Many researchers have been studied texturing the 3D face model with front and side pictures of ordinary person. It is very important to exactly detect the psition of eyes, nose, mouth of a human from the side pictures. Previous results first found the position of eye, nose, or mouth and then extract the other face components using their positional correlation. The detection results greatly depend on the correct extraction of the neck from the images. Therefore, we present a new algorithm that remove the neck completely and thus improve the detection rates of face components. To do this, we will use the RGB values and its differences.

This Study analyzes the Eroticism in Jan Svankmajer's "Conspirators of Pleasure" which is Svankmajer's third feature film. the movie describes how six ordinary Prague people(: apartment-dwellers, a newscaster, a magazine vendor, and a postal delivery person) persue their own secret erotic fantasies. and Svankmajer self said this movie is actually a film about liberation, and about gaining a freedom. the poepose of this study is to find the meaning of liberation through investigate the erotic codes in "Conspirators of Pleasure" with Georges Bataille's Eroticism.

The necessity of remodeling performance grading system is getting increased for the systematic management of existing housing stock, providing the resident's right to know and promoting the remodeling projects. A quantitative and objective evaluation method that has reflected the characteristics of remodeling must be developed because there is an aspect of having difficulty of assessment by an ordinary person as remodeling performance contains specialized details while the difficulty of applying the criteria of new buildings in terms of assessment items, criteria and methods. Accordingly, this study sets the goal as setting up the development objectives of performance grading system that has considered the remodeling characteristics. This study has analyzed the various assessment systems related to the domestic apartments as well as setting up the organization system of the remodeling performance grading system, perspectives of performance assessment and scope of assessment through literature, etc. It has also established the principles for setting up the assessment items of remodeling performance grade to present the directions for setting up assessment items and criteria.

Previous research on the association between marriage and life satisfaction is limited due to the lack of attempts to investigate the time profiles of life satisfaction around marriage. This study addresses unresolved questions about the positive association between marriage and life satisfaction as well as tests if it is moderated by childhood parental divorce. Using 14 waves of the Korean Welfare Panel Study(N=3,890 individuals or 25,338 person-year observations), the author first used an ordinary least squares model with clustered standard errors and found that married people reported higher life satisfaction before marriage, compared to people who remained single during the survey. This result supports a social selection perspective. Next, the author used a fixed effects regression model and found that the transition into marriage was associated with an initial rise and subsequent decline in life satisfaction. Life satisfaction increased after reaching its lowest level in the third year of marriage. Life satisfaction after the transition into marriage was significantly higher than that observed three or more years prior to marriage. The result supports a social causation perspective. Such changing patterns were not moderated by parental divorce during childhood. This study advances the current literature on marriage and life satisfaction by using a nationally representative longitudinal data set as well as by testing social selection and causation perspectives.

Speech recognition technology refers to a technology in which a computer interprets the speech language spoken by a person and converts the contents into text data. This technology has recently been combined with artificial intelligence and has been used in various fields such as smartphones, set-top boxes, and smart TVs. Examples include Google Assistant, Google Home, Samsung's Bixby, Apple's Siri and SK's NUGU. Google and Daum Kakao offer free open APIs for speech recognition technologies. This paper selects three APIs that are free to use by ordinary users, and compares each recognition rate according to the three types. First, the recognition rate of "numbers" and secondly, the recognition rate of "Ga Na Da Hangul" are conducted, and finally, the experiment is conducted with the complete sentence that the author uses the most. All experiments use real voice as input through a computer microphone. Through the three experiments and results, we hope that the general public will be able to identify differences in recognition rates according to the applications currently available, helping to select APIs suitable for specific application purposes.

In this study, the concept of 'Musim' presented by Baegun Hwasang was analyzed from the viewpoint of a bibliography. Major findings are as follows: First, it is reasonable to translate 'Musim' into Korean to mean (1) 'free from cares', (2) 'there is noting called a heart', and (3) 'no anxieties' according to the context of praises. Second, Musim by Baegun means 'calm mind without any trembles in ordinary times', 'unload any worries', and 'the spirit of awakening'. Such concepts of Musim agree with the praises of 'Awakening by seeing through a person's own heart' presented by Dalma Josa, and 'Unloading any worries' presented by Buddha. Therefore it is understood that Musim is the mental state of 'being free from cares which seek and hold', and Baegun Hwasang presents his experiential awakening 'by keeping his mind calm without any trembles in ordinary times, unloading any worries, and freeing himself from cares'. Third, it is confirmed that Musim by Baegun when compared with the praises presented by 'Gwageo 7 Buls' and 'Seocheon 6 Josas' in Jikji, firmly holds the ideas of Buddha's 'Unloading any worries' and Seocheon Josa's 'Neutral perspective based on double negations'. Therefore, Baegun Hwasang's 'Musimseon' which especially emphasizes 'Musim' is the method of meditation which most clearly inherited the nature of Dalma Seonjong or Yukjo Hyeneung, and Imjejong's meditation.

The pedestrian signal systems operating presently could provide more time for the pedestrian to cross the street than the previous system, but it would increase the cycle length and cause longer delays at the signalized intersections. For instance, more than 80% of traffic signals would have to have the cycle length increased by 10sec in Daegu Metropolitan areas. Therefore. the purpose of this study is to propose a pedestrian traffic signal time that not only maintains the safety of the pedestrian but also reduces the traffic cycle length. The proposed pedestrian signal time is set to enable enough time for the elderly to cross and the flashing time is set low enough to deter the ordinary person. This new pedestrian signal time can reduce the traffic cycle length at intersections and prevent the Pedestrian crossing during flashing time. In addition to the flashing green should be changed to flashing red to warn the pedestrian he should not begin crossing as opposed to the flashing green which suggest he could cross. In this study, the speed of 1.1m/sec and 0.85m/sec are applied to the new proposed signal time for normal and elderly person respectively after analyzing data collected at Daegu Metropolitan area.

This study is a descriptive correlation study that analyzes the correlation between health-related lifestyle and quality of life characteristics of single household. Variables were selected 1,220 surveys of single household from the Korea Health Panel 2015. The average age of single-person households in Korea was 68.19, with women accounting for 71.3% of the single-person households. One household due to each private sector accounted for 64.8%, while 42.3% responded to their subjective health status as "ordinary." Smokers accounted for 31.7% and drinkers 34.7%, with 55.3%t of the low-activity group making up the largest amount of physical activity. The quality of life score was $13.31{\pm}1.828$. There was a positive correlation between smoking, drinking, physical activity and quality of life. Based on this data, progress of physical activity improvement program in support of the diversity and social relations are needed, and individual psychological and emotional support of single household needs to be developed.

This study examines the ways in which Confucianism developed in connection with other thoughts. Mythology especially had an great impact on the formation of Confucian thoughts. This study focuses on the concept of sage and examines how Confucianism and mythological thoughts influenced on formation and reformation of the concepts. In ancient religion, sages as a hierophantic figure, mediates human beings and gods, delivering the gods' messages to the human and the human's wishes to the gods. The fused role of shaman and ruler began to separate. A new type of leader without political power, but with a religious role with a moral authority is the Confucian concept of sage. A sage in Confucianism is an ideal person like Confucius, Mencius, and Xunzi, an ordinary person can attain with effort. Anyone can become a sage in Confucianism. The early Confucian sage was more like a hyper-human with unaccessible authority in mythology. Later, a sage in Confucianism began to be described as a model figure that any human being can become. The aspect of shamans and diviners (wushi 巫師) did not disappear, but merged into a kingly power and transformed into a sage-king with moral authority. The new images are reflected in Confucian ideology of statehood or its religiosity. This study has explored the ways in which Confucianism and mythological thoughts interacted and influenced to each other through a concept of sage as an ideal personhood.

The purpose of this study is to examine the protection of third parties of the transactions made by the representative director without resolution adopted by the board of directors. The legal effect of a transaction conducted by a representative director without board resolution in violation of internal restriction or statutory restriction is at issue. The Supreme Court of Korea('SCK') made a new ruling that revised the prior case law(Supreme Court en banc Decision 2015Da45451, Feb. 18, 2021). The SCK in the subject case proclaimed a legal doctrine that 'a third party acting in good faith' shall be protected according to Article 389(3) and 209(2) of the Korean Commercial Act, except that 'a third party with gross negligence' is considered as 'a person acting in bad faith' and thus is excluded from protection. The subject case law can be evaluated as broadening the scope of protection of the third party. In addition, the subject case is meaningful in that it is balance with the related SCK ruling, which considered a third party with gross negligence as a person acting in bad faith while protecting a third party with ordinary negligence in the case of transactions involving apparent representative directors, etc.
