  • In 1968k Cameron and Storvick introduced the analytic and the sequential operator-valued function space integral [2]. Since then, the theo교 of the analytic operator-valued function space integral has been investigated by many mathematicians - Cameron, Storvick, Johnson, Skoug, Lapidus, Chang and author etc. But there are not that many papers related to the theory of the sequential operator-valued function space integral. In this paper, we establish the existence of the sequential operator-valued function space integral as an operator from $L_p$ to $L_p'(1 and investigated the integral equation related to this integral.

  • Minimal s-Urysohn and minimal s-regular spaces are studied. An s-Urysohn (respectively, s-regular) space (X, $\mathfrak{T}$) is said to be minimal s-Urysohn (respectively, minimal s-regular) if for no topology $\mathfrak{T}^{\prime}$ on X which is strictly weaker than $\mathfrak{T}$, (X, $\mathfrak{T}^{\prime}$) is s-Urysohn (respectively s-regular). Several characterizations and other related properties of these classes of spaces have been obtained. The present paper is a study of minimal P-spaces where P refers to the property of being an s-Urysohn space or an s-regular space. A P-space (X, $\mathfrak{T}$) is said to be minimal P if for no topology $\mathfrak{T}^{\prime}$ on X such that $\mathfrak{T}^{\prime}$ is strictly weaker than $\mathfrak{T}$, (X, $\mathfrak{T}^{\prime}$) has the property P. A space X is said to be s-Urysohn [2] if for any two distinct points x and y of X there exist semi-open set U and V containing x and y respectively such that $clU{\bigcap}clV={\phi}$, where clU denotes the closure of U. A space X is said to be s-regular [6] if for any point x and a closed set F not containing x there exist disjoint semi-open sets U and V such that $x{\in}U$ and $F{\subseteq}V$. Throughout the paper the spaces are assumed to be Hausdorff.

  • We study torsion phenomena in the integral cohomology of finite if-spaces X through the Eilenberg-Moore spectral sequence converging to H*($\Omega$X; Z$_{p}$). We also investigate how the difference between the Z$_{p}$-filtration length f$_{p}$(X) and the Z$_{p}$-cup length c$_{p}$(X) on a simply connected finite H-space X is reflected in the Eilenberg-Moore spectral sequence converging to H*($\Omega$X;Z$_{p}$). Finally we get the following result: Let p be an odd prime and X an n-connected finite H-space with dim QH* (X;Z$_{p}$) $\leq$ m. Then H*(X;Z) is p-torsion free if (equation omitted).tion omitted).

  • In this paper, we have characterizations of almost P-spaces which are analogous characterizations of P-spaces and we will show that if X is an almost P-space such that it is $C^{*}-embedded$ in every almost P-space in which X is embedded, then $$\mid${\upsilon}X-X$\mid${\leq}1$ and that if $$\mid${\upsilon}X-X$\mid${\leq}1$ and ${\upsilon}X$ is Lindelof, then for any almost P-space Y in which X is dense embedded, then X is $C^{*}-embeded$ in Y.

  • In this paper, we investigate the properties of Bergman spaces, Bloch spaces and integral means of p-harmonic functions on the unit ball in ℝn. Firstly, we offer some Lipschitz-type and double integral characterizations for Bergman space kγ. Secondly, we characterize Bloch space αω in terms of weighted Lipschitz conditions and BMO functions. Finally, a Hardy-Littlewood type theorem for integral means of p-harmonic functions is established.

  • Paranormed spaces are important as a generalization of the normed spaces in terms of having more general properties. The aim of this study is to introduce a new paranormed space |𝜙z|(p) over the paranormed space ℓ(p) using Euler totient means, where p = (pk) is a bounded sequence of positive real numbers. Besides this, we investigate topological properties and compute the α-, β-, and γ duals of this paranormed space. Finally, we characterize the classes of infinite matrices (|𝜙z|(p), λ) and (λ, |𝜙z|(p)), where λ is any given sequence space.

  • To search efficiently a text T of length n for a pattern P over an alphabet 5, suffix trees and suffix arrays are widely used. In case of a large text, suffix arrays are preferred to suffix trees because suffix ways take less space than suffix trees. Recently, O(${\mid}P{\mid}{\codt}{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}$-time and O(${\mid}P{\mid}P{\cdot}log{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}$)-time search algorithms in suffix ways were developed. In this paper we present time and space efficient search algorithms in suffix arrays. One algorithm runs in O(${\mid}P{\mid}$) time using O($n{\cdot}{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}$)-bits space, and the other runs in O($n{\cdot}{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}$ time using O($nlog{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}+{\mid}{\Sigma}{\mid}{\cdot}$nlog log n/logn)-bits space, which is more space efficient and still fast. Experiments show that our algorithms are efficient in both time and space when compared to previous algorithms.

  • Let 1 ≤ p, q < ∞ be fixed, and let R = [rjk] be an infinite scalar matrix such that 1 ≤ rjk < ∞ and supj,k rjk < ∞. Let 𝓑(𝑙p, 𝑙q) be the set of all bounded linear operator from 𝑙p into 𝑙q. For a fixed Banach algebra 𝐁 with identity, we define a new vector space SRp,q(𝐁) of infinite matrices over 𝐁 and a paranorm G on SRp,q(𝐁) as follows: let $$S^R_{p,q}({\mathbf{B}})=\{A:A^{[R]}{\in}{\mathcal{B}}(l_p,l_q)\}$$ and $G(A)={\parallel}A^{[R]}{\parallel}^{\frac{1}{M}}_{p,q}$, where $A^{[R]}=[{\parallel}a_{jk}{\parallel}^{r_{jk}}]$ and M = max{1, supj,k rjk}. The existance of SRp,q(𝐁) equipped with the paranorm G(·) including its completeness are studied. We also provide characterizations of β -dual of the paranormed space.
