The current weapon system is operated as a complex weapon system with various standards and protocols applied, so there is a risk of failure in smooth information exchange during combined and joint operations on the battlefield. The interoperability of weapon systems to carry out precise strikes on key targets through rapid situational judgment between weapon systems is a key element in the conduct of war. Since the Korean military went into service, there has been a need to change the configuration and improve performance of a large number of software and hardware, but there is no verification system for the impact on interoperability, and there are no related test tools and facilities. In addition, during combined and joint training, errors frequently occur during use after arbitrarily changing the detailed operation method and software of the weapon/power support system. Therefore, periodic verification of interoperability between weapon systems is necessary. To solve this problem, rather than having people schedule an evaluation period and conduct the evaluation once, AI should continuously evaluate the interoperability between weapons and power support systems 24 hours a day to advance warfighting capabilities. To solve these problems, To this end, preliminary research was conducted to improve defense interoperability capabilities by applying natural language processing techniques (①Word2Vec model, ②FastText model, ③Swivel model) (using published algorithms and source code). Based on the results of this experiment, we would like to present a methodology (automated evaluation of interoperability requirements evaluation / level measurement through natural language processing model) to implement an automated defense interoperability evaluation tool without relying on humans.
An understanding of the influence of emotional context on memory retrieval is crucial to our comprehensive understanding of human cognition. While previous research focused primarily on visual stimuli to address this relationship, this study ventures into the realm of speech-based emotional contexts. Building on previous findings, we examine the effects of arousal and the valence of verbal contexts on memory, with particular focus on mitigating the serial position effect. In Study 1, we investigated how the arousal level of verbal context in the middle of a word list affects memory retention. Our results demonstrated detriment to the memory of later parts of the word list when exposed to low-arousal contexts. In Study 2, we controlled for arousal levels and examined the impact of valence on memory. We found that negative verbal contexts impair the memory of the word when presented together. Our findings suggest that speech-based emotional contexts do not facilitate verbal memory processing. In particular, negative emotional contexts were found to reinforce the serial position effect. Negative emotional contexts tend to disrupt task performance and fail to elicit memory-enhancing effects, especially when both the context and memory stimulus are verbal. These insights offer a valuable contribution to our understanding of the nuances of auditorily delivered emotional context in verbal memory processes.
This study examined the impact of internal and external motivation (enjoyment, challenge, sense of accomplishment, recognition, reward) and psychological ownership of members of a land transportation company on organizational effectiveness (job satisfaction, organizational commitment), and internal and external motivation and organizational commitment. We aim to analyze the moderating effect of psychological ownership in the relationship between effectiveness. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting employees working at land transportation companies, and the results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, among the intrinsic motivation factors of land transportation companies, challenge and sense of accomplishment had a significant impact on job satisfaction of organizational effectiveness, and enjoyment was confirmed to have an impact at a significant level. And only the sense of accomplishment had a significant effect on organizational commitment, while enjoyment and challenge had no effect. Second, recognition, an extrinsic motivator, had a significant effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment of organizational effectiveness, and compensation had an effect on job satisfaction but had no effect on organizational commitment. Third, psychological ownership had a significant effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fourth, psychological ownership was found to have no moderating effect in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and organizational effectiveness, enjoyment in the relationship between challenge, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, and to have a moderating effect in the relationship with a sense of accomplishment. Fifth, psychological ownership had a moderating effect in the relationship between extrinsic motivation and organizational effectiveness, recognition, compensation, and job satisfaction, but was found to have no moderating effect in the relationship with organizational commitment. Therefore, there is a need to improve management performance by inducing organizational commitment through job satisfaction and subsequently leading to psychological ownership.

This paper proposes a cost-effective system design and user-friendly approach for the key technological elements necessary to configure an autonomous mobile robot. To implement a high-precision positioning system using an autonomous mobile robot, we established a Linux-based VRS (virtual reference station)-RTK (real-time kinematic) GNSS (global navigation satellite system) system with NTRIP (Network Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol) client functionality. Notably, we reduced the construction cost of the GNSS positioning system by performing dynamic location analysis of the established system, without utilizing an RTK replay system. Dynamic location analysis involves sampling each point during the trajectory following of the autonomous mobile robot and comparing the location precision with ground-truth points. The proposed system ensures high positioning performance with fast sampling times and suggests a GPS waypoint system for user convenience. The centimeter-level precision GNSS information is provided at a 30Hz sampling rate, and the dead reckoning function ensures valid information even when passing through tall buildings and dense forests. The horizontal position error measured through the proposed system is 6.7cm, demonstrating a highly precise dynamic location measurement error within 10cm. The VRS network-RTK Linux system, which provides precise dynamic location information at a high sampling rate, supports a GPS waypoint planner function for user convenience, enabling easy destination setting based on GPS information.
Background: Recent years have witnessed increasing interest in the high amount of ocotillol-type saponin in Panax vietnamensis, particularly in relation to majonoside R2 (MR2). This unique 3%-5% MR2 content impart Ngoc Linh and Lai Chau ginsengs with unique pharmacological activities. However, in the commercial domain, unauthentic species have infiltrated and significantly hindered access to the authentic, efficacious variety. Thus, suitable analytical techniques for distinguishing authentic Vietnamese ginseng species from others is becoming increasingly crucial. Therefore, MR2 is attracting considerable attention as a target requiring effective management measures. Methods: An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed by producing monoclonal antibodies against MR2 (mAb 16E11). The method was thoroughly validated, and the potential of the immunoassay was confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet spectroscopy. Furthermore, ELISA was applied to the assessment of the MR2 concentrations of various Panax spp., including Korean, American, and Japanese ginsengs. Results and conclusions: An icELISA using mAb 16E11 exhibited linearity between 3.91 and 250 ng/mL of MR2, with detection and quantification limits of 1.53 and 2.50 - 46.6 ng/mL, respectively. Based on this study, the developed icELISA using mAb 16E11 could be a valuable tool for analyzing MR2 level to distinguish authentic Ngoc Linh and Lai Chau ginsengs from unauthentic ones. Furthermore, the analysis of the samples demonstrated that Ngoc Linh and Lai Chau ginsengs exhibit a notably higher MR2 value than all other Panax spp. Thus, MR2 might be their ideal marker compound, and various bioactivities of this species should be explored.
The development of artificial intelligence technology changes the social structure and educational environment, and the importance of artificial intelligence capabilities continues to increase. This study was conducted with the purpose of developing a checklist of questions to measure AI capabilities of elementary school students. To achieve the purpose of the study, a Delphi survey was used to analyze literature and develop questions. For literature analysis, two domestic studies, five international studies, and the Ministry of Education's curriculum report were collected through a search. The collected data was analyzed to construct core competency measurement elements. The core competency measurement elements consisted of understanding artificial intelligence (6 elements), artificial intelligence thinking (4 elements), artificial intelligence ethics (4 elements), and artificial intelligence social-emotion (3 elements). Considering the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the constructed measurement elements, 19 questions were developed. The developed questions were verified through the first Delphi survey, and 7 questions were revised according to the revision opinions. The validity of 19 questions was verified through the second Delphi survey. The checklist items developed in this study are measured by teacher evaluation based on performance and behavioral observations rather than a self-report questionnaire. This has the implication that the measurement results of competency are raised to a reliable level.

In this paper, we propose Multi-Scale Feature Knowledge Distillation for 3D Object Detection (M3KD), which extracting knowledge from the teacher model, and transfer to the student model consider with multi-scale feature map. To achieve this, we minimize L2 loss between feature maps at each pyramid level of the student model with the correspond teacher model so student model can mimic the teacher model backbone information which improves the overall accuracy of the student model. We apply the class logits knowledge distillation used in the image classification task, by allowing student model mimic the classification logits of the teacher model, to guide the student model to improve the detection accuracy. In KITTI (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and Toyota Technological Institute) dataset, our M3KD (Multi-Scale Feature Knowledge Distillation for 3D Object Detection) student model achieves 30% inference speed improvement compared to the teacher model. Additionally, our method achieved an average improvement of 1.08% in 3D mean Average Precision (mAP) across all classes and difficulty levels compared to the baseline student model. Furthermore, when integrated with the latest knowledge distillation methods such as PKD and SemCKD, our approach achieved an additional 0.42% and 0.52% improvement in 3D mAP, respectively, further enhancing performance.

In order to improve the security policy compliance performance of an organization, it is crucial for organizational members to have a strong intention to actively accept these policies. Accordingly, this study proposes a research model based on the Health Belief Model, a key theory in the field of health psychology, with the aim of seeking ways to enhance the acceptability of security policies among organizational members. Data were collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical methods. The results of the study revealed that the perceived security threats and the perception of support for security policy compliance at the organizational level significantly influence the acceptance of security policies through the mediating role of perceived benefits from security policy compliance. Additionally, the study demonstrated that the perceived burden of effort and work disruption associated with complying with security policies, i.e., perceived barriers, has a significant negative impact on the acceptance of security policies. This study holds academic significance as it presents a model that effectively analyzes the cognitive mechanisms influencing the acceptance of security policies by applying the Health Belief Model, originally rooted in healthcare. The analysis results and various implications discussed in this study are expected to provide useful information and insights for developing strategies to enhance the acceptance of security policies among organizational members in the future.
