2차원 Beach에서 쇄파의 시뮬레이션을 위한 수치계산기법의 비교 (Comparison of Numerical Methods for Two-dimensional Wave Breaker on a Plane Beach of Constant Slope)

  • Unsteady nonlinear wave motions on the free surface over a plane beach of constant slope are numerically simulated using a finite difference method in rectangular grid system. Two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations and the continuity equation are used for the computations. Irregular leg lengths and stars are employed near the boundaries of body and free surface to satisfy the boundary conditions. Also, the free surface which consists of markers or segments is determined every time step with the satisfaction of kinematic and dynamic free surface conditions. Moreover, marker-density method is also adopted to allow plunging jets impinging on the free surface. The second-order Stokes wave theory and solitary wave theory are employed for the generation of waves on the inflow boundary. For the simulation of wave breaking phenomena, the computations are carried out with the plane beach of constant slope in surf zone. The results are compared with each other. The marker-density method is better then the hybrid method. Also they are compared with other existing experimental results. The Agreement between the experimental data and the computation results is good.

  • The typical design of automotive driveshafts generally utilizes Constant Velocity(CV) joints as a solution to NVH. CV joints are an integral part of vehicles and significantly affect steering, suspension, and vehicle vibration comfort levels. Thus, CV joints have been favored over universal joints due to the constant velocity torque transfer and plunging capability. Although CV joints are common in vehicle applications, current research works on modeling CV joint friction and assumes constant empirical friction coefficient values. However, such models are long known to be inaccurate, especially under dynamic conditions, which is the case for CV joints. In this paper, an instrumented advanced CV joint friction apparatus was developed to measure the internal friction behavior of CV joints using actual tripod-type joint assemblies. The setup is capable of measuring key performance of friction under different realistic operating conditions of oscillatory speeds, torque and joint installation angles. The apparatus incorporates a custom-installed triaxial force sensor inside of the joint to measure the internal CV joint forces(including friction). Using the designed test setup, the intrinsic interfacial parameters of CV joints were investigated in order to understand their contact and friction mechanisms. The results provide a better understanding of CV joint friction characteristics in developing improved automotive driveshafts.

  • 보행자 검출기는 보안이 필요한 곳에서 모니터링을 하거나 특정 장소를 드나드는 사람의 수를 셀 때, 운전 중 차도에 뛰어드는 사람을 감지할 때 등 상황에 따라 여러 목적으로 응용될 수 있다. 이와 관련한 연구는 많이 진행되어 왔지만, 임베디드 시스템에서는 제한된 컴퓨팅 능력으로 인해 검출 속도가 느리다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 입력 영상에서 배경 부분을 빠르게 제거하여 검출 속도를 향상하는 방법과 ARM SIMD 아키텍처에서 NEON 병렬화 기법을 이용하여 검출 속도를 향상하는 방법을 제시한다. 제시한 방법으로 구현한 검출기는 INRIA Person Dataset을 이용하여 테스트한 결과 기존에 비해 3.01배의 향상된 속도를 나타냈다.

금강유역의 언어와 문화 (The Language and Culture of the Kumkang Region)

  • This paper centers around the etymological meanings of place names of the Kumkang region, restricting the discussion to a selected group of place names which make it possible to infer their cultural characteristics in the light of the latitudinal or longitudinal isoglosses. The legends of Komnaru and Choryongdae, for instance, derive directly from place names. Dialectal distribution is examined on the basis of the phonological features that are not very different between upper and lower reaches of the Kumkang river. The dialects get much more similar as they go further down to the lower region of the river. The original "Komanara(熊津)", also called "Northern Headland(北津)", underwent the sound change of Komannaru > Komkang > Kumkang(錦江), the last being alternatively abbreviated as Kum(錦). During the last half of the 14th century-around the close of the Koryo dynasty, that is-a literary work gave the beautified name "Nakhwa-am"(落花巖), meaning 'rock-bluff of falling flowers', to what was originally called Tasa-am(墮死岩), so-called because, in the year of 660 when the Paekje dynasty was being ravaged by the invading enemy, a number of court-ladies ended their lives by plunging into the river from there. It was 'a number of court-ladies'(諸後宮) who died; but by tradition of popular songs, the number has become "three thousand" - a case of hyperbole of course.

  • 1997년말 이후 한국경제는 U의 유동성조절자금을 지원 받게 되었다. 지원을 받으면서 기업에 대한 경영의 수명성 제고방안으로 기업집단에 결합재무체표를 작성하도록 하였다. 우리나라는 1985년에 연결재무제표를 제정하여 여러차례 수정을 거쳐 지배.종속관계에 있는 기업에 대해서는 연결재무제표를 작성하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 기업구조의 특성으로인하여 연결재무제의 작성과정에서 제도상의 문제와 운용상의 문제가 있었다. 따라서 본고에서는 현재의 연결재무제표의 현황과 문제점을 파거하고 이번에 기업에 파라 결합재무제표를 작성하게될 기업집단 결합재무제표의 내용을 통하여 비교를 한다음 결합재무제표의 도입배경과 그 효과에 대하여 살펴보았다.

잠제상에 설치된 표식암(의암)에 작용하는 규칙파파력의 실험적 연구 (Wave force Acting on the Artificial Rock installed on a Submerged Breakwater in a Regular Wave field)

  • Recently, artificial rocks, instead of buoys, have been placed on the submerged breakwater to indicate its location. The accurate estimation of wave forces on these rocks is deemed necessary for their stability design. Characteristics of the wave force, however, are expected . to be very complicated because of the occurrence of breaking or post-breaking waves. In this regard, wave forces exerted on an artificial rock have been investigated in this paper. The maximum wave force has been found to strongly dependent on the location and shape of the artificial rock that is placed on the submerged breakwater. The plunging breaker occurs near the loading cram edge of a submerged breakwater, which cause impulsive breaking wave force on the rock. Using the Morison equation, with the velocity and acceleration at the front face of the artificial rock and varying water surface level, it is possible to estimate wave forces, even impulsive breaking wave forces, that are acting on the rock installed on a submerged breakwater. The vertical wave force is also found to depend, significantly, on the buoyant force.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the experience of hospice nurses on spiritual care. Methods: Data was collected from 9 hospice nurses by using in-depth interview. The main questions include what they understand as spiritual care, when they feel the needs of spiritual care, how they perform spiritual care, and what is the outcome of spiritual care. The data was analyzed by grounded theory methodology developed by Strauss and Corbin. Results: The core category of experience of hospice nurses on spiritual care was identified as "Untie a knot of mind". In the process of spiritual care in hospice nurses was consisted of soothing, dwelling with, releasing, giving meaning, plunging, and going beyond a life. Conclusion: The result of this study was expected to give useful information to nurses and nursing managers about the real situation of performance of spiritual care. The findings of this study contributes to developing programs and supportive policies for encouraging spiritual care.

  • 본 연구에서는 단계식어도 내의 격벽 형상, 잠공설치, 측벽 홈설치 등에 따른 수리현상을 수리시험을 통해 규명하고 어족의 소상에 적합한 적정 구조물 형상을 제시함으로써 어도 구조물 설계에 지침이 되도록 하였다. 분석 결과 어족의 소상은 표면류 상태가 바람직하며, 잠공설치는 어족 소상을 방해하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 측벽에 설치된 홈을 돌출부로 대치함으로써 격벽 월류 유속을 줄이고 소상을 용이하도록 했으며, 퇴적된 토사를 제거하기 위해 고정식 격벽보다는 상·하 2단식 수직이동 격벽을 설치하며, 새들에 의한 어족의 피해를 고려하여 그물망을 설치하고, 어도 바닥의 색깔을 통과 어족의 색깔과 같이 함으로써 보호색 기능을 갖추는 것이 바람직한 것으로 판명되었다.

직사각형 평판 날개의 날개짓과 비틀림 운동에 대한 비정상 VLM 공력 해석 (Aerodynamic Analysis of a Rectangular Wing in Flapping and Twisting Motion using Unsteady VLM)

  • 직사각형 평판날개의 날개짓과 비틀림 운동을 해석하기 위하여 비정상 와류격자법(VLM)을 이용하였다. 단순 상하 및 피칭 운동하는 날개에 대한 해석결과를 실험 및 다른 수치해석 결과들과 비교하여 복잡한 날개짓 비행을 모사하는데 본 방법을 사용할 수 있음을 보였다. 날개짓 각 진폭이 $20^{\circ}$인 경우에 여러 가지 비틀림 각과 무차원 주파수 변화에 대하여 직사각형 평판 날개의 양력, 추력 및 추진효율을 계산하였다. 계산 결과를 분석하여 주기적으로 변하는 비틀림이 날개짓 날개의 공력 특성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다.
