  • In this article, we study a system of generalized set-valued parametric ordered variational inclusion problems with operator ⊕ in ordered Banach spaces. We introduce the concept of the resolvent operator associated with (α, λ)-ANODSM set-valued mapping and establish the existence theorem of solution for the system of generalized set-valued parametric ordered variational inclusion problems in ordered Banach spaces. In order to prove the existence of solution, we suggest an iterative algorithm and discuss the convergence analysis under some suitable mild conditions.

  • The intuitionistic fuzzification of the notion of a bi-ideal in ordered semigroups is considered. In terms of intuitionistic fuzzy set, conditions for an ordered semigroup to be completely regular is provided. Characterizations of intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals in ordered semigroups are given. Using a collection of bi-ideals with additional conditions, an intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideal is constructed. Natural equivalence relations on the set of all intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals of an ordered semigroup are investigated.

  • Let $\mathcal{O}_n$ be the set of ordered labeled trees on $\{0,\;{\ldots},\;n\}$. A maximal decreasing subtree of an ordered labeled tree is defined by the maximal ordered subtree from the root with all edges being decreasing. In this paper, we study a new refinement $\mathcal{O}_{n,k}$ of $\mathcal{O}_n$, which is the set of ordered labeled trees whose maximal decreasing subtree has $k+1$ vertices.

  • A partially ordered set P is ideal-homogeneous provided that for any ideals I and J, if $$I{\sim_=}_{\sigma}J$$, then there exists an automorphism ${\sigma}^*$ such that ${\sigma}^*{\mid}_I={\sigma}$. Behrendt [1] characterizes the ideal-homogeneous partially ordered sets of height 1. In this paper, we characterize the ideal-homogeneous partially ordered sets of height 2 and nd some families of ideal-homogeneous partially ordered sets.

  • In this paper, we consider the c-sample location problem for ordered alternatives using median ranked ordering-set samples(MROSS). We propose the test statistic using the median of samples that have the same ranked order in each cycle of ranted ordering-set sample(ROSS). We obtain the asymptotic property of the proposed test statistic and Pitman efficiency with respect to other test statistic. In simulation study, our proposed test statistic has good powers for some underlying distributions we consider.

  • We provide a characterization of the positive monoids (i.e., additive submonoids of the nonnegative real numbers) that satisfy the finite factorization property. As a result, we establish that positive monoids with well-ordered generating sets satisfy the finite factorization property, while positive monoids with co-well-ordered generating sets satisfy this property if and only if they satisfy the bounded factorization property.

  • Properties of prime filters are studied in BE-algebras as well as in commutative BE-algebras. An equivalent condition is derived for a BE-algebra to become a totally ordered set. A condition L is introduced in a commutative BE-algebra in ordered to study some more properties of prime filters in commutative BE-algebras. A set of equivalent conditions is derived for a commutative BE-algebra to become a chain. Some topological properties of the space of all prime filters of BE-algebras are studied.

  • The dimension problem has been one of central themes in the theory of ordered sets. In this paper we focus on amalgamated ordered sets. Although some results can be obviously applied to infinite cases, we assume throughout that all ordered set are finite. If A and B are ordered sets whose orders agree on A.cap.B, then the amalgam of A and B is defined to the the set A.cup.B in which the order is the transitive closure of the union of the two orders, i.e., the smallest order containing the two orders, and is denoted by A .or. B .leq. dim A + dim B for any ordered sets A and B. But it is quite surprising that the dimension of the amalgam of certain 2-dimensional ordered sets can be arbitrarily large.
