경험하는 20명을 선발하여, 실험 및 통제집단에 각 10명씩 무선 할당하였다. 실험집단 참여자는 매주 2회씩 80분 동안 5주에 걸쳐 10회기의 차명상 프로그램 참여하였다. 마음챙김 수준과 심리적 안녕감을 사전, 사후, 추후에 각각 측정하여 반복측성 분산분석을 실시한 결과, 실험집단 참여자들은 통제집단의 참여자들보다 마음챙김 수준이 유의미하게 증가하였으며, 심리적 안녕감도 유의미한 수준의 증가를 보여주었다. 심리적 안녕감의 하위 요인인 자기 수용성, 긍정적 대인관계, 자율성, 환경통제, 삶의 목적 및 개인적 성장이 사후 및 추후 시점에서 각각 유의미한 수준으로 증가는 것으로 나타났다. 차명상 프로그램이 우울성향을 치유하고, 심리적 안녕감을 증진시킨다는 선행연구를 지지하고 있다. 따라서 본 차명상 프로그램은 우울성향을 가진 중년여성들의 마음챙김 능력을 함양하고, 삶의 질을 개선하기 위한 새로운 대안적 프로그램임을 시사한다. 본 연구에서 한계점과 향후 후속연구에서 필요성을 제언하였다.

ADHD 아동을 대하는 초등교사의 체험분석 (An Experiential Analysis of Elementary School Teachers Beal ing ChiIdren with Symptoms ADHD)

  • The aim of this research is to find out the common emotional factors that elementary school teachers feel when they experience in teaching children with ADHD and to know their responding process through experiential analysis. Seven elementary school teachers took part in this research as co-investigators, and I led the experiential approach. The co-investigators have analyzed their emotional experiences during 4 sessions. They learnt about the method of experience analysis and discussed their emotional experiences of children with ADHD. And they found out some factors concerning their emotional experiences and had the time to discuss in odor to search for the common factors of that process. Finally the co-investigators took part in a session to examine the factors which they have all agreed in, and then I verified this result. 1 interpreted the factors found and constructed a psychological resolution process. Two main objectives and the results of this research are as follows. First, are there any common factors among teachers who experience in treating children with ADHD? This research showed that elementary school teachers get angry and irritated with ADHD children's troubles. Second, what kind of psychological process is there in teachers' experiences children with ADHD? The psychological process of teachers dealing children with ADHD could be conceptualized in 5 steps, the step of recognizing an action of children with ADHD, the step of first cognitive consideration, the step of giving meaning and cognitive appraisal, the step of experiencing emotion, and the step of dealing with emotion. Teachers seemed to experience a little bit different psychological process. According to whether they thought about children's behavior positively or negatively in the second step, they had different emotional experiences. If they had a positive thought, they could take children's nonadaptive behaviors as personal characteristics. However, if they took them negatively, they considered them impolite and disobedient. Even when the teachers experienced negative emotions, their responses were divided into two groups whether they took it positively or negatively. This research showed that if teachers could control their negative emotional experiences, they could calm down with children with ADHD and treat them positively.
